Updated, 8-27-2021Ultimately, all issues were resolved. 5 stars for the vanity material and the second installation as well as both Classic and Fagers for stepping up and making things right. 2 stars for how long it took to final resolution though. 4 stars overall and I would at least consider using them in the future.

Shane and Ryan installed our countertop and did a fantastic job. Very quick work and even worked around/with an electrician that was also working in our space.

Dan, Logan, and Patrick called to give us their arrival time. Showed up exactly when they stated, introduced themselves and explained exactly how they were going to do the job. They were polite and completely knowledgeable about the work. They went to work immediately and completed the work in a completely professionally manner. When finished they answered all of our questions about the care of the countertops. To say we are impressed with their work is an understatement. I highly recommend both this team and their company.

Wonderful experience with Classic Rock Fab and Savannah at Musselman Lumber in Ephrata. We had a total bathroom redo and I was responsible for the Quartz vanity top and 7 pieces for the shower. Our visit to Classic Rock to see our remnant was a very nice experience thanks to Doris. She was very pleasant, showed us around and explained how things are done. Almost 2 years ago, Classic Rock installed a beautiful Hanstone quartz countertop and in our kitchen. It is beautiful. Last night, Friday night at 9 PM, I made an error thinking sharpie marker was permanent on a plastic bag; however, the sharpie ended up on my beautiful counter top, which now was branded with the word zucchini. I absolutely panicked, totally uncertain what to do, or not do, and afraid I would or already had permanently damaged my countertop. I called, texted and emailed Classic Rock, Strategic Account Manager, Rob Ross, who returned my call within 30 minutes. He calmed me down and helped me to resolve the problem. My countertop is once again beautiful. Classic Rock not only delivers a wonderful result, but stands by their customers when accidents happen. Thank you Classic Rock!

Today my husband and I had brand new countertops installed in our kitchen. Classic Rock completed our installation process and I could not be more thrilled with the results. I am doing a kitchen renovation, a total gut. Today my granite counter tops were installed by Ken & Paul. They did a great job and took great care when they were in and out of my home. They explained how to take care of the granite too. This is the second time I have used Classic Rock. A year ago it was for 2 bathrooms that we renovated. I have found they have quite a large inventory from which to choose. Having knowledgeable staff help with the search is great and qualified installers is icing on the cake!

I purchased granite counter tops through (Superior Floor Coverings) from Classic Rock and had them installed on Sept. 26, 2017 by Crew #5 (Scott, Paul and Christian), these guys did a great job. They were polite, friendly and knowledgeable of product. I was pleased with the install, there was a little hiccup with the one counter top and impossible install. They put two little marks one my cabinets which I can fix (it could of been way worse). I would recommend Classic Rock and also ask for crew #5 to do install.

Have used this company twice in the past year for 2 renovation projects. Service and quality excellent both times. Crew #1 Ken and Paul did the most recent install and they did an excellent job.

I had a great experience working with them. I purchased through The Stone Shop in Lewisburg, PA and the product was supplied by Classic Rock Fab. We were given a date for the template measuring about a 2 weeks from when we made our decision and the install was only a week later. I was very pleased with all three people I worked with from the company. Ken and Paul did the install and were prompt, called us about a half hour out, took care of everything including moving stove/fridge out of the way and back. I watched them measure 3-4 times to make sure the top on the island was perfectly centered. Very detail oriented work. They attended to every detail down to making sure they wiped the dust off everything at the end. I would use them again but this product should outlive me.

Purchased kitchen from Just Cabinets. Picked out slabs and paid the full estimated amount of $4000.00. Was given a July 5th date to measure. Paid a little extra to make sure the cabinets were installed by July 5th. Called the morning of and was told we were not on the schedule. Needed to reschedule and that would be two more weeks. They have my order from Just Cabinets and my $4000.00 and now Im told just because they forgot to add us to there schedule we have to wait two more weeks. This is unacceptable. Called Troy granite explained what happened and they stepped up and told us they could measure, made the tops and install by July 13. Now that great service. The Classic Rock customer service person really did not seem to care about trying to help.This was written for my daughter by the installer who is also her father. The kitchen was purchased by the Leitners from Just Cabinets
