It works smoothly except there is usually at least one thing on my list that isnt available.

For of my tomatioes were rejects, two tiny and three shriveled, one split, & one partially smashed and starting to rot. What happen to the thoughtful trained and competent pickers with some common sense? For almost a year Ive been 5-Star happy with onlone order and pickup and recommended it to many. For three weeks now its two-three stars not to even mention the systems issues.

MY GROCERIES WERE TO BE AT MY HOME AT TEN A.M. I TOLD THEM TO KNOCK ON MY DOOR OR HONK HORN. I WAITED AND WAITED AND FINALLY WENT OUTSIDE TO CHECK ON MY GROCERIES . THEY WERE THERE, JUST PLOPPED DOWN ON THE CONCRETE. SOME ITEMS WERE BEGINNING TO MELT. I AM CANCELING THIS SERVICE

I waited 1 hour for 1 product and still needed to go inside to get it myself.
