Terrible customer service. Ive had the most unpleasant experience with this business. Staff is mostly friendly but very incompetent. 2 months ago I went for exam and eyeglass purchase. First pair had incorrect prescription, second pair had misplaced axis. 3rd pair they told me that I needed a different lens material, which turned out to be false. At one point another customer came in, the same time as me and complained about the same exact issue, which couldnt have been a coincidence. After 2 more attempts, and need complaining of feeling ill when I tried to wear the glasses, they still couldnt get it right. The manager called me and said I dont know what your want me to do, after several attempts of me trying to rectify the situation I settled on getting my money refunded. Which means I have to wait for the store to report to my insurance company so that I can start the process again with another retailer. Ive had to deal with the disservice of this company and Im highly surprised at how unprofessional the manager was. 2 months of not being able to see properly and I still have to find another place to get glasses.They will tell lie just to keep from doing their job properly. Do not go to this location, bad business practices.

Amazing amazing amazing. Let me tell you from the marvelous doctor to the A++ friendly and fast customer service technicians I will never go anywhere else for my glasses and contact needs! You need the newest styles they got the newest styles. You on a budget but still want to feel confident with your new look they got you. Vision works works for you!

I was very happy with the customer service I received. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful in selecting my glasses which was a task in itself because there are many brands to choose from! :-) will definitely go back for back up glasses and contacts!

I wasn’t sure what to expect coming here after switching from a previous store however once everything was said and done, I was beyond pleased! The customer service alone was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced and my glasses were perfect. I wish I could give more stars!

The vision test alone is 89 dollars, which isnt really bad compare to other places. The experience I had was very pleasant. The doctor was very nice and did a very through check on my eyes. She answered all my questions and explained everything.

THEY TREAT YOU TERRIBLE HERE!!!I moved out of state they are refusing to order my glasses until I can get there next week😡😭😭😭 DO NOT GO HERE!! I even informed them I was moving and they gave me wrong prescription!!!I NEED A LAWYERI truly cant see without my glasses...they wont honor my warranty without seeing my broken glasses and Ill have to pay an additional $5 dollars to have shipped to me😡🙄🙄🙄...If there is a lawyer who can help me Please respond to this message... Im a single mom with special needs children and last year I told them I was moving out of state and they told me no worries yet I sit here with broken glasses.when I get home Ill show you how they have me looking in public😔😔

They have made my progressive glasses.When wearing all rectangular shapes looks like trapezoid. Where upper part is wider and lower part of image is narrower. I tried to explain to them but they dont understand and insist me to wear the glassed thinking this issue will fix by itself. I am wearing them and issue is not corrected by itself. I am planning to go back and see what can be done. Last time in 2012 when I went there they did a good job without any complains.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. Helped me get a zero prescription sunglasses through my insurance. They only schedule appointments about a week in advance though.

Called the staff in order to tell them that Ill be late for my appointment due to traffic, only ro be put on hold for 16 minutes. I was then humilated when they took my insurance and proceeded to laugh amoung themselves in front of my face. Thats when they said that they dont take this insurance. Not only were they rude, they acted like their behaviour was acceptable for a customer who is trying to get new glasses. I am not going here again.

The doctor that I had seemed like he did not know what he was doing. Kept saying that he could not see into my eyes and even had me use my fingers to pry my eyes open and still had trouble seeing. The fact that he wore glasses himself and couldnt see made me a bit uneasy. Then, to make matters even worse. I had to deal with some ghetto girl at the front counter that acted like she was too good to be working or like she was above everyone. Needless to say I transferred my business to the center in Etters. They are way more pleasant and thorough. They also have a lot better selection of lens.

Very friendly staff. They had exactly what I was looking for and at a great price.

Horrible. Waited an hour to be seen. Schedules at 3 not seen until 4. Didnt give me right prescription kept saying I was giving different answered. Never went thru this type of exam in my life. Then the doctor getting mad at me because I want the right prescription and he was behind worst ever.
