I found a very sweet lady who was more than willing to help me find the item I was looking for . I only wish I knew her name because every time I go in there she is attentive to all the customers . I’ll update once I find out what her name is . I really love how if I buy the wrong shade of foundation or if the foundation breaks my face out I can just go return it . Not many places allow this and in return it has steered me to only shop at Ulta Beauty for foundation!

In the turtle creek mall. I actually went to Victorias Secret🤗. And we were at Chuckey Cheese with all 5 of my great grand children😍

The manager is rude AF. Although she helped me, she managed to fuss at my 12 yr old the entire time she was helping me all because he was showing me gloss. He moved and something fell off the shelf and she smarted off to him because he tried to catch it. She thought he was messing with the merchandise. I will go to the coast to shop at Ulta before I step foot back at this Hattiesburg location. STAY AWAY especially if you have kids.

I enjoy going here, but lately they have been out of stock on several items. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. The check out experience is always awesome!

I literally hated my experience. It was uncomfortable and awkward. The stylist did not do anything I asked. I have very light blonde hair and he put black hair ties in it, so it was very visible. The front was bumpy and messy. Overall my experience was very unprofessional and did not satisfy my requests.

There were no employees helpings and once I found what I came in for, I stood at the register for 10 minutes WAITING on 2 workers to finish their convos before checking me out. Once their convo was over, a worker came and was too busy talking on their walkie talkie to acknowledge when to enter my card. 🙄 nothing is more annoying than writing ugly reviews BUT when workers would rather hang out than to DO THEIR JOB, it is super annoying!!!!

I love Leah & Gianna at the store! Leah is the BOMB w/ brows & Gianna definitely assisted me with skincare tips w/ Clinique! I will definitely be coming back! Thank u Ladies so much!!

Loved it. First time in Hattiesburg. I was there for a wedding. Morgan did a phenomenal job on my makeup. She did exactly what I wanted. Used even better product than Ive been recommended before. Helped me to find better products for me. Was patient in finding the best match for my skin. I loved the appointment with her and would recommended her to anyone (all skin tones, ethnicities).

I just moved here from NC and visited this Ulta for the first time I was absolutely astonished at how friendly warm and welcoming the staff is!! One team member stood out to me the most, her name was RO I met her walking to the store from her break! She noticed I was pregnant and carrying my toddler and asked if I needed any help! We chatted all the way into the store and she even kept me company while I waited to have my brows done at the benefit brow bar! She was so funny and I felt like we really became friends! Then came the next best part, the eyebrow service! The young lady who did my brows was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! just as friendly and welcoming and it was overall such a pleasant experience I didn’t want to leave! Not to mention they had top of the line styling tools on sale for $50 off! I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here the store was huge and clean and everyone there was professional and extremely helpful! Hell I’d love to work here after that visit it seems like so much fun! Just an overall great atmosphere! Nothing like the Ultas back home in North Carolina where the girls are rude and stand-offish I can’t wait to go back!

Two stars for occasional sales on premium brands. None for customer service. I was rushed out last Friday night, just before I made a $165 purchase. Immediately following assistance I received from one of the staff, I was approached by another, who I assume is a manager, only to be told theyre closing in two minutes. I made my way to the register to complete my purchase, walked to my vehicle, started it, and by then it was 8:58. I probably would have spent more then, and certainly in the future, but this experience really killed my desire to spend money irresponsibly at this place. Best of luck to you.✌

The only issue I had was that the products were everywhere. Especially in the drugstore section. Half the testers were gone or in horrible condition. But the associated were amazing.

Jenny does great haircuts. The other review is garbage because when youre sitting in a chair, it looks to other employees that youre being helped. The store was new then, is great now. Got asked twice if I needed help before I got to the back of the store. Will be coming back again.

I love the products they have, but they are extremely rude. I said Hi to at least 4 employees and NONE answered, they just left me hanging. They just looked at me and kept walking. I really needed help and I absolutely got none. Very mad about that!

I walked into the store looking for help to find the right color foundation for me no one asked to help me I walked around looked went up by the cashier asked for helped she put me in a chair never told one of the the other girls to help me it was a girl their with short purple hair bang the rest of the hair was blonde she lookedover me found someone else to help and made herself look busy never said one word to me I sat in that chair a good 20 min no one asked have I been helped sat their a mother 5 min then walked out the workers are not polite and neither helpful they need to be fired for being unprofessional and rude. I was their at about 1:30 or earlier date 5-16-17 ...you do not feel welcomed

I only used the salon. It was great. The beautician was friendly and cut my hair just how I like it.

I gave it a 5 but I wanted to give it a 4 just cuz Im not into beauty stuff. I dont shop at those kinds of stores so I wouldnt really know what Im talking about. All i know is the hair dye is cheaper than walmart so thats why I gave it a 5.

This is not a large store so their inventory is somewhat small, but they have the more popular items in the lines they carry, and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Had exactly what I was looking for and it was a good price.

I went in to find the Harry Potter collection and it was hidden. The sales girl asked me as I was leaving and told me where it was. They were sold out of a lot of stuff but I usually can find what I need.

Great selection of products but getting assistance is not easy. Employees were throughout the store, talking to each other & laughing, which wouldnt be a problem if they didnt ignore the customers.
