Had my car over a week talking aboutna new motor when i called the guy was very rude when asking about my car still no motor ordered after being told my motor was ordered and should be there days ago. Here ive been sitting for days thinking my car is almost done easter is on sunday here it is fruday and nothing has been started on my car. And ive been getting lies upon lies since ive been dealing with them. Plz save yourself the trouble and care and go tk a different shop. Hope everyone else will have a good easter.But then again there could be more going on then i know or see the unexpected does tend to happen orders could be messed up by pure accident and stress from home or work could affect people and others might not realize what exactly the issues are so ill leave my review open for the time being as it is easter weekend and my automotive issue is somewhat of a big project incan be impatient but so can others 3 stars for now but ill make something finalized at the very end of the experience for all i know they could fix my car and it run for the next 40 years rather than somebody else fix it and it only run for 4..To be continued for a fair review...

The gentalman in the Yeager Auto salvage took time out to help me with my trailer lites. He had them working in n less then two minutes. Im grateful for his help. Everyone else I called we too busy to help me.

Busy but had the part..in 4 hrs and they were very busy

So far this place has been really good to us. The prices are good and theyve fixed what they said they would fix. When we had something else go wrong they helped fix it and added the cost to the price of the vehicle. I always worry they will charge interest or overcharge you so you never pay off the vehicle but thats not the case. Theyre letting us tack on an extra amount so we still pay off in the same time frame and not overcharging the repair as I have shopped around for what it would cost. The problem wasnt their fault either. Really friendly service and very helpful.

Initial contact was great! after placing the order a week later we still had no parts. No calls from them. After calling them they said they had the parts pulled and would bring them the next day. I requested they call me if for any reason they were not going to deliver the parts and they said they would. The parts never were delivered and I didnt receive a call either. Now today they dont even answer the phone. I can only hope it is because they are out of the office delivering my parts. This delay is hurting my cycle time with the insurance company and costing my customer rental fees. Not good.

Gone downhill. Used to be a pretty regular customer but just recently stopped in again for some cylinder heads. Didnt recognize either of the guys behind the counter. Told them what I was looking for, they didnt seem that familiar with the item but that no big deal, asked if I could take a walk in the yard and look for them they said go ahead. After 20min I found exactly what I needed, ran up to see what they wanted for them before I pulled them, he quoted $300 for the pair. I was kinda stunned and I told him you can get a refurbished pair for that. (Not to mention Im doing the work to pull them)Told him a realistic price would be about $125 and there was no negotiation or conversation just rudely said he would pass.I have no doubt he wasnt knowledgeable and as soon as I walked out to look for them he checked asking prices on eBay or something to come up with that number but what ppl are asking and what ppl are paying are usually very different.Sure enough very next place I checked quoted $160 for the pair with $40 of that being shipping cost.I heard this place was actually sold a few years ago but they just kept the yeager name for recognition. Its a shame to see it going in that direction.

They had the door we wanted. We paid, and they asked us to come back in an hour and theyd have the door pulled out and ready. When we came back, the door wasnt pulled. Then they told us that they didnt even have the right tool to take the door off and maybe they could do it in a couple days. Waste of our time.
