Ive shipped everything from an antique solid oak table and 4 chairs to a photograph. The employees at this UPS Store are nothing but professional. They always try to save me as much money as possible. Everything Ive shipped has arrived at its destination in PERFECT condition. Charlotte (the manager) and Gage are GREAT!! UPS should be very proud of these employees, they represent the company well.

Ive been trying to reach them for days by phone, I have very time sensitive mail sitting there that I cant get sent to me because their phones arent working. How unprofessional,

We took 2 packages to our local store to ship on Wednesday, Dec. 16. One was going to Wisconsin and the second to Arizona. We were told they would arrive on Monday, Dec. 21. We notified to people who were to receive the packages and also received emails confirmation of arrival date. The packages both actually arrived at their destinations 2 full days prior to their promised arrival day. We have been very pleased by this store.

This facility was tidy and clean. I have never had any issues with it. The staff is always polite and well-trained. There are variety of services and they are always willing to go out of their way to get shipments out on time.

I just had two packages that needed to go back to Amazon. I walked in and they scanned both and I was out in 30 seconds. Such a fast and friendly experience.

Always courteous and masks are always on. They are always glad to give the extra 10%. Makes transactions very pleasant

The store had protectors up because of the virus, all customers were socially distancing, mask or not. The employee recognized, called me by my name. One package was to Thailand and the system did not recognize the address (way different than the States) and she remembered the workaround from before. Super pleased, as usual! She was also a good mentor to the young new employee.

Everytime I have used this store I have had excellent service. The personnel are quite friendly and very professional. Plan on using them again!

Well obviously the lady that we spoke to on the phone with her name was Charlotte who is extremely nice definitely wasn’t working today. It is Friday, December 27 and whoever that lady was working there she is not a nice person at all!! We will not be coming back to this store ever again! UPS home pick up from now on!!!

When I walked into this UPS store, I had no idea how to send a pkg internationally. The gal that was assisting me didn’t know much about it as well. The manager asked to trade her places just to help me. I was impressed. I will continue to use this store for ALL packages. Big or small. This is a great location and so convenient. They are open at hours when the post office is closed and their services are so easy to use. You can get a lot of help with items to promote your own business or just get help sending a package quickly to a friend or family member. The most important thing about this UPS store is that they care about their customers and you always feel great about how you were treated. They are in a word professionals.

Super service. I had to ship 5 large boxes home after working in Hays for 6 months but wasnt going to be there for over a week to receive them. They contacted a store near my home and made arrangements to ship to them and have the packages held until I could pick them up.Jennifer Thompson, the store manager in Hays, was absolutely wonderful and I can not say enough about the warm, friendly and super helpful service she provided.
