I went to American Hearing to upgrade my hearing aids. Emma was very helpful by informing me about the different levels of upgrade I could get. I tested the pair I chose for 7 days. Emma followed up with me to check if I was doing ok with the test hearing aid. I did decide to upgrade. Emma had followed up once again to see if I had any problems. Emma set an appointment up for 2 weeks after I got the new hearing aid.The customer service has been outstanding both in the office and with follow up.Chuck
