A+ Superior! Im terrible at adulting and ran out of propane in my new home. My tanks werent even through superior. They came out 2 days after the storm (when it would have taken other companies a week) and switched my tanks and set me up. Not to mention they are way cheaper than most people around. Thank you superior!

8 years using Superior Oil. The first 4 we were on a budget, we never had to worry about running out of oil but they would come refill the last week of our budget and we either had to pay it out right or roll it into the next budget. Very convenient. We finally switched to just ordering when we need and budget the money ourselves. However we used to be able to order 100 gallons, now it is 150 gallons. It is frustrating. If it goes higher I will find another supplier.

Very poor customer service. As someone wrote, expect unexpected charges to appear on your bill. We got charged $59 because we didnt use enough propane. Then when we told them to remove the tank, that would be another $87.50. This company charges exorbitant charges, has ZERO customer service and has no desire to work cooperatively with the customer.If you like unexpected and exorbitant charges, this is the company for you. They have charges for every circumstance. And if they dont, theyll make up charges as they go.This is one company to completely avoid. Their use of extortion borders on criminal - pay their unreasonable fees or else.

Superior has always been a good company to work with. They have always worked with me. They offer prompt service.

I have been a life long customer of Kelly Company and now Superior Plus. They used to be a great company. The last two times I had the occasion to call in for an unscheduled service (most recent was today6 Jan 2018 with 8 degree temps), the person answering the phone was abrupt and seemingly uncaring...he said Ill put you on the list - no idea when they will get to you. I stated to ask him a question and he interrupted me before I got the whole question out of my mouth and said I dont know, Mam, Im not a technician. He didnt even listen to my whole question which really wasnt technical in nature. I will be looking for another oil and propane provider in the near term.

Just switched to Superior due to a good promotion they were running. There tech John seemed knowledgeable and had good customer service. Also, he found a leak that our previous provider let go undetected.

They give no customer service at all. Do not deliver when you want your propane delivered. They top off your tanks very two weeks and are not flexible with any kind of payment plan. Stay away from this company. Be suspicious about the one positive comment on here.

Relaliabilty and great service, plus the quality of the oil.

Dont bother calling them; unless you use 100 gallons per month, they dont want your business.

Horrendous customer service. Rude, unknowledgable staff. Unreliable delivery service. Unexpected charges to my bill. Had their service a long time, but lately, as staff turned over, the company went downhill quickly.
