Harold with the service department did our walk through with us and was very friendly, thorough, and answered all our questions we had about the BHOK284. Harold also got us set up on products we wanted after the sale for the new RV. Harold was helpful in making suggestions and getting the items installed. This place is amazing! Tom, Pat, and Jack were awesome! After having a horrible motorhome experience with another place in Texas we found a 2003 Winnebago at Apache and Tom was so patient with all of my requests and concerns! Absolutely love this camping dealer I made my purchase online a 2013 Casita and my salesman Jon Link was very considerate making a video for us to view the camper (several pictures) he went way over trying to make sure we new what we were buying and made the process for us so fun and honest and reliable we had a 5 he trip to pick up and the camper was exactly what he had told us and we were so happy they treated us kindly and the camper was ready for camping trip! This is our second purchase from Apache, first RV we bought, was a KZ Sportsman, small 17 ft.We just traded that one in for a Keystone Bullitt Crossfire, this one is a little bigger, at 22 ft.Adam Clark was our salesman, both times, very friendly and professional service with customer in mind!He has come to our aid several times with answers to questions and even went above and beyond service on one occasion!!!Harold did the walk through with us, and he was very thorough and answered any questions we had!When it came to the financing, it went very smooth, no time at all and we were owners of a new RV.We would recommend this place to any that are buying a new RV, especially if Adam is your Salesperson!! 😀👍

We have had pop-up campers for last 14 years; and in 2020 of all years, decided it was time to move up to a new to us travel trailer. We contacted Adam at Apache and told him what we were looking for and what our budget was; of course everyone was looking for the same thing! Adam called to tell us of a trade-in that was coming in a few days away; needless to say we were interested! He called us the day it arrived and my wife was up there immediately and we put together the deal. At an impromptu visit to Apache Village RV Center in April 2021 -- we bought a well maintained 2014 Keystone Bullet trailer for a very reasonable price! Family run team that worked with us and presented a fair deal. Jon Link kept us in the loop along the way and answered our calls before and after the sale. The owner was doing a final walkthrough our unit when we came to pick it up just to ensure all was good prior to delivery.We had a manufacture issue that Jon and team took care of for us 800 miles from home. They found a local repair shop, arranged everything and took care of the details so we could get back on road. Jon promised good service after the sale, so we waited to rate until we could test that statement. Well Apache Village held up their promise. Thanks guys!!

We’ve purchased 2 RVs from Apache Village. Our experience has been nothing but great! Our salesperson was Tom S. He is not your ordinary salesperson. Not only is he good at what he does, he truly cares about the customer. Even though it’s been 6 years since we purchased our motorhome from Apache Village, Tom keeps in touch. Recently, in the middle of a trip, we had slide problems so we contacted him. He’s ALWAYS willing to help and when he can’t, he reaches out to the service department to make sure we’re taken care of.David and Clayton from the service department are also exceptional! They did not leave us high and dry with our slide issues, they got our problem fixed so we can move on.Mr. Meyer, these guys deserve a pat in the back!When it comes time to upgrade our RV, we will not hesitate to go back to Apache Village.

We had a great experience with Apache Village. We had been thinking of getting a travel trailer for a while now. We went to the RV show in the fall where we spoke with Marty who was very kind and visited Apache’s lot on a few occasions. We primarily worked with Adam who was extremely knowledgeable about the trailers and never once tried to over sell us. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and put us in the perfect unit. Jon did an awesome Job taking video of the class c motorhome, as I lived 5 hours away! Very detailed and found all the answers to my questions. Bruce in finance called me back and was very patient with all my needs. Had issue with water pump, called service team and they were prompt in trying to help me resolve the issue. Horrible customer service. Years ago my brother had this company install a bike hitch on his car so I called today so I could buy a trailer hitch from and have it installed on my new truck so I can haul my new pop-up camper and she told me Im sorry we dont do outside work. I told her yes you do weve used you before she then proceeded to tell me look were booked out 3 months just go somewhere else and hung up on me. The tone in her voice was if she was a High School kid and was only there because the parents are making them work for the summer kind of attitude while sounding like a grown woman.Horrible Horrible Service.

What a great experience at Apache Village. This was our 1st camper purchase and we never had any pressure or discomfort throughout the entire process. We had a great experience with both Adam in sales and Bruce in finance and also Craig in service. Adam answered all of our many questions and was so open and honest through all of the process. There was no pressure. He worked with us on timing and ordering. And customizing items on the camper. Bruce was so great with financing our new camper. Again, no pressure. Craig walked though every single part of our new camper with us and tested all of the components for us- including heat and a/c and water. He answered all questions too. What a great team of people!

After buying our camper was disappointed that calling to talk with our salesman he was always busy and even leaving a message for him to call us back, we never heard from him. Even after telling the young lady answering the phone I would like a return call and telling the parts department I wish he would call he never did. The parts man even told me he said something to our salesman and he was told “ I’m so busy I hardly have time”I guess getting the sale is the most important thing. Afterwards the customer is on his own.

We picked up our new 2430BH Keystone Passport Bullet and we could not have been more pleased. While some staff were doing our walk thru others were installing our electric brake system and back up Camera systems in my Dodge Durango. This is our third camper we have purchased from Apache Village. We went from a pop up to a travel trailer and now a bigger travel trailer! His name is Adam Clark. A rarity in sales. Listens to you and hears what you have to say. Id already made up my mind on what I wanted to buy based on my desire for it to be a very lightweight unit. Other things I mentioned, the bathroom, preferring no slide outs, he showed my wife and I alternatives that matched what we wanted perfectly, because my choice had a slide out. The unit we ultimately bought, a Keystone Bullet Crossfire checked all of our boxes. Plus we have better seating with glass on three sides in the rear dinette configuration. Like other reviews posted completely concur with the consensus of these people knowing their products because they camp/RV too. Expect this wont be our final purchase from Apache Village and already enjoying the piece of mind regarding service after the sale.

My wife and I was looking for a used RV late-model we had very specific size and options Marty spent most of the day with us he was totally amazing,didn’t have exactly the model we were looking for but it was a very very pleasurable experience even after they knew they were not going to get The sale they were very kind and understanding to us. I could not recommend them enough everyone was so awesome to us especially Marty what a nice man. I hope next time we have a bigger budget and we are able to purchase a motorhome from them . Very positive experience. I brought our travel trailer in for some insurance work and other maintenance. Even though Danny was with another customer, he quickly acknowledged my presence and said he would be with me next. He handled everything professionally, answered all my questions, walked around the trailer with and helped me unhook.
