Not my usual experience with them. This is the only time I can remember waking out without my dilemma solved. It will not stop me going to them again for difficult paint problem. My dilemma... High-temp water-proof paint.

Cassandra was a great help!Previously I went into a different store to purchase paint (Sutherlands) and they have horrible customer service and limited knowledge in the paint department. I decided after that I would spend a little more and go to an actual paint store. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with great customer service. I showed Cassandra what I wanting to do and the color choice I picked online. She actually listened to me and helped me pick a different color (more what I described) She informed me that the colors online are not as bright and it probably wouldnt be what Im looking for. I actually ended up paying LESS because of the coupon! I highly recommend this store.

Good help jf your not sure what your doing, experienced staff capable of working with pro painters as well. You get what you pay for meaning Sherwin is the best bang for your buck.

The Manager at the Harrisonville MO, store, Kevin, is awesome to work with! He is knowledgeable, friendly, polite and accommodating. He greets me by name and projects I have been working on, and is glad to assist me in color-matching, supply-purchases (decisions), and even opinions on choices if hes asked.The store itself is fast, friendly and convenient!

The person who helped me did a great job. Helped match the paint I needed even though it wasnt the right paint for interior gloss. He worked with me and made it work!
