Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable.After asking a million questions and trying every mattress in the store, my husband and I bought a mattress.Once we got it home we decided it was to firm, Randy made the exchange process very simple.Love our new mattress now!We also bought a bedroom set for my son. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. My girlfriend and i went there couple months ago bought 2 mattresses. first impression was big guy randy never even got out of his seat to offer assistance just hollered across the store.i thought it was unproffesional and rude.but i gave him a chance then made a purchase but my card was declined because of a technical problem where he rudely said you need money to buy a mattress what about her.so i wanted to walk out but my fiance talked me out of it and paid for the mattresses.delivery was fine but mattress were both defective. Randy gave me a hard time for return but eventually did and got 2 new in 3 weeks. Now 1 of them is still defective and the stitching coming apart.we phoned him and he simply told us that they dont make the mattress anymore so i would have to pay more for a swap.this was just couple months ago mind you.or i could send it back n deal with the factory myself and proceeded to tell me where they were located also stating i might have to wait even longer..all the while being rude and sarcastic even asking in a sarcastic way if id fixed my credit problems...never would i go to this store again.a complete rip off. Quality is not good.therapedic is their main brand but must be lower end or defect models.
