Ill tell you why I gave these guys 5 stars. First, they said that they would get it done faster than any of the other places I called and they did. 2nd- two of the nicest young men came out- Zack and Anthony- professional and courteous on a 95 degree day- their last stop on a long day. 3rd, Ray patiently listened to any questions or problems I had and happily assisted me. AND Amy protected my car when she didnt know it was my friends who picking it up for me! Its rare to find all these things in one company.

Ray helped me work with my insurance company and make recommendations for my windshield. I honestly had no idea how to even submit the claim and he walked me through the entire thing. This was my first time having to replace a windshield. The staff at Simbol was kind, courteous, and respectful. I walked in around 4pm on a Thursday, explained my needed repair, and they started work immediately. I was outta there by 5pm. They even helped to get my small deductible waived! If I ever have a need for auto glass again, Ill come back to Simbol!

I had a decent sized crack in my windshield from a rock, non-repairable. Safelite wanted $250 and couldnt get somebody out for 3 weeks. I called Ray at Simbol and he replaced my windshield for $100 cheaper, and got me in almost immediately. I brought my Jeep in and the work was done on-time with no hassle whatsoever. Make sure you skip Safelite and go to Simbol! Also, Ray called my insurance company for me and got the claim switched from Safelite to his shop making the process even easier. I will be back! (but hopefully not for a while..)

Simbol had the best price by far. I had some issues with the rubber coming apart a couple time but Ray ended up putting in a whole new windshield for me. I had a 11:00 appt. and was on the road in an hour. Very pleased with the customer service after my initial problems with the first installation.

I was attempting to replace my window before Warren construction blocked access to my driveway for over a month. They quote me fairly and was able to do front passenger install quickly. Pricing was even very good compared to others even if I didnt already have the glass myself. I would definitely use again for the full service rather than burn a lot of time finding a salvage window.

DONT LET RUDY WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.Dealership in Troy subcontracted Hazel Park Simbol Auto Glass to replace a cracked windshield in a vehicle I bought. They came out a day later then they were supposed too. Came late, and Rudy (whose apparently known for doing poor work) arrived to replace the windshield. He broke 2 plastic exterior A pillar moldings, and made a complete mess of/damaging the rubber moldings underneath. He put extra adhesive globbed everywhere to try and cover it up. Left my wife saying I can tell your not happy, you can just bring it by the shop and they will fix it. The panels didnt line up, and their was adhesive glue on the exterior of the car. The manager never would return my calls. Thankfully I Amy his assistant stayed on top of things and made sure that the job was finished properly by different workers. The finished job was not quite as good at lining up the covers and rubber stripping as it was from the factory but was good enough that I did not want to engage with this company further. The company has no leadership and apparently RUDY has been doing work like this for awhile with no meaningful corrective action taken. I fully believe that had this not been associated with the dealership (ie they dont want to lose their business), they would not have been so eager to rectify their mistake (which still took 4 days start to finish)

Greatest people ever. Got a crack in my windshield from a little stone on my 2015 Audi A6. I called the Audi dealership and they quoted $1,119, which is what I was expecting. When I realized that was highway robbery I gave these guys a call. They called my insurance company for me, got the claim done and I paid half of what I would have. I 100% suggest this place. The job was totally done with 2 hours and is holding up perfectly, factory finish. Love Love Love!

I have taken multiple vehicles to Simbol and they have always provided excellent results. Aside from their results in the installation/repair of glass, they are very prompt and have repeatedly been very efficient. They schedule appropriately and value their clients time as much as their own.

I had a bad leak and they fixed it really fast and with very accessible pricing. I called in because Im not familiar with the town yet and they had me come in and Ray was very helpful and friendly. I will recommend this shop 💯 and will continue to come whenever i need to.

I got a nick in my window that quickly spread to a two foot long crack and called Simbol and they were more than helpful, professional and caring. They offered to come to my work to replace my windshield, but the weather ended up being way too cold. They got me an appointment within 24 hours and told me it would take 1 1/2- 2 hours and I was in and out in less than 1 hour. That includes them going out of their way to pick up a different windshield from from whereever they purchase them because the one they planned on using WASNT my fav. I absolutely recommend simbol auto!! The best part is, they even WAIVED MY DEDUCTIBLE! So this whole amazing experience was free. I’m going back in a couple days to have them put in windshield wipers because he is ordering my size to do them. Spectacular customer service! I won’t go anywhere else for any car window/ tinting for the rest of my life!

Safelight quoted me for $330 to come to me and fix my windshield, but then a coworker told me to call this company and they quoted me for $100 cheaper than safelight! Rudy did an amazing job and I am super satisfied :) Would highly recommend!

Googled a bunch of close by places for windshield replacement..they had great reviews but i still called around to get prices.....they were the cheapest...by half at some places...did a wonderful job, hassle free, great customer service..and was out of there in hour and a half.

I just had my whole windshield replaced due to a car on the freeway running over a tire and kicking it up at me. I would recommend simbol auto glass to anyone! They were by far the cheapest price when calling around and they accommodated every issue I had. They came to my house the very next day and replaced my windshield within an hour. Ray was very understanding when I initially called and helped get my appointment set up fast and easy so I can have my car to go to work the next day. Rudy the technician was very professional and polite. When it started to sprinkle outside, he pulled my car into the garage to continue working on it and get the job done. The team @ Simbol hazel park is amazing! My car got broken into Thursday night and I called Friday am. Within a hr, they had my glass and ready to fix it. To top it off, they were $150 cheaper then safelight and with safelight i had to wait till tuesday night!!! Ray and his team are great and i would highly recommend them if needed

The young lady at the front desk thought i was stupid! She thought i was going to pay 200.00 dollars for a windshield for a 2000 GMC pickup!

After safelite quoted me for the windshield being replaced and the guy came out and tore my trim off and said he couldnt finish the job because the frame for the window had a little bit of bubbling in the paint, didnt replace the trim, left it without trim, i called simbol and they gave me a lower quote than safelite did. They guys came out and they were quick and got right to work and were gone within an hour. So far so good. Happy customer here. Thanks guys.

Had my windshield replaced at my house via their mobile truck. Installed new windshield and cracked it, blaming rust as the cause.. I had to goto their location to get it redone. They said it would take 3-4 hours. Arrived at the location after the 4 hours and still not done. Waited there for another hour until I was able to get my car back. Even then, the windshield was improperly installed,, trim was not re-installed correctly cause alot of windnoise. Way too much sealer used as well.
