Pleasurable, great buying experience! My wife and I arrived with a low knowledge base on truck covers and truck bed mats. Wudi was on the spot listening (to our short) list of questions. He took the time to listen to our requirements/wants; then proceeded to explain products to meet our needs. We made our selections based on seeing/touching the products not just looking at a catalog. National Auto Trim read the hand book on “customer service”.Definite thumps up !!!!!!!!!!

I bought a camper shell from them and Eric and Chris were both great and easy to work with. They answered all of my questions and made some great recommendations, even helped me save a few bucks on some of the accessories. Above and beyond what youd expect from an automotive shop.

National Auto Trim put a Snugtop Outback Top on my truck as well as Yakima racks, a BedRug, and BedRyder seats. The sales team was polite and courteous and extremely helpful. I live in Northwest Georgia and I could have purchased a similar Knapheide top but the customer support of the Atlanta sales team was awful.National Auto Trim communicated quickly and regularly as I discussed and kept adding options to the top as I kept wanting more. They were knowledgeable on the products and experienced with everything I wanted as well as alternatives.Instead of a 1 hour drive to Knapheide, I drove over 14 hours to National Auto Trim. They prepped everything I had ordered and had staff standing by for my arrival. Upon arrival, they sprang into action and even gave me a place to crash while they worked. They had me ready to go in just a few hours and I jumped back in and drove away. Its been about 10 months since that long day(s) and I am still extremely happy with the service they provided. They even mailed me a seal for the topper when I wanted to remove the window that faces the cab.I did the research and not only got the top I wanted but I it was installed properly by experienced professionals which makes the world of difference when your are doing that much and want it to last. I waited to write this to ensure nothing went wrong with their install and nothing has. They also do lift kits and other customizations. Any changes to any truck I have in the future, I will bring it to them. The quality of this install really made the difference for longevity.Thank you everyone at National Auto Trim!
