Whether its the purchase of a new phone, parts or service, I am always impressed with the quality of customer care that I receive.The store manager Pete provides excellent service to every customer who comes into the store. Each customer is greeted warmly, and treated with kindness and professional courtesy.Today Pete provided insightful information, great customer advice and solutions that exceeded my expectations. I had a very good experience with Charmaine the Associate Manager at the TMOBILE store in Hartsdale today. She was very helpful and exercised patience, as she assisted me with the issues I had with my phone. Im very grateful to her and will always return to this store. The customer service is wonderful.
I was very pleased with my experience buying a new iPhone and a flip phone for my dad, and transferring both of the numbers over from a competing carrier. It took a couple of hours on the first day, and an hour on the second day, but everything was done correctly. I was helped by Bryan, and he is very knowledgeable and willing to see it to completion. He also gave me two nice T-Mobile collars for my cats.
IF YOU KNOW WHAT’S GOOD FOR YOU STAY CLEAR !!!!! Worked with a guy named D thought everything was great tried to hard to convince me and my S/O to get a new iPhone ect and then I needed another phone they were out of everything. Then he says we will help you pay for Netflix subscription and even help with paying off your phones. The first week a brand new phone which did has issues at the store didn’t work I went back multiple times to cancel or return the phone the manager there didn’t know since he was from a sprint store then everyone seems not to know anything now I’m stuck with a 1200 phone that doesn’t work and TERRIBLE service Sprint should Have stayed single rather than merge it’s sad when cooperate couldn’t get a hold of a manager You’ve Been Warned !!
Excellent customer service. They attended to me as soon as I walked in. They were very pleasant and helpful. They offered me different options for ensuring I received the appropriate charger for my phone.
Switching over from Verizon, very good experience and excellent customer service from sale representative and manger very helpful and knowledgeable (Pete and Brian)I was greeted immediately by the manger, Pete, and was well informed throughout the whole process. I really believed switching over was going to be hard and painful but his customer service was exceptional and painless.Brian, took over and I am now a part of the T-Mobile family without regrets!Thanks to these guys, I am able to save money, keep my old number, and no longer have to deal with Verizon!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!
Sale person Hector at this store sold us T-mobile promotion to trade in our Iphone 8 for $830 in Jan. We did everything he asked to, but by Apri, we never received the credit.We went over the store, talked with Hector, and he called T-mobile company service after 40 min waiting, he confirmed the company has not processed the promote. He said T-mobile will call or email us in a week.Nothing happened for 3 more weeks. We went to the store, talked to his colleague and left a note to call us but no calls.We ended up spending hours on this issue now. Still not fixed!Advice: when you take any promotion from the store, make them write it down for you. Otherwise you are not getting it or you have to hassle.

Ariel is my girl ! Ever since finding this t-mobile store location my life has been made much easier. But who makes my life easier at this particular location is Ariel! Her customer service has been impeccable since my first time ever meeting her and truth be told she’s helped me 150% of the time! It’s a shame this is my first review but I’ve always had wonderful experiences there. Great store, all the representatives are very nice and helpful, I’d be remiss if I didn’t add Giovanni to the list of wonderful representatives at this location. You guys are wonderful! T-Mobile needs up their game. Online service is taking a major downturn. They have become less user-friendly and more corporate centered. A recipe for failure. I went back to the local store with the help of a different T-Mobile online service rep they resolved all my problems, excellent service. Happy customer again.
This is a long review. Was shopping in the area and decided to stop in to t-mobile. Walked in and started looking around. The guy (employee im assuming) that was there was in the corner on his phone just staring at me and turned when I looked at him. The other employee was with a couple customers at a table to the right. They seemed somewhat bothered by my presence and I was there with a family member. So I started looking at phones thinking about upgrading and the lady that was speaking with the customers looked over and asked if I needed help. Nothing wrong yet. Since I noticed her with customers I told her its ok and that she can continue with the other customers. Basically implying that I would wait. She then gives me the most incredible attitude and turns back to the other people. They and I were amazed by her behavior so i told her, you know what. Were good and I decided to leave. Outside the door I was mentioning how mean she was with my family member and a woman that looks like she worked there over heard and mentioned something to her inside. I get in the car and see the lady running to the to my window. I should have recorded it. She begins to argue with me at the same time saying that shes apologizing. I tell her she had an attitude for no reason. She lies and says she didnt. Then she tells me that I had an attitude inside. I let her know that she was incorrect. I had no reason to give her one at the time. She continues speaking over me while I speak to her in a very calm tone. She then starts casting blame and in the same breath says that she wasnt. Then tells me that she had an attitude because she thought that I had one. So I pointed out that I was correct about her attitude and that wasnt the correct response on her part. She didnt want to leave me alone when Im telling her I dont want her help and continues to harass me at the car and she didnt want to identify herself when I asked if she was the manager or not. She was speaking to me like I was a kid at one point and I pointed it out and she started acting like I was calling her a kid which I also pointed out. Kept rolling her eyes and her demeanor was real crazy. Again, I wish I recorded. She kept trying to twist my words and not understand my complaint so I was trying to get out of there asap. There were other things that she did but Ill leave it at that. I was inside for a max of 5 mins. Never ever ever with i return to the Hartsdale location. Taking my business elsewhere. I know shell try and say something else happened. Thats 👌

Pretty poor customer service.... was told they were going to take care of everything after I got a new phone..... got my bill today and nothing they said they would change was changed had to spend 30 minutes of my time fixing there mistakes.. 100% would not go back here to buy anything very poor service. lady from the store actually texted me a confirmation letting me know she had made the changes and everything was good but it was not …...
IDK who the angry lady is that answered the phone, but i was driving into town to visit family, and just wanted to know the hours so i could come in and get my screen protector replaced and a new charger, she went off on me and said the hours are posted on line and on the store door, couldnt get another word in before she hung up, needless to say i will be taking my business to another location.
I switched from Verizon to t mobile after being with Verizon for over 20 years but I just felt it was getting financially out of hand.I worked with Ariel and she went above and beyond!
Every time I go there for service or upgrading my phone, it is a great experience. The reps are very knowledgeable about tech and how to deal with the phones and other items sold there. Ive yet to walk out of T-Mobile disappointed. Great customer support/ service.
Currently I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against the T-Mobile stores in Danbury! I cannot believe the way you treat your customers! If my cell phone cannot connect to the Network, stop bringing up the fact that it has a small crack in the screen that is NOT affecting the way it connects to the Network! They forced me to purchase a new phone before they helped me. I returned it.
I love the young people at TMobile. They are so respectful, professional and helpful. I am always satisfied when I leave the store, the questions and concerned resolved.
I had a horrible experience. I wanted something so simple yet the worker Ariel took her sweet time helping two customers while there were plenty of workers to help assist. Wasted our time. Was not helpful or nice at all. I went to another tmobile and literally had everything done in 10 mins rather than waiting 1 hour here.
Our T-Mobile rep was extremely knowledgeable. He resolved our problems right away. He was also a very nice person. Hope he gets a promotion soon. He deserves it

I came in one day received help from sales rep***711. She said she couldnt transfer my data from my previous phone because it wouldnt power off. She said to come back when I was able to turn off the old phone.bi came back the next day and was helped (not really much help)by another young lady who said she needed to turn on my old phone to do the data transfer. I told her what I had be previously informed to do. She said that the first rep didnt know what she was doing and that my phone needed to be on. I advised her that the problem was that, that phone was freez. She just turned it on and wasnt able to do snything Bec, as I said, it froze. Also I was sold the REVVL 2 phone which really sucks. Most of my calls drop or just dont go through. Im really annoyed with this phone. Today Im going to a different t mobile store and see what can be done!!!! HELP
One problem after another. My first phone wouldnt stay charged. 10 hours of charging would be depleted in 3 hours. Switched out for another phone which wouldnt stay turned on. It turned itself off without anyone touching it. The third phone is better but I have to ease onto countertops and desks because if I can hear it click against the counter, it shutting off by itself.They wouldnt let me trade this one in without charging. So far, my contract less bill has never been less than 300$ monthly. We cant get anyone to really take this seriously. If you depend on your phone for business, DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THESE GUYS!! You will kill your business. I hate this store and will never use Tmobile again. EVER.
If It was possible I would have given this location negative stars. The representative basically wanted to rush the process an have me buy the phone. I asked about changing my plan and he gave prices for the plan and said it would go into effect of the next billing cycle. Today is that day so I call the customer service representative, who told me that noting was changed . He said all that was done that day was me buying a new phone. I had two friends with me who word for word heard the guy say 120$ for 3 lines unlimited. I wont say they but that particular guy just wanted the money. I went to two other locations in white plains instead and was very pleased with information they gave me and also them calling other stores. Now I am stuck and frustrated, its workers like this and complications that cause people to switch lines. Something needs to be done with this location.
This place is the worst. The employees some not all need to be relieved of their duty cause they have no conception of the policy tmobile has let alone speed in handling customers. If they could eat all day at the counters and add more weight to their body this would indeed be the happiest part of their day. In the end expect delays and nonsense at this place and yes it needs a major cleaning.
Justin is always super mega helpful and knows how everything about every phone they offer! He is a great resource for all your TMobile needs and he is super nice. The management is nice and the store is clean and welcoming, best TMobile store around, in fact, I live in Oregon now but stop here when I am in town #bicoastallife 😎
Customer of TMobile many years and all retail stores have many different environments and salespeople. I have found over the years that the Hartsdale location, even with many employee changes, still has the most invested Manager along with Justin (has been there a long time) and Gabriela,( very helpful) as Associates. The store is clean, well organized, and the time they spend with you, even if you dont purchase, is effortless. Verizon is literally right next door and Ive never been inside!. I used to buy pizza and sandwiches for the crew back several years feeling like family. I love TMobile Special Customer Service as well. They have always sent me two phones to try out or major discounts on brand new phones. 5 Stars & Thumbs Up.
I was told to come back the next day because they were closing in 16 minutes and, therefore, could not help me. The poor customer service at this store will never make me return. Luckily I wasnt the CEO of this company walking in for something....I will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know!

Most cust svc people are helpful but they will tell you whats easiest for them. I was exchanging a phone but it had many personal pics to transfer to new phone or computer. The clerk told me he had completed a full transfer, but I didnt believe him, so I went home and found about 1000 pics and videos still on it, so I removed them myself. Those personal family pics and videos could have been lost forever if I listed to that clerk and just RESET the phone and only transferred a handful of them !!Oct 2017Justin is helpful and thinks out of the box to solve problems. Most others dont.

T-Mobil knows Americans are fools and retail eye catching phones and features capture your sale with you unknowingly recieving a refurbished phone and they still charge you for the phone you turned in for what you think is a brand new replacement. The managers purposely leave so not to deal with customer service issues. Even if you arrive at opening time, he will state Im not the manager when he is, that is when you know the business your now dealing with and your paying their bpay check.The internet is throttled down for those constantly online. 3G, 4G nonsense.You all like myself fell for the fancy advertisement.
The CSR in this store are really bad. When I switch Nokia phone to iphone, they asked for 20$. Come on, when I open the account, its only 10$ for sim card. Can you be nicer to your customers? Never visit the store again.
The unlimited internet is really not unlimited, the company itself and its subordinates are decietful and customers service who technically knows nothing about the technology, the service technically, nor the indepth knowledge of customer service. When you contact customer service be prepared to speak to hindus who act like they do not understand American english and service interuption will enhance problems frustrating you.Should you complain too many times, T-mobil will violate your contract and install a 10-20 minute wait to speak to anyone at customer service. We believe this is bad business and cancelled our contract. Are you willing to be subjected to customer service agents who are encouraged to socialize rather then conduct the business your calling about? This company does not have their Priorities properly in place. Buy a pay as you go fist then after 6 months decide if you want a contract. The customer service are trained to decieve you. Took a contract, told i had 14 days to cancel, within three days i requested a cancellation, no one here ciuld process my request and now stating you will have to call the manager when she is in. When is that? I dont work here !
Do you like the tmobil name? Do you like tmobil phones ? Well expect to be defrauded when you complain too much and recieve refurbished replacements for your new phone and must continue to pay for the new phone. Need a new sim card? Tmobil charges 20.00 plus tax AT&T is free. Expect no signal 1/3 rd of a mile from nearest cell tower and when you complain customer service treats you like they dont know why, it is because they installed a socket on your line unfairly reducing signal strength. Deceptive advertising, deceptive sales staff, deceptive customer service and hindues that cannot remember what you just said 10 seconds ago. Poor Quality, Poor Service. I approve this post.Are you aware tmobil bugs your phone with the zedo spyware ? Copying your passwords? Now hacking your phone ?
The US federal Gov is bugging smartphones, problems with graphics? Your bugged.Ask yourself this, do i want to be patronized by tmobile customer service? Do i want to do tmobiles customer service job? Will you need a warranty replacement? Tmobile does not extendedly assist a customer in recieving their replacement and this corporate store will not if need be honor the acceptance of your replacement. Visited the store several time for different issues, most of them related to the incompetence of the store clerks. The manager was never there when I asked to speak with him, strange. The clerks has no knowledge or kind manners. Every problem you point out is customers fault. Enough said
