This is the first time I come to this store, the missed up both of my drinks, I dont know if they understand what we order or they make up their own decisions.Bad service.

Always packed with people and they just prioritize mobile orders. There were about 25 drinks just sitting there, not belonging to anyone for 15 min. Expect at least a 45 min to hour wait if you come here.

A surprising number if staff working at this location. More staff than customers! Convenient location, the staff were all really nice, service was polite and fast. Exactly what I needed.

Recently picked up some coffee here, they were quick regardless of how busy the store was. Very clean, polite and professional. Definitely coming back :)

The most unprofessional and disgraceful store I have ever been to. Kaitlyn the manager of the store was very unpleasant with no remorse. I called to notify her that the hot latte they gave me wasn’t hot at all and I asked if I could come back to receive a new one. On the phone she said yes right away and told me it was no issue. As I get there and tell her I was the lady on the phone she tells me that I was not? I tell her you spoke to me your name is Kaitlyn right? And she tells me yes, but I don’t think you are the person I was talking to. I was told the customer I was speaking to was White……….. Well that right there folks I AM NEVER COMING BACK. She was no help and did not want to serve me my latte all because of my skin color. I am of Hispanic descent and I’d like to think we all should be treated equally.

Best coffee, but too much complaining and trash talking from the girls behind the counter. One girl kept saying while she was making my coffee that she was going to quit and just continuously mumbling under her breath with a bad attitude.

Good place to stop for coffee while driving south on route 17. There is no drive thru so keep your eyes open for a parking spot as you enter the lot. Service is good though tables and parking lot will often fill up with people on their laptops using the wifi. If you are new to Starbucks you should get a card and register it to get into the rewards program.

All the baristas here are really sweet and accommodating. Even when they’re super busy and understaffed, they all manage to serve you with a smile. This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Never a big fan of their coffee and the staff were rather unfriendly. You cant sit down anymore and have a impromptu meeting so no need for me to return. That being said they have a huge loyal customer base so my opinion means very little to their continued success.

I go here almost every morning to get my coffee. They are quick and always have my coffee ready when I place it through the mobile app.

They are closed not sure why but employees inside decided not to work literally saw multiple customers come and go .and this place is now closed

Happened in right as their morning rush was starting off. As a former barista (Starbucks and other) Im always pleased to see a team of partners that look like they have everything handled and are also able to connect with the customers.Absolutely gorgeous interior, too. Looks newly renovated.

The people were nice as they could be. Didnt know they only offered matcha in lattee form. I was asking for it with less milk and the lady was like thats impossible because a lattee is all milk. I didnt get a coffee cover for the hole on my drink as well

Clean and neat. The layout is a bit ambiguous but suits the brands style. Staff were overly friendly and offered free concessions during my stay. Adversely, i can see the parking situation becoming hectic. Overall i was pleased with my experience.

There has been a pothole at the route 17 entrance for several weeks that is causing damage to cars entering and leaving. This should have been fixed. I dont understand how a corporation like this has taken so long to act on this problem for their customers

This location is conveniently located. The parking lot is very small though which can be annoying since this is a very popular location. This location has had the latest hours since COVID-19, so lots of young people hang out in the parking lot. The staff could be a little friendlier, but they arent rude. My drinks always come out great and the wait is usually not too long.

Olivia was really nice and helpful I definitely enjoyed my trip to Starbucks because of her, also everyone else was super nice!

Baristas here knows how to make your coffee, I have been drinking lattes at various locations in Manhattan and Jersey but never felt satisfying elsewhere but here. Only thing I don’t like about Starbucks in general is they need to figure out logistics of how to manage mobile orders as sometimes your hot drink might be waiting for several minutes before you pick up and it’s already cold.

Taste your coffee before you walk out because the last two times I went, their Nitro cold brew tasted like... soap or something. Really bitter and made my mouth itch?? I get the same thing at other locations and this is like, not normal.

I love this location! Parking lot is a little tricky but I love this starbucks. Liz always knows how to brighten my morning. She is always so welcoming which always makes me feel so comfortable to come into this store everyday to get my mobile order before my commute to work. She even brings it out to me. Talk about best mornings! If you come here I’m sure you’ll meet her!!!!!!

Service is always friendly and orders are done accurately. Never much of a wait if you order ahead kn the mobile app. My only complaint is that the parking lot is filled with trash. I mean trash is littered all over the parking lot. Not a good look for a premium coffee shop. Especially in Hasbrouck Heights.

This shop is covid ready! Socially distant tables, everyone was wearing masks, I love that they had hand sanitizer on the pickup bar for public use!!!!

So i came to this store and guess what! Made the order 20 min in advance and i found my order is not ready and the people who just made the order in store were ready.... nicely done, I don’t think this is how online ordering works. I do not recommend this location.

This place seems to have lot of students studying there. So its hard to find parking. Recommend doing a mobile order if you just want coffee. Also there is no drive through.

Great one to go to right now because they are doing online orders and in person they have a decent system setup, just follow the instructions on the floor.

I tried multiple times calling this location to try and let them know i had and issue, and no one picks up the phone.

I occasionally go to this Starbucks whenever I see a parking spot available. I go to the gym nearby and make a quick stop here after my workout. The place is pretty crowded whenever I go. Baristas are supposed to be friendly and some of them here are pretty rude. I only had one positive interaction with one of the baristas. She was the girl with beanie and glasses. I forgot her name. She was very pleasant.

This is a normal Starbucks. It’s clean and friendly. I’ll come here for an iced latte and sometimes a cake pop. everything is fresh. I dont normally come here but was here on my way to my friends place.

Its a freaking Starbucks. What else can I say? Entering the parking lot and finding a space can be tricky at this location, very tight fits and small parking lot. Inside is clean. Mostly only good experiences here.

This Starbucks is the best one I have ever been to. They provide a welcoming environment for all of their customers and are always respectful. As a regular to this store, it amazes me that they know my drinks by heart and I trust how they make them. Also, I feel comfortable when I do my work and studies. I also would like to applaud them for how clean and well kept they keep the store. By far, I want to thank them for their amazing customer service and I will continue to recommend this store to everyone I know.

I have been to couple of Starbucks and my, the staff there are so polite. They greet everyone and send customers off with well wishes. However, its so packed there, literally have to wait for parking even though its spacious and to find a table inside. Well, thank you for your wonderful customer service.

The location is perfect but really bad experience first I order ham and cheese croissant first bite it was frozen went back exchange for a burn ham and cheese croissant the employee don’t Pay attention on the customers just talk and talk between them not good.

Excellent service. I forgot to order something for my drink and the barista made me comfortable and immediately redid my order with grace and ease. Im definitely going back and Ill bring friends

They need to get rid of the unprofessional and bratty employees. Very unprofessional, they will just ignore you and charge you for things and will keep you waiting and waiting and u have to keep reminding then where in the end they ask u for the receipt to verify your purchase, make u wait some more to just in the end tell u they r all out. Its very frustrating cause there are plenty other more qualified people who deserve the job. I won’t go there again, respect is very important and the employees while I visited were obviously more interested in each other’s conversations then the customers. WE DONT GO THERE TO INTERRUPT YOU.. DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!

The location is great and actually store is pretty big with plenty of tables and seats. The downside is that it gets pretty busy and parking becomes an issue.Service is great and pretty fast. Music is not too loud. Be sure to try the egg bites while they last!

First time in this area. Swing by what look like an appealing Starbucks on the outside. There was very little space to park. Then inside I was worked really ignored while waiting on the non-existent line. While the person at the register finished up their conversation with the person making the drinks. When you finally got to me as I started ordering he acknowledge the last two comments by the other gentleman behind the counter, So he could complete my order.Coffee was as expected. Standard and good. But the service will prevent me from returning to this specific Starbucks.

This Starbucks, has nice lounge area. Service is friendly and most helpful. Its location is tricky with speeding vehicular traffic at light. Beautiful on 17. Parking is tight due to high volume.

Great place to start your day

Out of all the times I’ve came to this location my experience from Tuesday led me to write this review. I met Reggie and had a very pleasant conversation with him that day. I had never met a manager at this Starbucks and would have never guessed he was one because he seemed very involved and got along well with his barristas ! Reggie seems to really care about his work and based on our conversation about the community and getting them involved which is great ! It was such a pleasant experience meeting Reggie and his friendly staff. They even make great drink recommendations !

I love coming in on a Sunday Morning! The staff is awesome and always smiles and jokes!! I just left and as usual I have a great time! Not just coffee but a little fun as well! Kudos to he early Morning Sunday Staff!

I always come study here and lovely environment with staffs. The store manager is really nice and also there is one barista, Brian, is super duper friendly, so positive and i noticed he stays later than his shift to help out too. Its nice to see hear him being very positive and chat happily with customers! It helps because i am prepping for a 9 hour all day exam. *_*

This is my least favorite Starbucks location to visit. The staff is not the nicest behind the counter and the general coffee area where you get your straws, napkins, sugar etc. is always messy. I was at this location two weeks ago and upon entering the store, was greeted by a very jubilant worker, who not only greeted me, but every person who walked into the store. This never happened before. The Starbucks regional manager was sitting in one of the seats and was watching what was going on. Mystery of the jubilant worker solved! The next day, back to the unfriendly staff.

I needed to use the bathroom before a long commute home and I bought something because Im not a deadbeat. This is a good location for sanity because you need a car to get here so its not full of rugrats. Tricky parking lot though. Good experience for a coffee hater like me so 5 stars.

Friendly service, efficient, and clean- including the restrooms. Whats not to love? Select tables even have wireless charging built into them. The only challenging thing is, at peak times, seating and parking may be at a premium.

First time in the Hasbrouck Heights Starbucks. Was amazed that someone could spend $18.00 just for dinner coffees. I just got a small black coffee and did not think it was anything more than what I make at home. The seating and access to outlets was nice.

This place makes drinks right. They will always strive to make your drink right no matter how many times it takes. Parking is very limited but its worth the wait for a spot. The staff is great and work hard for their customers. The only issue is the laptops... yes there are people on laptops here all day long. Its like do you not have internet or electricity at home?

The policy at this location is causing a public health hazard in relation to the covid-19 pandemic. They are making customers crowd up on a wheelchair ramp by the door. For potential customers, please avoid this location. If the health department gets wind of this, please do something about this! Thank you.
