Excellent service with plenty of items to choose from. After looking at new furniture options (at other stores) and being told that we would have to wait a minimum of 6 months for what we wanted, a friend told us about Red Door and we were not disappointed. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. We are extremely happy with our purchases.

Place is huge! Office furniture galore, everything was priced pretty well, good selection of dining and living room furniture as well. Staff was super friendly

What a fun place! It almost feels like an art Gallery. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Picked up some used lateral file cabinets. These babies can cost $1,800 new. Here, I got two used ones for $350 each. I paid $95 to have them delivered (they put them right in the room I wanted). Youll know this place by the huge rabbit out front sitting on a swing (Paxton St, Hbg)

The staff are wonderful and very helpful. They offer delivery and setup for items purchased for a reasonable extra fee. Every time I stop in I am intrigued and excited too see the unique pieces available. They do offer new modern styles along with antique, vintage, classic pieces... a great variety of items to find old and new in one place.

Great selection, one of the few places where you can browse a wide variety of book cases and desks. Three floors of stuff. Only downside is that nothing is negotiable, no matter how much you bundle, or even old things that have been sitting there for decades, prices wont budge. They only deliver if you live within 15 miles for $100.

This place took us by surprise. Really, really nice used furniture, pictures, assorted glassware, many more very nice items. If your in market for quality used furniture and extras I totally recommend this place 100%

I’ve purchased many nice things here since they opened, including larger purchases of a dining room set and a patio table and chairs.Red Door has remarkable customer service, of a type you rarely see anymore. They know a lot about what they sell — ask them about any particular piece and you’ll probably learn something. But they allow you to browse uninterrupted (always something new to see) and respect the fact that you’re thinking about how this or that piece will fit In your house or apartment.

This is such a fun place to visit! You never know what you may find. The inventory (both furniture and decor) is in very good condition and presented in a pleasing manner. THREE GIANT LEVELS of selection....you won’t go home empty handed!

I happened to stop in here and WOW. Their selection is incredible - make no mistake, this is higher-quality furniture of the type that you find at an Estate Sale, NOT a yard sale or Goodwill/Salvation Army (nothing against those stores). Expect to pay great prices for really solid, name-brand stuff, some of which was barely used. Not only did I get a very personable salesperson named Mark, but delivery was very inexpensive and happened TWO business days later! Oh, and the delivery men were courteous and uniformed. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Wonderful selection of high quality furniture. I was able to purchase a Rowe sofa sleeper (great brand) at a fraction of the retail cost. The mattress still had the original plastic on it. Great bedroom furniture as well!

Went looking for a sofa, found a beautiful antique cabinet too. Love them both. Had them delivered and the delivery guys were attentive and respectful. Both pieces arrived with zero damage. I was worried about the cabinet with the fragile legs, details, and all the glass. But there was nothing to worry about. Great experience.

A lot of interesting things well placed and reasonable prices, I would have to agree that the staff is very standoffish but I went in looking for home decor not to make friends.It is what it is.Update: my father and I stopped by this past weekend to look for a dinning room table for him,after a few minutes a lady approached us and asked if she could help us find anything.We told her that we were there looking for a dinning room table,she told us where the tables were set up and also there were a few downstairs,really helpful.The greeting itself and the welcome to the store attitude put a smile on my 80 year old fathers face.

Red Door Consignment Gallery has a huge selection of furniture at very affordable prices well below retail and sale prices at other stores. They also have every style imaginable from contemporary big comfy sofas, to more formal styles in furniture.My favorite area is downstairs where mid-century modern sits a little dusty, but at prices that are unavailable anywhere else. If the same furniture were in New York City or San Francisco it would command double, triple or four times the price.No matter what you are looking for....go give it a try and save yourself a ton of money.

I furnished my entire 2 bedroom apartment (recently moved to the area) for less than what I would have paid for one room if I would have stuck with one of the traditional furniture stores. And, best of all, I purchased high quality furniture (Klaussner, Stanley and Century) in like new condition. Thanks Sue for all of your decorating advise....it looks great!! Decent Shop to find good home/business furniture and related items. Freaky Large Bunny on a swing outside. Great place to find discounted decent quality, while used, office chairs. 2nd floor can get pretty warm outside when its hot and humid as it is not climate controlled.

Reminds me of the old Fissels that used to be in midtown Harrisburg. Many levels to this building, and you could easily spend an afternoon here. They have everything fairly organized in sections. Living room, patio, bedroom, office etc.

Spent almost $11,000 on furniture for a rental property as well as two different offices over 7 months but they felt the need to complain that I had yet to pick up a lamp and an accent chair and claimed I cost them money on storage. Seriously? Pardon the heck out of me for working 70 hours a week and pardon the heck out of me for spending. $11,000 in your store. You don’t have to worry about me spending money in your store anymore.I told them to keep my money and to keep my items. The lack of gratitude present in today’s business world from companies to their buyers is unreal. I call all of my clients on their purchase anniversary dates and thank them for working with me. Just unreal.

Very expensive prices for a so called consignment shop and alot of the same type of stuff, mainly furniture basically all couches and upstairs was beds. I was hoping for other stuff as well or reasonable prices.

My husband and I recently retired to our second home in Florida. As that home was already furnished, we had the dilemma of what to do with all of our stuff in our 4BR home in Forrest Hills. When we were referred to the Red Door through our Realtor we were a bit skeptical based on a bad experience with another consignment store. I cant say enough about the wonderful experience that we have had with this team of professionals. Because of the vast amount of items, they have been very flexible in extending our contract (there were 117 items on our consignment list). After 9 months, we just received a check for 2 lamps and some art work that sold (all of the major items sold very fast...we were impressed). Thanks Red Door for such a great job...we have told all of our friends back in the Burg! Sandra

Ive been here a few times hoping Id come across something interesting. Ive seen the same stuff still there from the first time Ive came into this store. As soon as you walk in staff treats you like they dont want you in there store. Everytime I walk in I look and smile and they act as if your presence is interrupting there conversations. No eye contact or hello nothing. Awful customer service. Everything is honestly pretty basic. Theres some decent stuff but most is old looks like 80s office. Nothing modern everything about two decades old or more. Not the mention overpriced for secondhand.

I just walked into the store for the first time, said HELLO with a smile to the employee, and she looked at me, did not utter a word back, and looked away. I was so put off by this inhumane lack of acknowledgement that I left the store. I know I came for stuff to buy, but human decency is more important to me than me being treated as just another customer. I will visit again another day...hoping this is not a normal occurrence.
