This place has an amazing staff, From making the appointment to the eye examination to receiving my glasses.I highly recommend this optometrist because of the professionalism and its courtesy with patients.

The receptionist was VERY RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE, & UNPROFESSIONAL. If you like that type of business this is the place for you.

VERY RUDE SERVICE !!!! Open the door handed the glassses to my parents and said here one for you and one for her! That’s it !! Spend too much to be treated this way . They didn’t even ask if glasses fit or needed adjusted?! Not happy we not coming back!!!!

Wonderful staff! My daughter had a painful issue with her eye while we were in town visiting family. The ladies were helpful and friendly, and got us back on track with our family in less than an hour.

The ladies on staff were all super nice and Dr. Khong provided an excellent exam...would definitely recommend this Optical One to anyone needing eye care.

I took off today to go to the appointment I made with this company three weeks ago and I make it here to hear that theyve cancelled my appointment mind you I never received a notice of this so now Im out of a days pay and also no eye glasses I will not ever go back or tell anyone else to go to this site. Poorly ran.

Staff is very friendly, Dr. Khong was very informative and takes his time explaining in detail everything so I Understood it. His staff made me feel like family. Definatley would recommend this place to friends and family.

Dr. Hoang is awesome I love her energy she made me feel very comfortable and welcome also all of the ladies were so helpful and professional
