We are a distributor for fox aluminum. Their storm doors are one of the better ones available and the pricing is pretty good for the quality of the door. But their customer service is probably the worst I have ever seen. i order from lots of manufacturers. Lead times are bad from all of them. but at least we can communicate with every other vendor we use.Fox will not respond to our quote requests. we have to beg for confirmations so they know they received our orders. The ordering process is terrible.We are pretty much being forced to stop ordering from them due to the lack of response & communication from them

Purchased a Fox Aluminum Harmony Series 2100. Had the door installed by Storm Seal. With in a year and a half the door was blistering just above the door handle. This door is in a completely covered area so it doesnt see much sun or rain. The door is not worth the money. Fox Aluminum does not have a warranty and has no desire to make things right. Customer service is terrible . Do not buy this product. Do not deal with this company.

The product quality of the self storing screen door is very good however it’s not functional at all. I’m very sad because I was excited about the thought of opening the top half so my dog and toddler don’t push through the lower portion of the screen. It takes two people to slide the glass screens because the buttons to release the upper glass are underneath the lower portion of glass. You need to actually release the lower glass off the track and hold it to lower down the top half. I’m regretting my very expensive purchase. Perhaps a top rolling and storing screen door would have been better.

The design is nice, but after having a lot of spring rain, water kept pouring through from where the glass meets the frame of lower part of storm door. I called to discuss this and was told that the doors are not water proof. Im not sure why that never happened with the old storm door as it didnt have an over hang either? What is the purpose if water will be coming in and I have to keep worrying about wiping it up? If we are away for a vacation that water will damage the threshold!

This is a stand up company. Back when I bought this home, I did my due diligence prior to buying (4) aluminum storm doors. Somehow the door handle broke ( 10-12 y.o.) on a high traffic door in my home. Called, had my doors on record, checked stock, and said cmon down ! Fast, friendly service. Luv it.

Door Quality good and installation was great, However from my experience DO NOT pay off your balance until job is complete. I am still after 4 1/2 months after the fact still waiting for the proper kick plate to be installed. Many phone calls lots of promises but NO FOLLOW THREW. NOW the story is they have changed the kick plate material from the nickel plate polished to a piece of TIN. Why they do not install the plate at the factory is unbelievable since many doors have different sizes and the install man does not have and seems not to be able to order. Only contact is a answer company who forwards message to sales rep who is NO HELP. Its a small detail I know but its the principal of the matter
