This is what you would expect from a party store. They have balloons, party cups, plates, napkins, and decorations. A good place to start when you need to throw a kids party.

This store knows what is popular! We found minecraft party supplies here. They actually have party supplies unlike the large corporate party store in another city. The owner was very polite and helpful.

I had been here before when my sister purchased balloons for a baby shower for her friend just a month or so ago. It was a nice experience and they did a nice job and had great customer service. So I was very surprised when I went to buy balloons for a baby shower I was throwing and had a less than ideal experience. The man working there was not very friendly that time around, which I can understand he is human and perhaps was having a bad day. The woman woking was somewhat courteous.However, the most frustrating part was the fact that several of my balloons popped on the drive back to my house and then once I was home, more popped when they were not being touched or moved. They were weighted down by weights I had bought from their store. What was more, saliva could be seen from inside the more translucent balloons, which was very off-putting.When I called the shop to tell them about my issues the man answered, he just replied, well that shouldnt happen unless there was severe temperature change or pressure. I agreed that it shouldnt happen and asked what could be done about it. He was less than helpful and didnt seem like he wanted to help at all. He also gave me an incorrect closing time and I was unable to return to get more balloons. I will not be returning to this shop.

If i could give zero stars, I would. I went into the store to inquire about getting 5 misc balloons for my daughters baby shower later that day, but I ended up leaving empty handed. The clerk proceeded to tell me that if have to wait until another order was completed; for which the other customer would come back in an HOUR TO PICK UP. I am not one to request special treatment or thinking that my event was more important, but I only needed 5 balloons...just 5. The other person left and was going to be back in an HOUR. The clerk was rude and seemed to be a little overwhelmed that i was even asking to get my order first. I will never go back, nor will i ever refer anyone else to go there ever.

Always have nice and helpful staff. They are also very knowledgeable about their products and willing to suggest what will best fit your vision for your special occasion.

Very helpful staff. Free parking, handicapped parking, wheelchair accessible. Easy to see from traffic. Have been there several times to get supplies for our Seder meal.

These people are fabulous! Their store has a huge inventory and their balloon bouquets are beautiful! Best anywhere in Hayden/CDA area!

This store has some adorable items, and like another person on the reviews, we had great experiences when this store initially opened, yet the last three times the owners were not very friendly or helpful. I had my Grandson with me the last time, and he picked up an old balloon from the floor, one that had obviously gotten away, as the air was deflating... the woman immediately said Thats ours and took it from him, handing it to the man, who threw it away! Wow, how customer oriented! Yet, like the other reviewer, I realize everyone has bad days. Yet it continues to disappoint. I have been to their PaRTy store on three occasions that were posted as Open only to be found it was closed for the day. Today was my last time I was going to try the store... I called for balloons and since we are traveling to an outdoor BiRThDaY party, requested the balloons to not be filled so full as usual, giving them a better chance to make it through the party. The owner certainly had no assurances that she could keep the balloons from popping, and gave so many excuses as to why they may pop. Now I am no longer interested... I am a true believer that you treat your customers with kindness and go out of your way to make your product work, if possible of course... balloons should not be that hard... and yes, my Grandson still remembers you hurting his feelings, so we will not be back.
