Always have good service, most of the time I’m in with a flat mower tire, which is always fixed with no wait. Have had 3 cars aligned and a state inspection. Always done on time with good results.

Went in to swap out some tires and get an alignment, but had a tire rod issue, they called me with the price to fix it, before the alignment and were able to get everything back road ready by the afternoon!!! Stefan and the others were very helpful and polite!!! Will definitely be doing business with them again!! Great Job thanks so much!!

Came here after big o tires couldnt get my tire off said it was the hardest one in their life.. they had 12 years experience.. took dls not even 20 mins to get my tire off and changed.. also told them I needed an alignment he ensured me that everything was fine and that I didnt need a new one. Most places wont even tell you though just do it and charge you. Honest, hard working, staff is nice.. If your needing something done Id go here. I will definitely be back, its worth the drive. My trucks my baby. Thank you guys for everything.

Every encounter that I have with anyone at DLS is always on the positive side. Stefan was great!

Worst repair shop encounter. Took vehicle in on Feb 11 2021 for a small coolant leak in hose, vehicle never overheated, just had to add a little antifreeze every other wk. Ended with a $800 bill. Next day, truck overheated and required a tow back to the shop, which DLS paid for. They ended up not finding the overheating issue and instead replaced the battery and said it was good. 2 or 3 days later overheated again. Back to shop. This went on for the next 2 months back and forth throwing any part they could at it to fix it which never fixed it. Ended up sending truck to Ford Dealer to which they found it to now have a cracked block requiring the truck to need a new motor in which DLS paid for the diagnostic from the dealer but are now saying it isnt on them for the crack block. The truck never overheated prior to DLS touching the vehicle and they claimed every time it was fixed after each fix they did to only have it overheat every time leaving the shop. They caused this issue and now wont correct the problem. HIGHLY recommend people to NOT take their vehicle to this repair shop as they do NOT back up their services.

The service was great. They were able to get 4 new tires ordered and shipped to them in short notice (I called on wednesday and they had them there on thursday) I dropped my car off on friday at 830 and they had them all on balanced and an oil change done by 1030. Will use them again!

Went in on a Saturday with only one mechanic . Was able to be serviced with all new brakes and rotors and not have to be without my car all weekend. Price was fair and speedy service . I was thrilled to not be stranded without a car on Mothers Day weekend!! Thank you DLS for prompt service at a reasonable price!

I have known the manager at the Harrisonville store for a number of years, and has always taken great care of mine and my wifes auto needs. When I learned that Stephen was the new manager at this store I looked no farther for my tire needs. I got great service and got what I needed for a very competitive price. I have been using DLS tire for 3 years now for our farm and shop small tire service (repair/replace on trailers and trucks). DLS tire is a convenient and competitive place to have tire work done and fairly priced on automotive work and maintenance. Quick turnaround time, they fit you in immediately. Even last minute work they will handle it and get it done so we can keep moving. I tell them to charge me a PITA fee but they never do!!!

To my recollection this is the sixth time I have bought Uniroyal Tiger Paws from DLS (Roberts) Tires in Harrisonville. I have always loved the tires and the service has always been outstanding and fast. I would rate them higher than five stars if that was an option. The only reason I have replaced tires has been when the tread depth no longer passes inspection. The tires have always exceeded the mileage guarantee. I definitely will return after another 80000 miles or so!

Hit something on the road that flew up and busted a brake line on my 1990 Toyota PU. They got me in the day before Thanksgiving and ran a new line, checked out everything else and got my truck back to me before close of business. Now heres the deal - they could have easily sold me much more than I needed as I wouldnt know if the other lines were in decent shape or not - especially on a 30 year old pickup - but they said everything else was in good condition, safe and there was no need for me to spend any more than necessary. I especially appreciate honesty as much as I appreciate solid and professional repair work. Very satisfied and would gladly use them again for any of my tire or mechanical repair needs.

I really like the people who work there. Its good service too. This last time, though, I had to wait almost 2 hours to have new tires put on, even though I had an appointment. I like that there is a decent waiting room, but not the strong cigarette smoke smell pervading the place.

Corey was our service tech, and he had us in, out, and on the road again inside of 30 minutes. We called them from the highway at 4:05 pm, puttering in on our spare, and we were driving away to get a Dairy Queen by 4:35. Everyone was super nice, and the whole team treated us well. There was a sheriff’s SUV being serviced while we were there, so clearly this is the place to go.

I had to get a vehicle safety inspection and they got it taken care of right away. They told me that I needed a new bulb and cover plate for a light on the side of my car and they told me the best place in town to find one. Came to this auto repair business after putting my 2006 f150 in the ditch during a snow storm. Truck was drivable but bent the exhaust pipe and it was dragging. Plus my steering wheel was shaking violently when driven over 45 miles per hour. The receptionist was very nice and they got my truck right in. No damage found except wheels needed balanced. Balance cost per wheel $10. They also cut my tail pipe off so it did not drag the ground. I would highly recommend this place. What a great asset to the community.
