Im not the outdoorsy type, at all, but I can tell you this place is amazing.The style, detail and quality of merchandise and design is incredible. The taxidermy display looks like an exotic still life zoo.The aquarium is captivating and the guest service is very good.There was a wonderful young gentleman in the firearms department who was so kind and went out of his way to help us.The gentleman in the marine department saved our vacation by setting aside a swim vest combo (that had just arrived that day, when everywhere else was sold out).Even if youre not in the market for outdoor equipment this is a great tourist stop to stop in, let the kids stretch their legs and pick out a toy or treat for the road.

Had my boat winterized in October of 2020 at Bass Pro. When I was preparing the boat for the 2021 season, I noticed oil on the outside of the outboard. Whoever serviced this boat replaced the drain plug with a torn gasket. I called the service dept. and talked to Paul. I sent him pictures of this plug, he stated he would get back. Well approx two weeks passed and no response. I stopped in and went to the service desk with my previous bill and pictures. I had one service technician tell me there is no gasket. After fumbling with the computer, the parts person found the replacment gasket. I also acquired 1 guart of oil to remedy the wrong, Paul left me no charge of the two items but the sense of how that place works is a good clue of taking my boat somewhere else for maintenance. I have gone to this place for 8 years, no more

I have never been to something similar to Bass Pro. A great space, full of all you need for outdoors. It offers a unique experience of wilderness. All the stuff needed for survival and hunting is there and more. If its your first visit, it may take time.Note: If stuffed animals does not make you feel comfortable, maybe its not the right place for you

Called to check on a transom saver replacement part and there was no operator to connect me with the right department. Not too impressed with your phone service. Wouldnt let me post unless I gave it one star.

I love coming here. I drive from Allentown pa to go here. They have a cabellas close to me but they dont sell boats or have any on display. I will be getting one in the near future from here

I have called and left a 3 messages (starting a month ago) for someone to call me back from the Tracker Boat Service Department and no one calls back. After no one called after the first call, I then remembered the same thing happened last year!? What the heck? So Lake Side Marina in Harrisburg will now get my business.

Never was at bass pro you got that one wrong

We really need a new Mercury dealer in Harrisburg area. Not only is this place rarely open (not in evenings when most people are off work), but they don’t really understand the Mercury products. They know how to swap parts from a part number, they don’t really understand what all the parts do or how to do custom type work with the Mercs. They know the basics how to service the engines and are parts swappers. For real support I needed to call into Mercury’s engineering department. I was told by this Tracker store “there was a guy here that knew how to do that, but he no longer works here”. So hire qualified people or send your people for training. The last four times I went to this Tracker store, they did not have the parts in stock, so I won’t use them for parts supply or service. They can order parts for you, if you’re 80 years old and haven’t figured out how to use the internet yet and order the part for a fraction of the cost yourself. I can’t believe Mercury stands for this level of representation. Bad for business. If I didn’t like Merc’s, I would switch brands just because of the lack of support in this area.

Their website says that they have .243 ammo. I tried to call and no one answered. I went to the store to find out that they don’t have it and never had it. They have thousands of rounds of .223 ammo. Very frustrated.
