Parts department personal very rude will embarrass you if you don’t know the year of your car. I felt humiliated today, just because I didn’t remember the year I have been taking my Camry for years in there all that they had to do was to ask for phone number or name and all the information was in the ADP system. But he preferred to embarrassed me. Don’t bother to call to a manager they won’t call you back to hear your concerns poor customer service.
Improvement with customer service. When a customer walks in with a service requirements and paying for it, you want quality service. Their technical department really needs a higher supervision! Also, later the same week, I walk in to purchase a part, (a street mechanic fixed what they could not fix...) The sale person was out to lunch. They dont rotate or have an alternate person to attend a customer. Purchased at another location. Their lose!

They work excellent. But they gave me an appointment for 3 in the afternoon, they told me to be Ally at 2:40, and at 4 they came to take the car, and I left almost at 5. I think they should honor the appointments. Because they were doing it in order of arrival. That was what I didnt like.
