QT is the best! The kitchen has good food made to order, the stores are kept clean,there are plenty of gas pumps,and the employees function like a well oiled machine. It doesnt matter how busy they are, they will get you through the checkout line faster than any other cashier at any other gas station! No joke!

I LOVE QT! It has to be my favorite gas station! Their brewed teas are the best especially for a road trip! The store was clean and stocked with great items. They were very busy but the help was happy to assist! And the gas prices were quite reasonable! Thanks!

I stopped here on the way from Des Moines to Bentonville. The fuel price was as cheap as any along the route. The card reader on the pump wasnt working properly, so I went inside. There, the cashier was friendly, took my card to process the payment, and things went fine with fueling. The bathroom was relatively clean. There is a broad selection of food and drink options in the convenience store. It was a quick off-and-on from I-49.

I always love stopping at QT for a quick drink and some of their yummy quick food! I will always be a customer!

My only complaint is that I can’t buy the buffalo sticks and taquitos by the box lol I can live off of those things atleast you can buy the sauces

They custom made a foot long sub that was piled high with goodies. It was fantastic!

I visited today and not one single employee was wearing a mask. When I asked the employee about the masks, she rudely responded that she didnt have to wear one. All the while coughing and sneezing, not joking like actually. Not a good look. I will not be back to this QT. Worst service by far. The AGM David was really nice and understanding though but the service that lady provided was horrid. Still, not a good look. If people would just grow up and wear the masks maybe COVID would be under control by now.

Im a very loyal QT customer, and love the company, but getting gas today passing through Harrisonville, MO was extremely disappointing. Even though the city and county do not have mask ordinances, common courtesy by the management to require masks of their staff would be greatly appreciated. We bought gas and had plans to get food and drinks as well but as soon as we walked in the door and saw that none of the staff had masks on, we turned around and walked out. Especially since the people in the food preparation area did not have masks on. We will not be getting gas there on the way home.

I went inside the store today. I was dismayed to see NOBODY was wearing a mask!4 employees, 4 customers.That is so irresponsible!We are all neighbors and need to look out for each other, not to mention ourselves and our families.I work in the ER and I see growing numbers of COVID victims . Some die, many get admitted, most infect others, ALL are affected negatively. They suffer, miss work, lose money, drain our economy, use our strained health system.Quik Trip.... please be a better corporate neighbor and a better guardian of your customer and employee well- being.

Ok, first of all you special people its a QT, its going to be busy. Id love for you to try to find another QT in a town/city with a population greater then 5 that isnt busy.The reason for my 1 star review is because this is the only qt Ive been to in the greater Kansas City metro area that went from requiring masks to not requiring them in a matter of weeks.I get that this town is full of a bunch of ignorant podunk rednecks but some of us here have brains and some of us value our health and safety, QT should too.

Was no long waiting line

Just visited this store... the low rating is due to the big-mouth manager on duty tonight. 7/10 The young man behind the deli was awesome... very kind... but the manager came over and embarrassed him about a small, 99 cent chocolate shake. The manager proceeded to open the donut case and made a show of grabbing a donut and eating it, and offering the cashier (not the deli man) a free donut.Reconsider making the young deli service rep the manager, or make him the trainer for customer service!

This Quick Trip is always super fast and friendly. Today I had my hands full with an infant in a car seat and a 3 year old and the manager working, Santos, was nice enough to carry my pizzas and pop to my car for me! I love this Quick Trip!

Good customer service,but they are always out of what you need. They are always out of chicken hotes. Always!! And you always have to ask them to make sweet tea.

Went to get frozen cappuccinos at Harrisonville missouri. Got to the car and they tasted like frozen milk. No flavoring. Went back in and they would not give our money back. He was rude and told us they were fine. Bathrooms were also disgusting

Nicest bathrooms I have ever seen from a gas station. Impressed me so much that I knew I was writing them a review even though I didnt even buy anything when I stopped by.

Older store. Run down and overly busy. They need bull doze and update. Stand in line trip, if they even have what you want.

Always super quick to get in and out, the entire place including the restrooms are always clean and prices at the pump and in the store are on par or below other places nearby. Always a good experience at QT!

Being around QT in oklahoma I have to say disappointed. Trash cans over flowing and cashier eating and drinking at check out. Not good!

The parking lot is always a mess with trash and just needs a good powerwash, if you can find a pump that is not bagged they run so slow!

Fast and friendly. They have tons of snacks and drinks.

Always out of my brand of cigarettes. No seems to care enough to even look into the issue. I hate to say it but I can get gas, drinks, and cigarettes somewhere else.

Lately Ive been a little disappointed with the regular tea. A few times the past week it has been rank.
