Stopped in to shop for a new piece after breaking my current one, and was greeted by a gentleman named Vic. Let me tell you, these guys know everything there is to know about pieces. Down to the science. To me that is one of the most important aspects to a comfortable shopping experience. Since my first visit, I’ve stopped in about 3 more times and have yet to be disappointed! If you’re looking for something new and have no clue what to look for, Wonderland should definitely be paid a visit!

Just go to another smoke shop. Plain and simple. All sales are final. Their glass is trash. Gave this place one more chance after being reprimanded for saying water bong and several glass pieces not holding up But recently came in to get a replacement piece for something I bought there- something they sold me- something They still sold and had - was handed an incorrect replacement piece. Ended up being scammed and sold a defective glass piece perfectly snapped in half when put in as replacement. When I called -the guy said “you said that was the right one” buddy I asked for a replacement piece from a piece from your shop. Never wasting my time here again. Would advise others to be cautious.

I love love love this smoke shop! Definitely recommend to anybody looking for great customer service and amazing prices! They give you great deals and I love the convenient parking lot which is always empty and its a great location where its not too busy. I always come in and the guy always knows what I want which is really nice not having to tell him what I need because he remembers. My favorite smoke shop and I would never go to another one after this one !

I absolutely love this place, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about every piece they sell and their vibes are great. They wont try to sell you more than you need and they will recommend stuff they actually use. You cannot leave without looking at every corner and wanting a bit of everything. Its a bit of a drive from where we live but its definitely worth it for their extensive selection of paper/wrap flavors to glass pieces, filters, rigs, accessories, vape juices and so much more all in one place!Pay them a visit, youll be glad you went down the rabbit hole too

I asked for a cool/ ice vape juice, and the guy gave me a fizzy lemon juice with 50mg nicotine. Not only was it not what i wanted but he was rude and arrogant the whole time. And when i tried to return it He said he couldn’t take it back ! Never shopping here again!!!!

Great selection of smoking gear. Disappointed that they will not be selling pot when it is legalized in NJ. As long as it is not legalized nationally Wonderland cannot sell pot because they are a national chain. Staff did direct me to a tobacco shop that had the cigar I was looking for.

I have been a customer at Wonderland for some years now. When I just went in, I must say the customer service was terrible. I was reprimanded for saying water bong instead of saying water pipe and when I politely gave a suggestion to putting up a notice that states specific names, I was told rudely that his customers know the difference. I didnt appreciate the hostility, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. You should adopt the motto customer is always right. ***I couldnt agree more with the young man who comes on random review boards without visiting the shop. Although I agree with knowing proper smoke shop vocabulary, it still did not warrant the young man being so rude to paying customers. Whats even more worrisome is that more than enough people agree with the some of the staff being rude. He could of been polite and courteous and not hostile. Its simply called customer service. If they planned on being so rude to their customers maybe they shouldnt of opened up a shop that sold something so close in resembling paraphernalia and then get mad when people mistakenly call it the wrong name. So before you call someone ignorant maybe you should go there first.

Not only is the selection here good and the place clean the prices are normal for what they sell but what really sticks out here is the customer service. The people who work here know what theyre talking about and are extremely helpful with anything you need. This is my go to place. Highly recommended.

Wow this place is beautiful !! Compared to the other Smoke Shops in the area and surrounding city this has to be the best. Prices are great I cant wait to make a purchase there. I went in for the first time yesterday. There was a young lady and gentleman that assisted me. They both were very knowledgeable and super helpful! Im going back today to get some more vape accessories. My co-workers vape also and they are going to check them out too.Happy Customer!

I was just ripped off on the Greenroads CBD gummy frogs. They charged me $74 dollars. The price should be $30. Since I was buying this for my ailing mother suffering from cancer I did not know how mush they should have been. I tried and return them and showed them the price on the Greenroads website. They would not take them back All sales are final. This is an unreasonably business practice. I would not believe the other reviews on google because I did and got ripped off. I have also reported them to the BBB and the Greenroads company about this.

Great selection of vapes, papers, oils, and glass. Friendly employees always willing to talk, explain, and put stuff on layaway if you want. A little on the expensive side, but thats comparing to internet prices. Probably the best smoke shop in the area.

One of the better locations of this NJ head shop chain but since it is all the way in North Jersey Id still recommend Primal over it.

I stopped by this past Sunday. Been there a bunch of times prior to my latest visit. There attitude tend to suck. How can you work in a head shop but be angry all the time? I asked a question about an item. The young lady spoke to me in speed, meaning I couldnt catch what she was saying. Every time I tried to get additional information she began with Like I said. She did that to me about five times before I gave up and walked out. Dont bother with this place, Aladdin on Rt. 46 are a friendly bunch of folks to deal with.

No deals, everything is on the computer, not like in the city, but it is the best priced with a fantastic selection and very little knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very professional environment

I went there a few times for shisha because it was the closest place for me to go to get it. The selection was horrible. They only carried two brands and were usually sold out of the good flavors. Still, I went there anyway. There was a cute little Papillion and that was enough for me to keep going. So I went here about every week. I talked to this guy who worked there and was there when I went in. One time he like snapped at me and said he didnt want to talk and basically threw me out. I have never been more offended. I would never go back there if they were the only place that sold shisha

Go there for all Glasswork. They are a little pricy but they have all quality pieces. You will not be dissapointed. Decent amount of vaping and rolling papers. They even allow you to put items on layaway. Bought a water pipe bowl and several smaller pieces from them and couldnt be happier.

I havent been to the shop, so ignore the star rating. I mainly wrote this review to inform all of those who left one star because they used slang terms and were subsequently refused service, that it is illegal for the shop to sell you a water pipe if you state that you tend to use it illegally (i.e. calling it a bong, which is a device used recreationally to smoke the drug marijuana.) You might as well go in and ask for a crack pipe. Dont get upset because you made an illegal request and were not assisted in conducting your illegal activities. Educate yourself on proper smoke shop etiquette (there is such a thing), stop repeatedly using improper slang just because youre a jackass and think its cute and that the employees are just being sensitive. If they were to help you with such a request they risk jail time, a criminal record, court fines, and could likely cause the store to be closed by authorities. Think before you speak next time youre in a smoke shop, and if you dont know what youre talking about then just STFU and point at what you want. As for people who complain about returns, how do you propose this company take back merchandise that was used for illegal purposes. Youre basically asking them to take drug paraphernalia off of your hands. Once again, illegal as $#!+. Like buying a knife from Wal-Mart, stabbing someone with it, and trying to return it uncleaned, with visual evidence of your misdeed still in it. Would you expect them to take it? Understand that you are doing something illegal and you cant, nor should you, expect people to risk their own freedom to assist you in breaking the law.

So I totally walked in there looking to buy a bong, sorry for the slang as I know you all take that stuff super cereal. I had already established that the price tag meant nothing and literally I was talked out of buying. The young man there told me bluntly that if I continued to use slang he would not serve me. Just so you all know I went online and bought a much nicer looking and more well crafted piece for a 8th of the price that I would have definitely bought from you guys. I dont know if you guys are in the business to make money but whoever you had working may 22nd around 8:15PM east should really not be working for you. If I could leave less than one star I would. I have been shopping with you all since you opened here in Hasbrouk Heights and I assure you I will never come in again after the way I was treated.

Great place rad staff cool stuff

They are so expensive compared to other shops. All of their mark ups are crazy, I went to buy a magic flight box. Something that sells for 120 online and in most shops. I wound up paying 160, all of their pieces are a bit over priced.

No advise on anything and assumed I had weed on me . Guy with a beard was about to cry because I asked advise on how to use something.
