I just found out about this little gem and clearly I have been missing out... They make funnel cake fries 😋... and the shakes are amazing.... a great place to get a sweet treat

My funnel cake fries were so burnt it was ridiculous they were dry as hell just terrible the ice cream was freezer burnt I would never come here again

My co-worker and I have been eyeing this place since we started working in Hazel Crest, we are glad you are open for business! The staff was pleasant and very patient with us as we deliberated over what to get on top our funnel cake sundaes. The food was quite delicious and I have been raving about this place all afternoon. The ambiance of the store front was super cute and matched the theme of sweets. I would definitely return for more.

Always very pleasant customer service. Their weekly specials are usually really exciting to try. My favorites are the strawberry and mango smoothie and their funnel cakes 🥰

Me and my husband and children stopped at this place today after debating several times of going there for ice cream or not we went in box 7 funnel cakes and three Sundays of course we have a big family the ice cream and toppings were perfectly fresh and good the funnel cake was horrible it seemed as if it has been a while since they change their grease the taste was very unpleasant probably will not go back

They need a crash course in customer service. Ugh

I loved everything about my visit. Great customer service even when dealing with a high volume of orders and people. Very polite and I expected a wait because a lot of people are ordering. I visited them twice and said I will not be back the lady at the register who I believe is the owner has an attitude I even saw her rolling her eyes and the funnel cakes were greasy had no flavor and were hard both times

I’ve been to Sugar Head a few times actually when I heard about their funnel cakes. I was hooked from the start. Customer service varies depending on which associates are their that day. Overall a great place to go! I would say to publicly change your store hours. I came out this way for a funnel cake and according to the website you close at 7. Upon my arrival 6:03 you were closed. That’s a little upsetting.

My first time coming here was today. & the funnel cake was good. i didnt get to finish it because it was sort of thick. but overall it was not bad at all! everything tasted pretty fresh. i might just come back and try the other things on their menu!☺️

My family and I were so excited to go there because we heard so many good things about the funnel cakes BUT i was FOREWARNED about the attitudes from employees!! And oh were they right! As soon as we walked in we weren’t greeted it but was looked up and down, like what were we doing there. I ask the cashier a question about cookies and I received the nastiest rudest response. I must of interrupted her scrolling on social media because I got the longest Eye roll ever. We left immediately. As I read the other reviews they have a problem with customer service. Management needs to get friendlier staff that want to be there. One of the main reasons I went in there is because it is black owned and I wanted to support. But never again will I step foot in this establishment.

Black-owned sweet shop. They sell ice cream, candy, and other treats. I wish they had vegan selections but it was nice to find a local ice-cream spot close to home.

I ordered a funnel cake Sunday and I was so pleased with my order. On my way home, I got stopped by a train and it was the first time I enjoyed the hold up because I got to eat my funnel cake without interruption. It was such a good treat for a hot day. I recommend this place!

The funnel cake was ok, very greasy and enjoyed the banana split. The cashier wasnt very friendly but the young lady who made my funnel cake and banana split was very nice, pleasant and thanked me for coming she was also the only one wearing her mask and correctly.One concern I had was there were customers and employees who were not wearing masks even though they have several signs to do so.Hope the owner acknowledges and continue success.

Being a big fan of desserts, this place really hit the spot. I had the funnel cake sundae, and it was spectacular! Will absolutely be going back again!

Funnel cake was amazing. But the young lady BAMBZ should be fired she always has an attitude with everyone. An elderly lady had to ask her to wash her hands after handling cash!! Before she made her ice cream cone, the young lady got an attitude. You would think after one person complained she would take the same advice next time. Nope, she made my nachos without washing her hands after taking my cash.The young man making funnel cakes was very pleasant. This leaves a bad taste in people’s mouth, we try to support our local black owned businesses. I’ll think twice before going back again.

This place will not make it if they don’t change the employees! The young staff is very unprofessional. Today employees had no gloves, NO MASK, no hair net, long braids falling into the ice cream and letting customers come in without mask. I hope the owner get this under control fast! My family and I won’t be going back!

This is terrible me and my friends went up there @ 6 we still didn’t get our order. Everyone getting there’s before us we was waiting there until 8 so we got our money back. I don’t recommend

Highly recommended the jerk loaded fries available on Friday or grabbing a funnel cake topped with your choice of ice cream and toppings! Loved it!

The funnel cake and ice cream was delicious, but the customer service was horrible. The young lady had a bad attitude and acted as if she didnt want to be there. We drove from Indiana to support, but not sure well be back.

They literally have everything here... anything from your childhood is here guaranteed. Also have tasty treats like sundaes and funnel cakes! Check em out the prices are fairly low!

I LOVE everything about SugarHead! Especially since it’s BLACK owned and they have everything, I always leave with more than 3-5 food items, if not more!

Ordered a sundae and the server use her gloves hands to separate the brownie instead of a knife.She had touched her shirt a moment before (cross-Contamination).

Nobody smiles . I paid for my order and told the cashier to throw the receipt away and she put my change in her tip jar ontop of taking my change she didnt even say thank you for it wowwwww and they are very slow
