Absolutely LOVE this store/brand! First heard about it at Arts Beats & Eats in Royal Oak this passed weekend. Bought the “Detroit Bad Girls” crop top hoodie the second I saw it. Honestly, Ive been dying to purchase from Ink Detroit forever and now that Ive purchased my first item I can guarantee that there will be more.This was hands down the best customer service experience Ive had in awhile. Customer service from INK Detroit is amazing. First I forgot to put my box # on my mail order and it was returned. Relating this information to ink was super easy and they resent my order to the proper address immediately and were very helpful. All correspondence I have had with them comes from a real person and not just an email bot. I really appreciate that.Upon receiving my order, I left a review stating that I was somewhat unsatisfied with the fit of my shirt. I was immediately contacted by one of the owners, offered a return label, and told that they would print my shirt on a different blend/fit for me. Amazing.10/10 would recommend

LOVE My new crop-top! Ive never been to their physical store, but I ordered online and love it. I was looking online to find a place to have some performance zip-ups and high visibility hoodies work shirts made for our office staff and technicians. There are a lot of options to choose from and many different price ranges. I happened to notice the Detroit Ink building when i was driving home one day and decided to go inside and have a look and Im glad that I did. I spoke with one of the owners and he was able to get the shirts and hoodies that I wanted and at a competitive price. The shirts were embroidered and the hoodies were printed with our company logo and they offered good advice on size and colors to use. I definitely will be going back when we get the next batch of shirts made!
