Mrs. Emma handled me and the customer before me very professionally, quickly identifying our needs and helping us, me especially so, as she guided me to a product. She also gave me her advise, and did all this while training a new employee who also did wonderful when ringing me out. Would recommend to anyone I know! Just Fantastic! Mrs. Emma deserves a Raise, I thought she owned the business the way I was handled with such care and how knowledgeable she was. 5/5!!!!!!!!

They rude as hell in there. For them to think they can talk/treat us how tf they want to and think we gone STILL spend our hard earned money! TUH. 1 THING FOR CERTAIN 2 FOR SURE my money is hard earned therefore, absolutely nothing for sale is worth buying that dont appreciate my CASH! Ill never be back. This store is overcrowded with merchandise. It is hard to find items while tripping over bundles of weave. I had a question about some products, however, one lady was at the cash register and the other was trying to tidy up the store. Many self serve items were behind the counter. I could not get service so I left. Maybe if I were more abreast about different hair colors and textures I would have been ok. I just needed a little help. Jeesh!!

Normally I would recommend the store to anyone but today I am disappointed. Bought some locs due to the color being hard to find at the Lindbergh location. As soon as I walk out a lady who happens to be sitting outside informed me that they have another location. Wasnt aware of this and the sales lady that i asked for assistance about the hair did not inform either of a second location. So I drive to the one near the former Kmart and I found the same hair in a better condition. I found the same number of packs and asked the salesperson if possible to do a swap out for the exact same item. She said due to the virus no. Im like it went into my trunk and I directly drove here. She still said no. So I put the hair back and walked out. Had I been informed of the 2nd location I would have held off my purchase of the hair until reaching the 2nd store. Wont return to either one.

This store suck!!!! The lie about prices and what time their store closes. I swear one of those workers is a crack head and the other one you can hardly understand!!! Dont waste your time nor funds at this store. Go a few stop signs down to either peoples beauty supply or royal beauty supply. Their workers are a lot nicer and more have better quality products!!

THE WOMEN HERE ARE AMAZING. I love their energy, customer service and make me feel so welcome everytime Im there. They do great lashes work and educate you very well on whatever product, hair or supplies needed to manage your hair or choice of hair to the best of its abilities.

The products are not all marked with prices. I ended up paying $9.99 for a relaxer that used to cost much less there.

Absolutely hate this beauty supply . its so unorganized. The works do nothing but sit around and laugh and talk. When they could be getting things organized and together.I live close to it stopped going to this one . now I go to the one on airport road. The green building. It is fantastic. Organized, and cleaned and friendly.

Dont shop here!!!! I purchased a bottle of hair clue. When I got home, I went to use it and it was opened and half full. I went back to the store and asked for a refund. The cashier refused. I explained to her that I had to drive all the way back to the store and as a courtesy to me she could at least give me my money back. She refused, stating she didnt know it was opened. I told her it didnt matter as a customer it was an inconvenience to me. I picked up another bottle of clue also half full. I chose one from the back. They are selling opened bottles of clue to there customers. She never apologized or took responsibility for the situation. Then refused to refund my money.

Just like other ladies have stated the owners are RUDE. The first time I went in there I was over charged by 32 dollars. Like a fool I went back and when I got home items that I paid for were not in the bag. I went back and was told I not over charge no refund I spent about 85 the first time and 100 the second time.A lot of things do not have a priced marked on them. Even if they are in the wrong you will not get a refund. Go further down Lindbergh to get the same item for cheaper. Go to the black owned beauty supply and support instead of getting treated bad and ripped off.

Employees are very helpful and friendly. Store always stocked and has what I need.
