Great local coffee shop. Good quality coffee and food. My latte was good (I was a little disappointed they default to one shot like the bucks), and my breakfast burrito was excellent. Great seating options indoors and on the small patio. Nice location on the courthouse square, in a historic building. I really enjoyed my time grabbing breakfast and working from my laptop.I dont live near Harrisonville, but if Im ever back here, or driving through, I would look forward to stopping at Brick again.Might be a four star location elsewhere in a more competitive market, but five stars are 100% warranted in this case.

Beautiful location thats well decorated. Friendly service, great food and fun flavored lattes! Tried the pistachio rose which I highly recommend as well as the breakfast flatbread.

The staff was friendly and helpful as we worked through what to order. (I had the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was great.) The vibe inside is current and fresh, not what you probably expect on the tired town square of Harrisonville.

Downtown Harrisonville, MO in the square we found a really good coffee shop. We ordered a coffee and a sausage, egg & cheese croissant. We didnt get a # so we got lost in the shuffle. We went to the counter to ask about the sandwich and they apologized and took care of us immediately. When she brought it to the table she apologized again and offered us a cinnamon roll for the trouble. We declined because they handled it so well. (Happy to see a small business doing well)Super nice people & the place was hopping. We would go back.

Very cozy, love the vibe. Good music, lound enough to hear without having to yell to be heard. Lots of texture in a historic square. Beautiful brick building. Coffee aims to please. Pleasently suprised to find this gem in a little town.

First time ever here. Got the Red, White and Brew cold brew. Was a great choice. Also got a breakfast burrito, home cooked quality. The girls were all friendly. Will come back.

A true gem! I discovered this place by accident and finally got to Harrisonville to actually get to eat there this weekend. The atmosphere/ ambiance is the best for a coffee house in Kansas City. The breakfast Sammy was delicious—totally hit the spot. The coffee was very good. I absolutely enjoyed my time at this coffee shop and will drive way out of my way to come back soon. There is better coffee at Post Coffee or Black Dog, but the atmosphere/decor is far and away better at Brick House. A well deserved five stars.

You guys have a new repeat customer! The peppermint mocha I got absolutely beat Starbucks, hands down. I added extra shots and the strength was perfect with a great balance of peppermint and mocha. Prices are amazing for the taste and quality plus AWESOME customer service. Very impressed!! I will definitely be back!

1 dollar extra for bacon on 1/2 panini. Which is crumbles and they forgot. No soup available until Fall?limited menu in my opinion. Someone needs to get a ladder and clean air return. Covered in blanket of dust that is floating back into air and covering my food? Wont be back.

First time visiting. I was apprehensive walking in thinking it was just another hippy coffee joint. My wife had a cappuccino and a crustless quiche. I ordered a plain boring coffee and biscuits and gravy. We were absorbing the atmosphere and the architecture while waiting for the food. The food arrived quickly and it was not a let down. I didnt try the quiche but the biscuits were light and flakey. You could tell they were made from scratch. The home made gravy was outstanding. The people are just as nice as the food is good. Will definitely come back to this little gem

Okay so this place is definitely a place to spend a little bit more money on coffee but the coffee is definitely worth it. The last time I was here place for a board game night and the owner had actually set out just regular playing coffee for us and we had a really great time and I chatted with the owner a bit afterwards and I think they are really great people to work with and make really good coffee so if they are a little bit more expensive well they do earn it.

I love this place! I will drive out of my way for a perfect cup of coffee!! They have that here! Beautiful building. Wonderful atmosphere. Everyone I’ve ever had help me is always friendly. You can also rent space in the back. Great hang out place. You should make it your next coffee stop!! Support local!!!!!

The place was beautiful and the coffee was great, the baked goods should be replaced to be in par with the drinks though! The blueberry scone was awful and the cinnamon roll grocery store quality. I would come back for the coffee though!

I got the caramel cortada and it was the best coffee Ive ever had! Wonderful service and great atmosphere.

We had the street tacos, baked potato soup with half a grilled cheese sandwich. And a hazelnut latte. Everything was very good.

First time. Ordered an espresso (Doppio on their menu) and a Cortado. The shot was great. Messenger beans I believe. The Cordado had great flavor but the milk wasnt as thick as I like, so the texture was a tad on the watery side.Great staff, great vibe. Mix of young people and old folks. Lots of chairs and places to sit. :)

Wonderful coffee shop and Cafe. My 12yr old son and I were looking for something unique as we were passing through town and stopped here based on reviews. Reviews dont lie! The coffee was great my son had a strawberry smoothie that he said was one of the best ever, I had a breakfast flatbread, and he had a special breakfast quesadilla both of which were fantastic and very fresh. I love finding places like this and small towns around the United States. I will make a special trip back just for breakfast!

Food has always been good, does the Philly steak come with peppers and onions and Swiss cheese?

They charged me a full dollar extra for my drink than the price listed on the menu. I told them but they didnt correct it.

I work for a hospice company, and so I travel to different homes and nursing facilities. Went here for a lunch break and fell in love. The staff was so friendly and the food was good. It took longer than expected to get my meal considering they were not busy, and they offered me a free pastry or beverage. I declined because I could tell they were training someone new and hey, things happen. Also gave me more time to check the menu and place out. But I was thrilled with their hospitality and friendliness. The place was very clean and inviting as well. Will definitely stop in here next time I am in the area.

Great place to meet up with friends or enjoy some alone time on the Square. Comfortable and airy seating with additional seating available on the porch. Last time I ordered their homemade Tomato Basil soup to go (I was in a hurry) and it was wonderful.

Super surprise quality coffee and excellent environment. Pass Harrisonville on the highway all the time - this is definitely worth a few minutes off the beaten path. Highly recommend.

I appreciate the historical downtown lofty style. Friendly staff and excellent service, especially from Sarah. Great coffee and food. All these elements combined provide and a great atmosphere and place to work outside the home and it offers a place to meet people whether they are people I know or new people, customers or passer-bys (from their outdoor seating area.) Highly recommended. Its also the same building that posed as the Mexican restaurant in the movie The Day After. Just thought Id throw that in. Its nice to see businesses like this back on the square.

What a fabulous place! The ambience is top notch, the food was delicious, and to top it all off a portion of the profit from the cafe goes to Fund 6 orphanages all around the world. Make this place a regular stop and you won’t regret it! Wish I lived closer and could visit weekly.

Great coffee and staff! I was never a coffee drinker until my trips to Switzerland where their coffee didnt taste like burnt water to me and I enjoyed drinking it, whether it was an espresso or a cappuccino. Brick House Coffee gave me the same experience of flavor where all others didnt meet the same standards. Great Job Brick House!!

This place has some of the best coffee around! I really like their drip with cinnamon. My husband got their Kenyan pour over and its awesome! You cant forget their cinnamon rolls here either, delicious!

I was traveling for work in Harrisonville and found Brick House Coffee was a great place to catch a coffee, plug-in and get some work done. They have a really nice set-up with plenty of space around all the tables and even patio seating. Their morning baked good were average, but the coffee and lunch were both great.

Very cool location. A spacious seating area for a coffee bar. Prices seemed reasonable too.

Great atmosphere and staff, the food was great and came out quick. My only issue is I stood at the bathroom sink for five whole minutes and no employees came to wash my hands. I was able to do it myself but I try to follow posted signs.

Great atmosphere. Great coffee and good food. Prices are pretty standard for the type of business. They have expanded thwir hours and started a frequent buyer club. I would love to see the hours expand even more (sundays).

Food is usually pretty good, coffee is good also but it is SO SLOW always. Doesn’t matter if there’s only two other people in there.

Amazing. Theres so much to be said about this place, from the coffee choices, to the food, to the staff, to the great space. Set in an old building on Harrisonvilles county seat town square, the whole place is just gorgeous, and the owners have done a wonderful job turning it into the only great coffee shop in town. The baristas know their stuff, and are more than eager to teach and inform if you have any questions about any of the drinks. To top it off, they serve Messenger coffee. Worth the short drive from Kansas City.

This place maybe great for coffee. I was disappointed with the breakfast burrito it was dry. Eating on a paper plate and plastic silverware was not for me neither was the coke in a can. Very disappointed.I wouldnt recommend it for the breakfast burrito.

Harrisonville is lucky to have a local restaurant like this that isnt a franchised chain. Stopped here today on a whim and thought the food was great, place was clean, and the atmosphere is nice.

As I walked in all I could think of was wow.. this place looks incredible, and i havent even made it to the front counter yet. The staff greeted me with smiles and were all polite. The Vanilla latè was just how I like it, and the biscuits and gravy hit the spot! My favorite part of the coffee house is down stairs. Im a big fan of stone work and the craftsmanship is amazing to me. Ill be coming back as much as possible.

Coffee is excellent, service is kind. Only negative is if they are busy the service can be slow. Also its rather loud because of tile floor and brick walls and flat ceiling it echos a lot, some drapes or hangings to absorb some sound would help tremendously

Eggs from burrito if you want egg, and biscuits & gravy! I asked and got 1/2 order, 1 biscuit but on review was billed for Full, I guess to include the egg. Crustless quiche for my friend. Very short on choice!Food had decent flavor but they were cheap on the gravy. I did ask and get more. A bit pricy especially on coffee, without refills, but it was good coffee! For the price you could have real silverware, not flimsy plastic. Appearance was good, nice Stone work, appeared to be clean and kept. I likely wont stop there again!

I have been looking for a new coffee house. I live in Peculiar and used to patronize Starbucks, in Belton. Their coffee lived up to my expectations and more. However, they decided to not just make great coffee but to get political. The last straw was to hire isis immigrants as they are moved into our area instead of our military. I have not been back since. SO, I was on the hunt for something at least close to the best coffee ever that I was used to. A friend of mine referred The Brick House. I went alone a week ago, just to check it out. IT WAS AMAZING! It met all my expectations and more!!! I returned again a couple days ago with a friend. She loved it too. I WILL be back!
