We trusted Narva, our cashier with the price of the mum. when she asked the price and we said we didn’t know she got a attitude and sigh and brought out a book and said “6.99 hm” as you see kn the receipt next to floral we got over charged a dollar. not a big deal just don’t trust the cashiers with the prices

Store is never stocked. The first month of it being open it was great. It seems like now they clock in to sit around and do nothing. They only have a few lanes open. You’re always waiting in line for another 20 plus minutes after shopping before you make it to the check out. This is probably the worst store around the macomb county area. I will not be returning.

Lines are always really long, store is dirty, staff is rude. You can t use cash at the u scan. I was yelled at by a cashier because I got 20.00 cash back off my card in the self scan. I didn’t see the sign she was really rude. But why can t I get cash back at the self scan? the lines were really long with three cashiers and I only had a couple things so I shouldn’t have to wait in such a long line so I can get cash back. It’s also bringing in the trash close to my home. Not impressed at all.

The only thing good about this Kroger is their bakery!!! Half of their shelves are bare... They dont have any Kroger Brand items available, the only thing they have out for you to buy is all expensive items... The lines are extremely long... One of the self checkouts is completely closed the other one I stood in line for just to find out you can only pay with a card. I had bottle returns and coinstar receipt that I needed to cash in to pay towards my groceries and was told they could only scan enough to cover the groceries the rest of them Id have to turn in at customer... Went to customer service and its completely closed and its only 6:00 p.m.... Horrible!!

Clean store and has what was needed, however not enough lanes open and u-scan never works. Wasted an extra 30 minutes just trying to check out. Stay clear unless you have lots of extra time on your hands.

Why do they close there bottle return room from 2 to 3 everyday? More often then not one of the machine is either full or broke. Floors always wet and sticky. Only 1 machine working now. Closed the service desk now too. Sold me lottery tickets but couldnt cash in my winner. If you sell them you should be able to cash in there.

I walked in and there are no hand baskets at all. But there were 8-10 used hand wipes littered in the lobby. I shouldve just walked out then. I got my three items and of course theres 11 people in the self checkout line. I dont understand why this big store doesnt have two self check areas. Other smaller Krogers in the area have two. The girl handling the self check area was trying to help a cust locate something so she wasnt even in the area. Three people were buying beer/ wine so theyre just standing there waiting until she could verify their age. Life is too short for this.Mngt at this store just isnt doing their job. Makes wonder what else mngt is doing poorly that we cant see. Meijers is a little farther but I dont see these problems there. In fact now that I think of it, Meijers has one person dedicated to greeting everyone as they come in and making sure the entrance is clean and there are hand baskets.

I went in to see if the bakery was open and they had a sign up saying the bakery is closed no employees. Then I bought a lunch bowl and the meat in the lunch bowl was spoiled And I dont think thats safe or right for anyone to buy anything thats spoiled.

Went to location to pick up Kroger click list pick up .. poor child that was working it was his second day … in this department … he was overwhelmed and looked afraid . I waited 30mins before I got out my car .. I seen 4 other family’s waiting on food as well some said they’ve been waiting 45 mins - I took it upon myself to call inside for a manger to help . I manger by the name of Curry (last name ) answered and was very rude telling me that the kid was not alone and he’s working in the produce department .. little did he know I was walking they the doors to pay for my bill and he was trash talking me to an Older white women. I said hey are you curry ? His face turned beet red.. ppl started bagging their own food to rush the process . Curry is rude and I feel sorry for the new kids Antwaun.. I will call corporate tomorrow

The kroger store itself is good. I really like it. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the Starbucks. I have given this Starbucks 4 or 5 chances at this point and every single time it is the same experience; my drink is wrong and the baristas are rude. This last time I went I was the only person in line and the barista couldn’t even say hello I’ll be right with you or anything. She was busy making another drink, so I’m not trying to say she wasn’t doing anything, but there was no one else around. No other customers. She glared at me and let me stand there for about 8 minutes. I have sciatica and I’m pregnant, so to stand there and not move around or sit is painful enough. I decided to leave since no one was going to even be polite. I’m at the point where I’m gonna drive out of my way to get Starbucks because I don’t want to waste another penny on this place. Starbucks is an expensive coffee. I don’t pay for something special only to keep receiving black coffee every time.

First time visiting this location. Store entrance was welcoming with plenty of fresh fruit and veggies right up front.

Today I walked into the grocery store 8 dollars in my hand staring at a 12.99 case of milk for my starving newborn at home. To the woman in the pharmacy who Came from behind the counter and payed for my sons milk you have no idea how thankful I am! You saved us today, god makes no mistakes when he sends his angels....Thank you sooo much💙

Thats the most disgusting place ever we stood out 3 hours to catch some bottles in also the freezer with the frozen vegetables so dirty and empty I truly believe this place is going to close down soon really bad help managers very rude you can spend the coin and go there if you like but Ill tell you you will be sorry

All Krogers need to do a better job cleaning their parking lots. We should not have to walk in trash to patronize these stores.

My husband and I went to this Kroger, this morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When checking out at the self service register, Diana was especially very nice and also helpful. She went out of her way to help, not only us, but the other customers that were purchasing there items. I will be continuing to shop here again. Diana should be a recognized employee for all her hard work and friendly personality. Made the shopping experience pleasurable. .Also....this store had everything we needed and didnt have to go looking anywhere else.

The Harper Woods Kroger is the location i usually go to for my shopping. I went in today, Tuesday, July 14 at 4 pm, wearing my mask for my own and others safety. Usually, when i visit this Kroger, even without a mandate, there is about 75% complaince by customers and nearly 100% by employees.Today, nearly everyone had masks, but about 75% were wearing them below their noses. We all know this is not effective. Even most employees didnt wear them correctly, and some had their mask around their neck and were joking with others who were too close to be safe. Besides that, there was one employee who was doing click list shopping, I guess, with her mask partly on, standing directly in front of certain items, oblivious to any other customers present. I waited a while, but finally went to another aisle and came back after she left.Also, as I left there were two security men standing outside the door chatting. I really dont know whether they were supposed to be assisting with enforcing the mandate, but if so, they were totally inattentive to the customers.I dont anger easily, nor do I write this kind of review, but I dont think I will visit Kroger again soon.

The check cashing/money order desk is never prepared and very rarely open to help. Staff is nice but after the third Im done. I dont think i will be shopping here again either.

I visit this location often. During the pandemic the selection has been less but every staff member has been very nice. Ms. Diana helped me check out a couple times and was super amazing!

The cashier was nice but they’re not fully trained and prepared to assist customers. I told her I wanna send money she said I can’t process your transaction it’s says error. Instead of trying different ways or opening new accounts she was busy washing her hand with hantizier. I left and never be back again. Kroger company need to pay attention to theirs employees and services to not lose valuable customers.

Bob in Dairy is the best, though the store as a whole is usually understaffed lately, he can sometimes keep up when hes not scheduled by himself.

As usual its always a pleasure to shop at Kroger. Like today they had most of the things that I wanted and we got some especially good help from James S who worked in frozen foods but was able to help us out with dairy for products that was not on the shelf. Im still looking for the green beans with almonds in the frozen food section.

Fresh fruits and veggies are rare in this place so be cautious what you buy and eat from here. Poor customer service, they treated me as if I was a thief in front of my child. I will travel far to go to any other Kroger. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life.

This is my go to store. I had to adjust after the reset, but I wasnt alone. Everyone was looking for items but the staff always stopped whatever they were doing in order to help me. It is a smaller store but very vital to our neighborhood. The staff is exceptional, friendly and professional.

Very clean and organized well. No overcrowded aisle. A great organic food section. A varieties of fresh vegetable. A great deli section. Employees very courteous.

Do yourself a favor and dont go here. Parking lot is chaos and not big enough. Bottle bins always full, shopping carts always dirty. The people working her just genuinely dont give 2 s**ts.

Shopping at Krogers was a delight. I was able to find everything I had on my shopping list, the store was clean and neat. The employees were very pleasant and nice.

Ive diversified my shopping but I still go to Kroger to get many items that I wont easily find elsewhere. The staff is friendly, especially in customer service. The cashiers are fast and personable. Produce, meat, seafood, deli and bakery goods are fresh and plentiful.I just wish this location had a bar with fresh olives and salads like other area Kroger stores.

This isn’t the biggest or the fanciest Kroger, but the shelves are stocked and the hours are great. I have been here probably 100 times and never waited for more than one person in line. I don’t know how they do it but, it could be thanksgiving eve with 500 people in the store and the lines keep moving. Smaller size makes it easy to get in and out quickly!

This store gets a lot of traffic! Shelves not always stocked especially on produce. Parking lot a hot mess. Only go there for convenience

This is the first time I tried the Kroger order online and pick up at store..Carol my shopper did a awesome job! I went and picked up my order everything was there that was on my list..I forgot when I ordered to say I wanted my grapes seedless...well Carol picked seedless grapes and Nice ones! I love this service!!

This Kroger location is convenient and in the neighborhood. It is almost always crowded and popular. The staff is very helpful and pleasant no matter how busy or the time of day or evening.

Clicklist was a game changer for my family. I have been using Clicklist since it came out. I recently moved and still use the Harper Woods Kroger because of Jonathan. Small parking lot unclean store some workers have bad attitudes items are not quickly restocked most times items are also hard too find due to poor store rearrange and lastly store does not always open on time bad management. This is a true and honest review of this location unlike the fake ones that praise this location. The black woman at the self checkout in the mornings is so nasy and rude has a bug up her butt.

Well, the selection is great in the aisle but Produce and the Meat counter can be horrible. All the produce is usually sparse and the meat as well. The cashiers are almost always unenthusiastic so I usually go to self check out or to the cashier that Im cool with.

I want to give this location 5 stars but I cant and its because of the women in the bakery. I visit the bakery quite often and the older women ALWAYS have attitudes. They are rude when they speak. One of the women yelled at me mistaken me for some high school kids but even I were 1 of the high school student, why yell? They handle your merchandise any type of way and Im over it. It sucks because the other staff is amazing but they ruined it for the whole store for me.

Love Kroger its not exspensive you just need to be a loyal customer. Fresh fruits & veggies & plenty healthy food choices

Surface is organized for the most part. Sadly the management lacks compassion, and multiple people I know, even random uber drivers who have dropped me off, says this particular store has bad vibes overall. That is definitely one factor for those who experience staff with bad attitudes. Every department is treated differently. Those who appreciate unbiased community, Im happy to say I no longer shop at this location especially, or any kroger really. 😀

Best sale on groceries and other items. Just need to stock more on sale items, tend to run out of stock often. But Kroger is definitely my favorite grocery store.

Poor choices of produce and meat, no butchered meat counter, the bottle return is often full or out of order. Also, while not the stores fault,the clientele leaves much to be desired. The only redeeming factor about this location is that most of the people who work there are delightful.

They are in the process of a reorganization. The items are being moved to new aisles and your really have to look for a particular item. I did find new detailed sheet showing the new aisle assignments, however, they were printed on a white 8 x 10 sheet of paper in about 10 font taped at the end of an aisle. The store was in total disarray.

The Krogers on Harper in Saint clair shores is a good Market. It friendly staff knows where the items are that I need and most times have the items on the shelf that Im looking for. The prices are competitive or below other major food markets. Good job Kroger

Ok, I gotta hand it to the people at this Kroger location. I have been coming here for years and their service has not waned. Their selection is on point and the meat selections are great! Produce takes a hit just from people coming from all over to get the freshest fruits and veggies out there at cost. So you may see it fully stocked some days, and some days, it will look like its been ravaged- especially around the holidays. Anyhoo, They do restock EVERY night.

First off the parking lot is a nightmare, its tiny and typically overcrowded but also contains a group of loitering individuals that regularly like to stand around their car blast F bomb rap music loud enough to be heard in the store and stare at people. The store itself is not bad, usually understaffed, but understandably so. There are other Kroger stores that do not include the warm detroit welcome less than 1 mile away
