I’m not sure if this is the name of the lady who helped me today, but the name on the email said Charneil. The lady who helped me was very kind and patient with me when I went to take my test for COVID-19. The timing and customer service was absolutely amazing. I left in less than 10 minutes, I want to thank them for their kind and friendly service.
Its almost 8:30 and the manager went in closed the door and has been out since... so much for opening at 8.
The do not open at 8 am they open at 9 someone really needs to correct the hours seriously it be people in there cars waiting
I was sold spoiled Tropicana juice lastnight and was told they are sold out this evening unfortunately I ended up getting sick from drinking the juice nothing wasn’t resolved I just want a refund Juice expired Nov,22,2020 it’s January,7,2021 Wow my health is already bad just to drink a bad juice
Store is not open at 8am ever
The pharmacy here is rude, half of them dont know what they are doing. When i call they never answer the phone like they really busy. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and no answer
I went to this CVS at 9pm and the doors were closed. A CVS employee came to the doors and opened them and said we are close. I said your website said you close at 10am. Then she said we just changed it, we are now open from 9am to 9pm. Then she closed the doors. Wow, lol. CVS Kelly Rd in Harper Woods.

Left me waiting in the lobby for a very long time while being ignored. Staff helped 4 people in the drive through before helping me. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I am very upset about my visit
They need to change there hour of business on the internet and at the store cause they say they dont open till 9 now they changed it in april its September and everywhere I look say they open at 8 if its TRUE they need to change it..
I would rate this pharmacy 0 stars if that was an option. Dont bother setting any of your meds up for auto refill because they will never process it and you will still have to call EVERY month. When you ask how long its been in production meaning their queue which hasnt been worked yet the typical response will be a week or more. In fact, they dont even fill orders that doctors send in timely. Ive dealt with them for 8 months so I have enough experience to give a reliable review. After today I will be transferring all of our meds- I have no idea why Ive waited this long to do so. Aside from not filling your prescriptions the wait times to then deal with unprofessional staff is horrible!

I went there for CVS Saline Nasal Gel, and the pharmacist had never heard of it. I explained all CVS pharmacies carry it and her response was, I have never heard of it so youll have to go to one of the other locations. Just what I expect from a store that caters to mostly black people...poor customer service. Its sad that I have to go outside of my neighborhood, but thats why I shop in Gross Pointe.
Im literally here in the parking lot its 8:09 a.m. and the store is not open yet.
