I love Dairy Queen soft serve cones. I frequent the Dairy Queen in Arlington Hts and Harvard on the weekends. I’ve noticed this summer the Harvard store has greatly reduced the soft serve in their cones. Last week my medium cone was so small I asked the employee if it was a small. She replied it was a medium. We are going to try Culver’s across the street next time. Totally felt ripped off by Dairy Queen Harvard.

Staff was nice. Very popular place in the evening. Ordered a banana shake and post pretzel sticks and my daughter enjoyed them. They were fresh and tasty. Will go back for sure. Saw a number of dogs in the cars ahead of me. Think they might have been excited to get a Pup Cup. 😀

Ice cream is good as usual, the food not so good, with what they have to offer at this location.

Last day of the season, did there best to help us get something from what was left.

The service was alright but I got a piece of plastic in my blizzard today and my tenders were super dry not to mention the grilled cheese was soggy and so were the fries. I do not reccomend coming here to eat, would rather waste my gas for better quality food.

Very rude owners, super disrespectful and mean. Only 2 nice workers I believe their names are Yasmine and Camila. All the other staff have been the up most disrespectful!!!!!

I love the peanut buster parfait with peanut butter sauce on every layer. Mmmmmmmmm.........soooo delicious. You should try it.

For some reason the blizzard hit differently here. Worth the stop on the way back to Chicago from Delavan (or Lake Geneva).

Why is it that numerous online menus for the Harvard Dairy Queen show all kinds of burgers, but when I ordered one at the drive up I was informed they dont serve any burgers at all?

The service was very good, fish sandwich was to much breading and not much fish.I like a good piece of white fish on a sandwich... but Dairy Queen is a great place to eat.. Their ice cream is wonderful and tasty...

The food tastes the same as any other DQ. The customer service could usually be better. The manager never seems happy to be working. She is probably just serious about her job. The quality is great.If you want something delicious make sure to try the chicken strip basket. Make sure to pick the gravy I am pretty sure they add a highly addictive substance. It always leaves me wanting more.

We ordered blizzards. We noticed they offered a smores blizzard and a salted caramel toffee. Both unique varieties were enjoyable. The service was fast and friendly. We discussed the mural on the wall, enjoyed traditional Harvard cow decor and as we left my kids poised for a picture on the unique bench outside!

Its Dairy Queen. Clean place. Employees we delt with were great. Friendly and engaging. Small and awkward parking lot.

They really should think about bringing back the hamburgers. The food wasnt that great, could have bought same food from frozen foods and done it at home. Same taste for a Lot less. The ice cream, always great, just rediculious on the price.

Just waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with 4 cars. After FINALLY getting my small blizzard, and 2 buster bars, I get home only to realize they gave me the completely wrong blizzard. Naturally, I call and complain, when the girl on the phone explains, “you’re welcome to come back and we’ll make the right blizzard for you.” so I was like yeah, yeah, awesome! Only for her to reply back with, “well we close in 5 minutes...” Lol okay, it’s too bad you couldn’t have done your job right the first time!

Love this place, great food. Ill always enjoy DQ. Nice and convenient. From the people Ive had serve me I have no complaints at all.

Always nice to go there. Easy to get to from Rt 14 in Harvard sits back too far from road . Sometimes drive by it & need to turn around

Had the Kansas City pulled pork sandwich...it was delicious!!! Service was good.

The ice cream and food is acceptable but staff has absolutely no manners. Nobody smiled, said thank you, etc. Very cold atmosphere.
