Checked Google for hours, said they were open til 8. Drove out, got there 7:10, and the doors were locked, with a sticky note over the hours of operation for today, changing it from 8 to 7. I would leave more stars had I actually gotten to go in. They need to update their hours if they have changed.

I must have been invisible. Walked around the store, looked at several different items and no one would help me. There were 4 sales women. One was helping a couple and three were training a young man. Too bad, I spent $500 at another store.

This store always have nice stuff but expensive. I do love the waffle and pancake mix.

The staff isnt very friendly, quite rude, total lack of respectful interpersonal interactions. This is unfortunate, as the store is clean as and well-stocked. I would not recommend people going there if they have other options for culinary goods.

Today, while holiday shopping, my mom and I had such a wonderful experience at this shop, we couldn’t help but write a review.The gentleman who checked us out was the embodiment of Holiday Cheer. He told us he had recently moved here from Baltimore, we didn’t get his name but he was so lovely that after checking out we stayed a little while longer looking for a gift we had intended to purchase elsewhere. Karen was very helpful and informative, but Matt approached us at the door and asked us if we found everything we were looking for. My mom said ‘actually we’re looking for a Wok, I can’t seem to find one!’ and In a second he found exactly what we were looking for, with better quality and price!! We were thankful Matt intercepted us because we really didn’t want to revisit the other shop for our kitchen related gift because we didn’t have as lovely of a time to receive as exceptional of service as we did at this William Sonoma.For having a busy shop all of the associates seemed to be buzzing around visiting and checking on their clients, we found this exceptional for this time of year and for retail in general where sometimes customer service is lacking.This shop and these three associates have well earned our business and it’s our pleasure to share with them our accolades.Thank you again to the team and happy holidays.I cannot say enough, shopping here is well, well worth it!

Lovely store. During the Covid pandemic you must use Sanitizer on your hands before you are allowed to touch anything. I love their products although some are very pricey.

Best place to shop!..such panache and class..the highest customer service, friendly and so polite, they treat each customer as though you were the only person in the store, they listen and care about their customers. You are greeted as soon as you enter the store but yet left to look around. The products are priced high but worth every single penny. I tend to spend a lot at Christmas as they have the Christmas crackers which is a British thing!..beaaauuuutiful products by far the best customer experience. Truly worth a visit!

Guilty Pleasure!I buy alot of my Good Pans there for Specialty Cakes and Bundts.Along with Cookie Cutters.They will seem Pricey if they are not accustomed to going in there.The Utensils and Pans are Well Worth it.

Its expensive. But there are some things you cant easily get elsewhere. Im not as in love with the store as I was 30 years ago but I have better cooking skills now and more options for buying imported foods.

Sure you can get many of these things online cheaper but the staff is wonderful, you can actually see and try out goods, and you typically know that youre going to get something that will typically last several years.
