Such a great company. All the employees are very helpful. Very clean and refreshing atmosphere. Really great quality of products, and a warehouse with everything in stock and if they dont have it in stock they are very good at making sure the product comes in right away. I highly recommend this place for all your paper product needs. They will truly make you feel right at home and like you are getting treated like family, love coming here for all my paper products.

We had been with Direct Paper for our receipt supplies for quite some time. Recently, we began to receive damaged rolls in our shipments, accounting for a large portion of our boxes being unusable. For this reason, we shopped around for other vendors, and switched to another supplier. A few weeks later, when a representative from Direct Paper called, I told him that we had switched companies. I was prepared to communicate with him the issues we experienced and why we ultimately made the decision. Before I had a chance to do so, he hung up on me. This seemed highly unprofessional, and frankly, downright rude after our time as a customer. A 24 second phone call. I redialed the number and, again, spoke with the same gentlemen, thinking maybe we lost connection. He told me he had indeed hung up because he was done with the conversation. No attempt to resolve the issue, no apology, not even enough standard telephone etiquette to say goodbye before disconnecting the call. In most situations, I would have liked to pass this on directly to a supervisor, but I wont waste my time by calling back again, when this company obviously doesnt respect or value customer service. Needless to say, I was quite shocked by this interaction, and because of it, will NEVER again consider doing business with Direct Paper.

Good old fashion customer service, call, tell them what you need, they have it delivered the next morning, all with a great deal! I have no reason to buy from anyone else! Paper! Packing tape! they have it!
