It seems as if this guy is back to his old ways. My partner dropped of a gun part and a pen to be painted in early April. We were quoted 4-6 weeks for this custom order. That would put us at the middle of May. Joe dodged calls and emails from my partner last month. I called Joe last week, he advised it would be shipped out Friday. I called yesterday, he advised it had not been shipped and would provide me with a tracking number yesterday. I called three times today and have not gotten an answer or reply. This is beyond frustrating and I want a refund.

Had a glock 43 done in midnight bronze and graphite black by LTM. The cerakote finish came out great and the communication as well as the turn around time was top notch. I will definitely be using LTM Refinishing for future projects.

I knew I was ready to have my TRP Cerakoted, but I was apprehensive about anyone doing the work. I researched for weeks trying to find that “one” applicator that stood out. Locally I found GA Precision Rifles who ultimately referred me to Joe at LTM Refinishing. They were confident in their recommendation which put me at ease. Joe runs a small shop, and I felt good about dropping off my prized .45The work was done professionally and the final product looks outstanding! Dropped it off on Saturday, picked it up the following Saturday. Thanks again Joe, I will definitely be seeing you again 👍

I sent 2 scopes for Cerakoting - each single colors...very simple. Comment 1: they took MONTHS to complete my scopes...not at all the 5 to 7 business days promised on their website. Second, one of the scopes had overspray in the objective lens bell, and it turned out very badly. Whenever I adjust the zoom ring it feels like sand is grinding, and the color match that I asked them to do was WAY wrong. The second scope and base turned out quite good - Id give that a 4 out of 5. But overall the whole experience is 1 of 5. Ive read other comments about the work delays, but I didnt believe it. Live and learn.

First off, I was really on the fence about using LTM for my refinish job. I did some google searches and there appears to have been a ton of drama with these guys. But that was sometime between 2008 and 2011, so I figured what the hell, Ill give them a shot.I exchanged some emails with Joe about the job and eventually I sent over (2) stripped lowers and (2) stripped uppers along with a 5th upper that I wanted it to all match. I needed it done in gunkote 2400. The website said 5-7 days but it took closer to 3 weeks. In all fairness, Joe was responsive and said he was redoing the pieces because they just didnt quite match to his standard. And, if the site means 5-7 days per piece, he was actually right on time. Either way, I wasnt in a major hurry and was more interested in getting it right. So I got the pieces all back today. The 4 pieces all match flawlessly but they dont quite match the 5th piece I sent as a reference. Its really close, bit slightly off. Cant fault Joe for that. Matching a job done by a different company with a different batch of product, is tricky, but I rate the match at 8/10. The work itself is flawless. I checked all the little crevices and he got all the spots, the finish looks professional and the price was right. Ill definitely use LTM in the future.

I have known about LTM for years through their website. I have wanted to have several of my firearms recieve cerakote treatment, but just recently pulled the trigger so to speak.I took my Kimber to LTM and met Mr. Joe Larson who explained the process of cerakote, and approximate finish date. Leaving my Kimber I expected to return a week later. Two days later I received a text message from Mr. Larson indicating my firearm was ready to be picked up. I was somewhat concerned as to the quality of work what with the quick turn around but found the opposite to be true.I went to retrieve my firearm and discovered what a truly excellent job had been done on it! Mr. Larson and LTM had delivered quite well! During the course of the transaction Mr. Larson informed me that my recoil spring felt a little weak and demonstrated the his explanation.I have recently had some chambering issues and dismissed it as perhaps cheap ammunition. After Mr. Larsons explanation I knew I had more work that was necessary. As I left LTM extremely satisfied, I was again pleasantly surprised when Mr. Larson phoned me and knowing my address from the transaction had reached out to an extremely good gunsmith who was in my vicinity, explained what I had and what was needed and told me this he is a business vendor of this gunsmith and told me the Smiths hours of operation and he might look for me to come in.That my friends is excellence in service! I have been touting LTM ever since, and have referred several friends and acquaintances towards LTM.

Cannot say enough good things about Joe and LMT. I am an hour away from there and hand delivered two rifles (Ruger GSR and Custom Accuracy Systems Inc Mini-14) and my fathers Beretta 92. Joe did an AWESOME job refinishing all three in burnt bronze, titanium grey, and bloodsplater respectively. His prices are VERY fair, even better with his AD MIL discount. I cannot say thank you enough for the great work and more than fair price. Joe is a true craftsman, and I will gladly take more of my firearms to him.
