THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! NEVER EVER LET THEM SERVICE YOU OR YOU’LL END UP LIKE ME AND A BUNCH OF OTHER PEOPLE THAT I KNOW OF THATS CARLESS NOW BECAUSE THEY RUINED OUR VEHICLES. THEY HAD MY CAR FOR TWO MONTHS FOR WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A SIMPLE FIX. I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A FLYWHEEL REPLACEMENT AND THEY DID A BUNCH OF NOTHING WITH MY WIRES AND NOW MY CAR IS NO GOOD. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON ALL OF A SUDDEN, WONT STAY STARTED, SMELLS LIKE BURNING WIRES, AND A BUNCH OF OTHER PROBLEMS I DIDNT HAVE BEFORE LETTING THEM WORK ON MY CAR.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Until yesterday, I had never been there. Today, after replacing the passenger front axle, tire rotation and wheel alignment, I have a steering issue, so come tomorrow, I will be there early to find out why I cant turn the same revolutions to the right as I can to the left, so at the moment, I am not completely satisfied. And although it comes up on my phone as: GOODYEAR, its Kelly Car Care GOODYEAR which is on my receipt. If the issues is resolved to my satisfaction, I will post a better, more positive rating!This is my additional comment. July 20, 2021.After returning the next morning, explained the problem, the repairs were made and I am satisfied with the results. Now, I can give Kelly Car Care/GOODYEAR that 5-Star Rating! Thank you!!!After overlooking it, it was pointed out to me by GOODYEAR/Kelly Car Care, I neglected to update my review to 5 Stars! Great shop! Mike was very helpful and informative. He helped me get situated and got my car checked out and I was able to get my car done within that day. Prices are good as well! & the esthetic of the shop looks very nice :)

I accidentally went over a curb about a block down, ended up with a flat tire & that hit messed up my alignment. I hadn’t noticed until I was stopped at the red light near the shop and one of the employees outside (Sam) flagged me down to direct my attention to my tire. Very polite and respectful. They got me in and out the shop quickly & the prices were amazing! Hard to find a loyal mechanic shop. Especially seeing as my situation was dire and other places would have took advantage overcharging & burning a hole in my wallet! Thank you Kelly car care :)

Car was done same day. Notice an issue. Nick didn’t hesitate to tell me to bring my car back he’ll take care of it. There’s nothing like a shop that stands behind their repairs.

After the staff understood what I wanted they replaced both front bearings and did an oil change. I was very satisfied with the finished work.

Jim is an excellent salesman, my car was running rough and there mechanics informed me it needed an engine, Jim worked with me on the price and now my car is running great. Thank you Kelly car care I can’t thank you enough

These people are scam artist. I took my truck to them for a wheel alignment about a week ago and the guy tried to scam me out of $1500-2000 saying that he couldn’t do an alignment until $1500 worth of work was done but I had $2000 in suspension issues. I told him no and he tried to push the option for financing then claimed it was a safety issue. I said no again and picked up my truck without any services rendered and i took it to my regular mechanic in which they told me I didn’t need any suspension work done but I did need new tires. I don’t appreciate being lied to and especially with all the things going on in the world right now. We all hurting so why try to play me when being honest could’ve gain the company a new customer.

I would trust them for my bigger repairs when it comes time. Thanks for being honest in a business where most people are not.

Our family of 4 was literally on our way out of town for the week when we got a flat on I94. We tried calling a few other places that couldnt help us. This Goodyear took us in with no problem. They transferred a tire from a different location and had a new one on all within about 45 minutes. They even gave my daughter a gift on the way out. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!!

*SCAM SHOP*. Jim said they use Wagner Parts for break pads and shocks. Not a single part installed on my vehicle is made by Wagner. No recourse because Wagner is not stated on the receipt. The guys at the counter have no problem lying to you about the work that needs done and scamming you out of your money. The owner lacks integrity and has no interest in doing whats best for the customer. Stay away at all costs!

Top tier auto repair shop, very clean work areas, everybody there were courteous & helpful.

AC problem with my mini van, the problem was found quickly (leak in one of the AC lines that goes to the rear AC unit of Dual system). I was called down to see for myself what exactly needed to be repaired, was given 2 options. To replace entire rear AC line at $1,200 or cut out small leaking section of line and replace with new tube and attachment coupling for $800+. Both repairs included new expansion valve and refrigerant charge. Im a retired Automotive engineering test technician so I have a fair idea of time required to make repair. I was told there would be a 3 yr. warranty on repair. My opinion of the cost of the repair for the work done: The parts and refrigerant no more then $100, so that leaves $700 labor cost for no more then 4 hrs. labor. I let them do repair because I needed van for urgent travel and had no time to shop around. Also, when I got the bill instead of the 3 yr warranty, in fine print it stated 1 year. I needed to request the bill to be corrected to 3 yr. which was done. On the positive side other then the price, I found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and the shop clean. I did not see a lot of concern for social distancing or wearing masks by the staff or many of the customers for that matter.

There were two wholes in my tire. They only saw and repaired one...and they did not reset the tire pressure.

I would not recommend this place. I went in for an alignment they only aligned the front end and then they told me that I needed $2400 worth of work. My car is only a 2018 so I got it looked at by someone I trusted and they said I didnt need a majority of that work. And they returned the car to me with grease all over my steering wheel and shifter.

Good people, good work all the time never had a bad experience here either, the staff is always polite even when customers are rude and nasty or just have bad attitudes in general, I’ve personally witnessed people being rude while I was getting my truck serviced and the staff remained calm throughout the ordeal. Also If they recommend something you should do it not wait a month and you have another issue unrelated to what they serviced and then wanna come here and write a bad review. If u want done right this is 1 place u can trust

The staff was friendly and they got my oil leak fixed in a few hours. The only reason I didnt give five stars is because the initial quote on the work was way too high and even though I was able to talk him down to a little more decent price (which was still too much for the work) I wish the price haggling wouldnt have been necessary. I am a woman so most places assume I dont know anything about cars but my dad owns an auto repair shop back in Texas which I grew up helping in, so I know what auto repair costs should be even if I dont look like I do. Other than that like I said it was a good experience with a few hiccups.

Very poor service

Best customer service I’ve experienced from an auto place. I was literally treated like family. And they were so fast!! I really appreciated that the mechanics let me look at my car and showed me exactly what was wrong with it- so I know I’m not being taken for a ride (at least not financially). Overall, fantastic- Highly reccomend.

Dave and Brian no longer own the business. I wanted to see if the service was still the same so I decided to give them a shot. I dealt with Allan and I have to say the customer service is just as could and possible better than before. They are extremely professional and do an outstanding job. I also checked with various shops in my area how much work would cost and GOODYEAR Kelly came in about 1/2 of what other places wanted to charge. If you are looking for work done on your car at a good price you will not be disappointed with GOODYEAR Kelly Car Care.I have been bringing my cars here for the past 15 years. Dave and Brian do an outstanding job every time. They quickly diagnose the problem and the cost to repair the problem. I use to live 2 streets from their shop but now live 30 minutes away and I still take my cars to be serviced by them. I love going to Kelly Auto Care. As soon as something feels a little off I call and they tell me to bring it right in they scan it find the problem and give me a low price. I took my car in a few days ago due to the service engine soon light coming on that morning and a loud noise whenever the vehicle is in motion. I called spoke with Brian who advised to bring it by for a look free of charge. Turns out I needed a oxygen sensor and one of the wheel bearings replaced. Things seems ok until, I picked up my car and noticed a squealing noise not as loud as when it was first brought in. A call was placed and I went back and one of the mechanics rode in the car with me to try to hear what was going on which the guy concluded was probably the rear brakes. Returned to the shop and that was it; no Hey, lets take a look to make sure things are good or lets set up when you can have this looked at if not today. So, the next morning I brought it back after calling and speaking with Brian to relay my concern and even asked if the shop offers a full inspection and if so, how much. Not only was I getting frustrated but being spoken to in a condescending manner much less talking over me is unacceptable. Given that payment was made for services and yet it comes across as an inconvenience to answer questions much less correctly ascertain the issue . I dont know how the hell Brian could state it is possibly brake dust on the rear just by simply getting on the ground with a light and looking at the backside of the tires. That was it as I shouldnt have to suggest or ask for next steps even if the pedal is good and the car brakes with no other issues. Being this was a first time experience, I initially hoped this would be my go to place to for preventative maintenance but Ill continue to look elsewhere because this business has lost future support from me.
