So l bought stuff and left a bag behind. I called and the people were aware of it and took time to hold it until l could retrieve it. I found out later the clerk when he realized l didn’t take all the bags, he ran out to give it to me but l had gone already. He then took a frozen item out of my bag and put it in a freezer - so it wouldn’t go bad. How thoughtful 🤔 how cool 😎 is that!The cashier a great guy also recognized me as the purchaser of the bag.This DG rocks!I’m going to make sure l shop here again and again…and again.The employees here are really good people.They care about their customers and will go to great extent to help them out. It’s service above and beyond the call of duty. They impress the hell out of me!Thank you Dollar General !

I met a man 👨 who has worked at dollar genral for many moons. He is a character always singing & dancing 💃 to country music it makes me remember my younger years. When I could dance with my friends who bought a lot of joy to me. His name is Chuck always willing to help.

There is a very creepy guy in here. The point of sale terminal is very glitchy. I had to run my card 5 times to just buy paper towels and fabulouso. Worried about being double charged. I felt like the guy was declining my card to keep me there.. I just came in for paper towels. Im not interested in a date with someone that works for minimum wage.

Good place to stop & grab essentials without having to go into Walmart (which i dread). The only downside to this & every other Dollar store I shop in - is that check out almost always TAKES FOREVER! Inevitably there is a maximum of only 2 employees on duty (sometimes just 1) and despite having 3 registers in this store, I have never seen more than 1 register open at a time. Be prepared to stand in line to check out.

This Dollar General is a mess, always. The exterior and interior need a major cleaning...or a start over! I must say the staff is always friendly, but appear over worked and perpetually under staffed.

Only the one on 281/Fossil in Russell is good to shop at. Staff there Rocks and the prices are marked clearly. Returns are always no hassle if needed.

Honestly always extremely slow, one kid is always on the phone and I was in there last time, the lady got mad that one kid called her up to blow up balloons when there were 10 people waiting 30 minutes in line, very sad place

The store can get messy and cluttered at times but over all its a decent dollar general. Most of the employees are great, prices are as to be expected. Parking lot in front of the store can be a bit of a pain but there is plenty of side parking for those who dont mind a short trot to the door.

Your employees treated their customers poorly, and are not made to beg forgiveness; If there was An lower rate than one star I would. MANAGEMENT is well aware of this..

Okay for a quick stop. Prices good on some items only. I found some items 20% more than Walmart. Aisles cluttered. Most items (not all) lesser quality.

Dont get me wrong I love dollar general but I have to say this one is totally different far from organized has a now hiring sign up but does not hire people they show one price for a item but it will ring up different whats really going on with dollar general

Great place for a quick stop but they need to work on organization and stocking shelves. Hard to maneuver in isles around register due to product all over.

I find most Dollar General stores unpleasant places to shop. Most are dirty and have half of their merchandise on the shelf and the other half blocking the isles. This particular one is a cut above the rest.

I like Dollar General but this store is so crowded with merchandise and no one ever straightens up the items on the shelves. They dont seem to care how it looks.
