I had a great experience at the UHaul today. I walked in, obtained the truck and trailer I needed quickly and conveniently. The staff were very efficient.

All staff is helpful and very accommodating.

I was charged twice for a truck and was still refused a rental. Very unhelpful staff and broken system wont take anything other than credit.

U-Haul Allentown Blvd Harrisburg wanted us to return our rental early so they could rent it again. We told them we needed it the whole time. When we went to pick it up they changed our return time. ( confirmed by Corp office). They refused to let us have it because we refused to bring it back at the “new return time” what a joke! Would I hotel book you a room then when you get there tell you you need to be out by 2 am because they rented it again. They said we can drive 40 miles away and get another trailer. Wow so you mess up and want us to drive all over fixing it. Will never use U-Haul again.

The staff keeps changing. I received a message saying they overbooked for my hitch installation and had to cancel. I had just spoke to the new manager and he okayed my appointment after I waited a week for the part to come.

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible! Everytime I have been here there is people outside cleaning while 6 to 8 customers are standing alone inside waiting to be served. If you ask a worker outside for help you get an attitude and told to they will be in to help you and another 10 mins go by and still no one to help. Its absolutely horrible.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have a trailer brake control installed, and paid in full at the same time. Yesterday (1 day prior to the appointment) I took it upon myself to call and confirm and was told by customer service everything is good to go! LIES!!! So this morning (day of appointment) 2 hrs before install I recieved a call informing me that the parts were not ordered and appointment will not be honored! Then after 45 min with customer service I ended up with no appointment and my money back. So in short thanks for nothing but aggravation U-haul

I had a hitch installed on my SUV. They did an excellent job and it only took an hour. The customer service was terrific, too. The guys are very friendly and made me comfortable while I waited. I highly recommend this shop.

July 2019Unit 1043If you dont mind mouse droppings on your belongings- by all means, use this facility for storage. Make sure if you have insurance it covers vermin.The clerk states they never had this issue & their prevention is a poison block located in every unit.

They gave me an install estimate of no more than 3 hours. 5 hours later they told me do not have the right tools

I went to ask about getting a truck. He told me that all he had was a pick up truck. He didnt try to look to see what anyone else had or anything. I then look on the website and it tells me that they did have one in the size that would have been perfect.They also had two different ones on display and yet couldnt pull those to use....Ill go right down the street to budget and right beside them in enterprise...

Staff are not the friendliest around. Only went for a Propane Refill at $2.99 a gallon and got it on the first trip.I was there a second time and was told that the bottom rim on the propane tank was bent slightly and they couldnt fill it. Took it somewhere else and had it filled.Been there previously for a Hitch fixed and they didnt know what to do. It kept messing my brake and parking lights up. They could not fix it, so I had to have them take the hitch off. Of course they didnt give me my money back. O well. Suck it up I told myself. But it isnt the greatest place for assistance.

Very slow employee I couldnt fill a propane I waited 40 minutes I went to another uhaul store it didnt take 10 minutes.

I rented trucks here many times, I always have a good experience!

Simple and painless rental process. Makes moving easier. Only suggestion is get rid of the dolly and bag of mats they take up space for those that dont require them.

Over the years I’ve use this facility several times and every time I’ve come in they’ve always been busy but they’ve always been able to help me. Over all the other U-Haul places I think this is one of the best but that’s only my opinion.

I only rent from this location because of excellent customer service and large selection of equipment. Always have what I need when I need it. Tnx

They are absolutely the worst for answering their phones and when you do get a live person they place you on hold for a long time only to be hung up on. They suck.

Quick staff, paperwork was a breeze. Did have to wait a bit to get helped but once serviced, was excellent

Made three reservations within a two week period and every single reservation was screwed up. Spoke to the manager and nothing but B.S. excuses as to why they cant properly run their business. Absolutely worst company I have every had to work with. Do not expect to reserve something without having to deal with a mess!

Didnt have the uhaul we ordered when got there. Slowed down the moving process, as expected. Only gave them 4 stars since they gave us more mileage on the truck for the inconvenience.

Walked in to find 2 employees yelling at another customer then i was dismissed as a walk in until the end of the day since system was down. Very rude. Gotta a truck at budget 5 minutes later. Will never rent here again with current staff
