I experienced the most excellent service in this branch. I live in San Francisco but I prefer going in this branch. All the foods being cooked all taste delicious. I would like to make a special mention. A staff by the name of Kat. She’s also one of the reason why we kept on going back in this place. She showed excellent customer service. Very friendly, courteous & the store kept smooth sailing because of this lady. Kudos to this brilliant lady!

Went to purchase regular bread. Not much brands and choices to pick from. Checked their cooked food area. Not as much being offered as in another bigger store but what is available is good. Pointed to what I wanted, everything got packaged. Paid. Easy transaction.

Around where I live they have some Asian markets and this place is close to my house but not my first choice if I need something to cook, if i am lazy I will come here, from what I saw vegetable are not fresh, and fish neither and prices are higher compared with other markets if they’re on sale it will be cheaper, this place also has to go food, plenty of dry, frozen food

Shop here at least once a month for those items you cant get anywhere else.

We were so happy to find a Filipino market that we could place an order online during these COVID-19 times. They have all the things we wanted and needed to make our favorite dishes. The only slight downside was that they didnt seem to be monitoring the online system where you check-in upon arrival so after 20 minutes of waiting I had to call. When I called they came right out.

This place is okay. But they don’t have the wide variety like 99 Ranch, I think this place is good for a few quick things. But if you are going grocery shopping for the week you will want to go to 99 ranch. Also, some of the fruit they had out would definitely go bad the next day

It is the go to place for fresh meat and fresh herbs and vegetable. The price is slightly a little more compared to its counterpart. This supermarket is not as big as the other Asian supermarket within a few miles but it is clean and not as crowded. It is the furthest Asian markets of the 5 close by my hood but I still go here.

What I love about this place in fish market they fry your fish your style and u can eat on the deli area so you dont have to stink your car w the fish smell by having to take it home to enjoy. great prices try it. They also have a great Philippines deli full of great hot food

This is bigger Island Pacific in the Bay Area. This one is in Hayward. The hot food section is cleaner and the food is fresher than most Island Pacific markets. 5-star for this specific Island Pacific.

Customer Service are excellent. They all friendly . The store are clean and well organized.

Great little Filipino market in a convenient location right next to home depot and target. Lovely produce although it is not organic and some of the stuff is from China which I do not like. But they do have cool and unusual things in the freezer section like wild ice cream flavors. Lots of delicious hot to go food and since I am a senior .. I shop Tuesdays....us oldies get a 10% discount so hit it up now folks.

Great place to go when cooking Asian cuisines and you need hard to find items.They have fresh fish, butcher area.The fresh fruit and veggies section is pretty big and the 1st section as you walk in to the left.Theres a bakery and spot to order food and eat it. Never tried any of it but it does smell Good!

The store is mostly Filipino based food & brand. There are also other things and are not just Filipino food and/or brands - like the rice (white, brown, Jasmines, basmati, long and short grain - but rhey still dont have the brand Im looking for) and all kinds of dry noodles. Filipino loves their pancit (dry noodles - mostly). Probably wont find 5 different brand of grass fed milk but I did find some pandan extract ??? I think it means concentrate?? Or like those drops in soda stream?? Maybe?? I do have some recipe plans for them. Hopefully it will turn out great. One thing nice is you can buy cooked Filipino food at the store. So if in a rush or in a pinch, theres already cooked food when you get home. Qualify probably not the best but its decent. The store is a bit small in comparison to the one in Union City.

This is a great place for Asian cooking ingredients. Island Pacific offers a wide selection of fresh fish and other seafood at a reasonable price. There is also an in store stand/restaurant where you can order hot food and freshly prepared authentic aisian cuisine. Seating is available to sit and eat but limited. The meat deals are usually reasonable. However, at first glance it definitely seems as though the quality of their meat products and seafood is good.

I like that they have fresh fish of minimal selection that can be cooked upon request. They had a large varity of fresh friut juices in a can (too individual) would prefer the 4 packs and boxes at the local fee. Diversified vegetable pallet but not from their region which is preferred. The condiments section had stews, fish/shell, vegetable, lite meat entries by the ounces and pound. Also had can goods: rice, fish, fruit with dry quick cook packs etc. Seasons from their countries region. Small but packed with food items to experiment with that arent the general pallets. Enjoy

I really like the cooked foods but an elder lady this evening just didnt like me when I refused to take those clear plastic containers which are not recyclable n being thrown away everyday. The company provides corn starch Togo box which makes so much sense to environment and oceans. I asked her just put them all in one box. Other more friendly helpers told her that was all OK. I love the foods there, not plastic. Many of us are fish lovers. So think about it. The company should do more on providing earth friendly containers. Happy eating 😀
