Very clean, friendly and respectful

This is my 1st (-) review... ever. I had the Fairlane location to call the Eastland location & hold a pair of shoes. This was Monday night. Tuesday afternoon, I called the Eastland location from work (prior to driving ALL the way east) to see if these shoes were still on hold. Not only were they not on hold... They were shipped to another location. The purpose of the initial call from Fairlane to Eastland was to HOLD the shoes. The store manager, with whom I conversed, was basically like your loss w/OUT the sorry (until I prompted one). She was quick to recite regional policies. Yet, she was clueless on the next location of the desired said shoes... Unbeknownst to her, I could own stock in Journeys. Or, be an executive within the parent conglomerate. I was rarely an Eastland patron. This is an UNfortunate reflection of why I am not a regular.

Thank Q so much Layne, You help me alot today trying to find those Disruptor FILA sandles, LOL OMG 😂, You called 10 different stores and no one had them. You gave me recommendations and I followed through. I found them, YAAAAAAAAY Thanks to You. I will be picking them up at a store where I will be visiting tomorrow. Its people like you that succeed in life. Keep up with the great customer service and you will go a long way. Your the best!
