I shipped an overnight envelope to New Jersey.According to the FEDEX website it costs $39.60 for the slowest overnight envelope and $98.85 for the fastest overnight envelope.I arrived at ship N go off off Bluebird Street in Harrison with an airbill filled out without a FEDEX account number, but with the fastest overnight shipping marked on the airbill.Needless to say I was charged $78.77 for the slowest service.I called twice asking about this to no satisfaction.The clerk who processed my shipment was not there.A different clerk asked me to call back when the clerk who shipped my package is working & I responded saying he should be calling me.The clerk I did speak with was not helpful in getting this cleared up, but was helpful enough to say the charges are based upon what was entered in their system.I wish the clerk who shipped my overnight envelope had asked me which overnight service I wanted.Since the clerk who shipped my package looked at my airbill I thought he was sending the envelope by the fastest shipping available.Needless to say that did not occur.For this service I rate ship N go one star.

The guys at the Harrison Arkansas ship n glare great! They finish packing and taping my packages and they give you the best shipping price, whether it be fed ex or the list office rate. I wouldn’t ship anywhere else
