After three years of not having a car we decided we would lease one, and chose Volvo as the make of the car. This is by far one of the worst dealership Sales teams, I have come across. Spoke to some one by the Yasmin I guess (Couldnt catch it well) - who claimed to be the sales head. She did not spend a second trying to understand the customer need and asked questions like: Why do you think you can be at this price?, Do you understand how car prices work? and then the next statement was -Okay Good luck and hung up on me.This is when I am an existing Volvo customer and thinking of bringing more business to them. If this is how the sales head is, I wonder how the rest of the sales unit will be.

This is the worst buying experience. Pick up my v 90 cc windshield fluid is empty and the sales person is not knowledge about the car and no one in this dealership is nice. Not to mention no one is smiling. I’m so surprised this dealership is still in business.

Had a very good experience with parts department. Asked about a specific part. They checked and confirmed physical part was in stock, and made sure it was held for me. Picked it up same day and installed without issues.

I am so pleasently please with the service I received. Its so hard to find a car right now. After being in a tramatic and unfortunate accident that total my car, another volvo, I came here. I used two other volvo dealerships before, Englewood and Volvo of Queens and while they were okay, I didnt know to expect the service I recevied at Kundert until I experienced their warm and empathetic welcome. They listened to me when I explained what I needed answered all my questions and got me exactly what I asked for, in not only a vechile but in financing and service.Van helped me from start to finish, he checked in through the process and walked me through everything with patience and was some how still moving quickly which I needed. He walked me through the car end to end and set everything up for me, so when I drove off there was nothing left to do. My last Volvo I couldnt remote start for 8 weeks, becuause i couldnt get the dealer on the phone to help me set it up.If a Volvo is what you need (and we do for safety) then this is probably the way you want to experience purchasing it.

My recent experience at Kundert Volvo was an excellent one, especially dealing with sale rep Van Dixon. He did all that was expected and made the appointment go as seamless as can be whether dealing with the required paperwork or interfacing with management. I went in for a routine service schedule at Hasbrouck Heights, and was denied because we were slightly over the mileage threshold (not by much). So we took the car to our local mechanic for a service and paid $124 for the routine service. Weeks later, I scheduled a service with a different Volvo dealership (for a different reason) and they gladly performed the service with no fuss. The car is still within the warranty (which expires end of 2022)

Great service and a great attitude. Very efficient and flexible with a loaner and drop-off timing. They even helped us move some stuff back over into our car when it was ready. Excellent all around experience.

The way Jay and the Volvo team treated my husband and I was the best customer service we have ever received from a car salesman. They don’t nickel and dime with fees, they don’t harass you about the type of financing you choose, everything was smooth and hassle free. They even had a play room for our boys to play while we filled out paperwork! We were in and out within an hour and bought a beautiful car with no stress. 2 stars is being generous. It took us 3 service visits to have them resolve our issue with our 1 year old car’s tire sensor indicator flashing which ended up being a nail in the tire. There was no reason they couldn’t have identified the issue and resolved it on Day1. They did a reset and declared all is well. We travelled a long distance (1200+ miles) after they inspected and ruled out a no issue. I can’t even imagine what a nightmare travel it would have been with 2 kids in tow if the nail caused further damage as we were traveling.

I’ve leased cars from a few different brands and this is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Professional, so incredibly helpful, and caring. They make you feel like family! Highly recommend Kundert Volvo.

When I purchased my car a year ago it was a great experience. When I had it serviced for a recall it was a good experience. Today for my 10,000 mile service it was not good. I dropped it off for service at 10 am and got A ride home. I was told approximately 2pm should be done . I called at 3:25. It wasnt started and the individual helping was at lunch would get back to me in 15 min. At 4 I headed over because that was the latest I could get a ride there. While in the car I finally got my call back that they were starting it. While chatting in the waiting area with other customers they all received their cars back washed and vacuumed. I finally got my car back after five. It seemed like a rush job that took all day minus the wash and vacuum. Although everyone I had contact with throughout the day were all very pleasant it was frustrating with no real explanation and a disappointing outcome.

My car had a breakdown, a failed clutch on a manual transmission. It was towed to Kundert Volvo of Hasbrouck Heights late in the evening. The team made it easy to coordinate remotely and to ultimately get the car repaired and rolling. Service Advisor Mike Jr. was easy to speak with. Frankly, the clutch now works better than when I bought the car!

Always top notch service when I go to Kundert Volvo in Hasbrouck Heights NJ. There are Volvo dealerships closer to my house but it is worth the extra time to go to this location. From Jay who leased me my car, to Chris who always greets me when I come in for service, to the friendly receptionist in the lovely comfortable waiting area and finally to those that I havent met behind the scenes who work so diligently to get my car back to me so quickly; they are all exceptional!

Dropped my vehicle off for squeaky brakes. The squeaky noise was resolved thoroughly. The service was top notch! Great job done! Chris and the Service Team are always courteous, friendly and thorough.

Absolutely worst customer experience ever. I will not bring my vehicle to Kundert for service. I would not recommend this dealer to anybody. My passenger mirror isnt working properly, and I scratched my passenger rear tire as a result. I made an appointment with Kundert to fix the mirror and wheel. They called me back and said the damage to wheel was slight and not worth fixing. I insisted they repair the wheel because I have the wheel and tire warranty. I also asked for a wheel alignment and to rotate and balance the tires. They had my car for a week, when I got it back the wheel has more scratches on it. They claimed I had the auto tilt feature turned off (which wasnt the case). I paid $250 for repairs, the mirror wasnt fixed, the wheel is in even worse shape and they didnt rotate the tires & probably didnt do the alignment. I wasnt given any documentation regarding tire status. I am considering buying a new car next year and probably wont consider Volvo again....& I was a loyal customer!!

I needed to have my Volvo XC 70 serviced. The dealer where I purchased it changed hands and was no longer customer friendly (my opinion-not naming but also located in NJ). This dealership provided excellent customer service and a nice waiting area for the current COVID times. The experience was pleasant from start to finish. Everyone was helpful and polite and updated me continually while I waited. Highly recommended if you want a professional experience.

The service team in this branch is a joke. I noticed AC was not working right after service last week. They told me the service i had is not related to ac system so they are not in charge of the issue. I brought my volvo to another branch and they found that a hose to compressor was disconnected. I am not sure why they even touched ac system while claiming that the service is NOT about it. Or maybe they dont know what they are doing… i hope they didnt mess up other parts.

This review is mostly for Billy in the service department. I arrived to pick up my car after having it serviced; I checked the hours online but apparently they hadnt been update since covid so everything was closed when I arrived. I caught Billy in the parking lot about to leave and he went above and beyond, helping me to get my car so I didnt have to come back the next day. I felt bad for making him stay late as he was obviously about to leave but he was so friendly and nice about it. So I just wanted to say thank you and give him a shout-out!!

Went here a few times to service my xc90 and every time I went they always find something to charge you for. I have a 10 year or 100k warranty and they tried to tell me that a $800 part was not covered. A part that is definitely not a wear and tear item then continued to say let them know fast so they can order the part.I then called the other dealer that I originally bought the car at Smyth Volvo and they were really surprised that they tried to charge us that and immediately took care of this problem. Then we have a call back from Kundert now all of a sudden they have the part in stock and will be done by the next day.In summary this place is definitely money hungry double check that you are not being charged for stuff you are not responsible for.

I have been with Kundert Volvo for over 10 years and I have to say that this is the best dealership in New Jersey hands down to purchase a volvo. I always gotten good deals with them they are honest and to the point. The service department are actually kind and work with you to ensure your car is in tiptop shape. The sales department are not aggressive with there sales pitch they are calm to the point and never pressure you to get a car with them. My wife hates going to dealership except this one. She doesnt mind going and waiting for the car to get service in the beautiful redesign waiting area in the middle of sales.I have own a 2010 s60, 2013 s60, 2015 s60, 2018 V60cc and finally 2021 V60cc and so far the newest one is my fav.I have recommend this dealership to almost everyone that is friend or family to get a car there.

Kundert Volvo HH is amazing! We had been speaking to a few dealerships (across all different manufacturers) all week and were started to get frustrated with the process. Most of the sales reps we encountered were pushy and sometimes condescending. At the end of the week, a friend of ours recommended we reach out to Emilia from Kundert Volvo as he had a great experience from his inquiry.I spoke with Emilia on Friday afternoon and she actually listened to our needs. After working through pricing, she called us Saturday morning with the exact car and lease details we had been hoping for. We headed over to the dealership right away, where we signed our paperwork and Emilia walked us through all of the features of the vehicle as it was our first time with a Volvo. We also learned a lot about their leasing program, maintenance benefits, and more. In just about an hour, we were already driving off with our beautiful car!!
