Good Afternoon! I am very disappointed in the level of customer service. I was told on multiple days that someone would call me multiple times. I don’t know what item they are delivering, nor when they are delivering it. When I got through to the sales lady she basically lamented that she was busy with sales however when I called two hours prior she was suppose to call me as soon as her lunch ended. Never using this place again, but I do hope the give better service to the next person.

I was pretty upset when I did not get my delivery last night and I had people waiting to help me, so it was not a pleasant experience. I hope II will be a priority today. I have never had any other bad experience and everyone in the store are super nice and very pleasant and I love my furniture and am otherwise happy...

Little slow on getting thing fixed and getting there parts in but when they do come fix it they make sure everything good befor they leave and there real nice when they come so there getting a 4 star from me

Great place to shop when you need something. I have been a longtime customer, TV, computer, furniture. Glen and Mark are the best to work with and I am very thankful for all their help.

Very unhappy with this location and what they have done is unethical and illegal. Quite frankly, its stealing from a young single mother 2. 20 minutes after I made a debit card transaction of $750 over the phone, I called back and cancelled the payment because financially I couldnt make ends meet. After avoiding and givung me the runaround for a week. This location responds by illegally refusing to refund my money immediately (As the law says.) Even after I returned the merchandise! Very unprofessional and poor customer service!!
