First, I will never buy from a name dealership again.January 13th, I believe is when I submitted a financing application online and gotten a call from Cici not even 30 minutes later. We spoke about what I wanted and after another phone call I actually got what I was looking for. There wasn’t no shady business or vibes. Cici told me what I needed to bring in. I came in with the appropriate documents, signed the paperwork and that was that. What I loved about my experience is, I was offered warranties and gap right off the bat. The first car I got from an actual dealership didn’t offer anything like that. I highly recommend buying your vehicle from enterprise car sales vs a name dealership. I also recommend doing business with Cici at the Hazelwood location. She’s a dear. Straight forward and to the point. She’ll get you in and have you driving off the lot in no time. Providing you do what you need to do on your end.

Salesperson was good, but the process was painful. I put a hold on a vehicle at an another location. That hold wasnt honored and the car was sold. At least this location (St Louis) was willing to locate another vehicle and pay the difference of the charge to transport it here. There was a delay, and the vehicle didnt arrive for a few days. Once here, it had to go through an inspection process, which again, took several days. The buying process itself was great! Very straightforward and a good price (KBB based) on our trade-in. A day later, there was a problem with the vehicle. The salesperson said they would set up an appointment with a dealer, but that didnt happen. I was very surprise the issue wasnt discovered during their detailed inspection. (I never received a copy of that). I had to set up the appointment on my own. Last, I thought I would get communication when everything was ready to get the license plates, but I never received a call or text. I ran around like crazy, having to drive to the facility to pick up the paperwork and then get to the DMV two days before the temp tags expired. Lack of follow-up about either of these items has left a bit of a bad taste. Love the car, though!

The process was fast and easy. James made buying a car a wonderful experience. He was very patient and gave recommendations based on what I was looking for. He ended up recommending a car that I originally did not intend to look at. I loved it so much I bought it! This office was very friendly and mindful with the Covid-19 precautions. I felt very taken care of during this purchase from the test drive, to filling out paperwork, to the financing portion. The last time I bought a car from another dealer was very stressful, difficult, and time consuming; this time was the exact opposite. The day i picked up my truck I was excited like anyone would be, in my opinion when you invest over $23,000 dollars, you should at least get a full tank of fuel. The interior detailing wasnt the best, i actually scrubbed off some stains that I had previously pointed out to my salesman,she told me they did the best they could. I dont have the manual that comes with all new vehicles. When driving the vehicle it pulls to the right, when means it needs an alignment. I was told the vehicle had to be sent out for a thorough inspection, but after looking at the inspection papers, I noticed the vehicle was inspected on 06/182020. I officially purchased it on 07/22/2020. Honesty means a lot no matter what you do in life! Two of my tires are like new and the other two are not, it would have been nice to have a equal amount pertaining to tread! Nothing is perfect, but Im not sure if I would use Enterprise again.

In April of 2016 I found myself at this location because they had the vehicle I had been eyeing, a 2014 Nissan Murano, at an incredible price. I purchased that car the same night I test drove it, and my experience was so fantastic that I returned without hesitation a few days ago to purchase another vehicle. This recent purchase was unexpected, and it was so nice to have a new car in my garage the day after I found out I needed one with no running around town or hassle involved.In both cases I worked with Justin in sales and Jeremy in finance. While I walked in both times knowing exactly which car I wanted to see, Justin took the time to hear exactly what I wanted in a vehicle suggested other options to consider without pushing me to look at something I was not interested in seeing. Salespeople were courteous. They only showed me cars in my price range. They didnt try to over sell any options. They had a lot of cars to choose from that I could afford. The car that I purchased has been absolutely great.

Exceptional Service

I am a returning customer three times. Purchased my very first vehicle 14 years ago at Enterprise, so naturally when I started looking for a newer vehicle I returned to Enterprise. I went in with the intention of only looking, but Bryan Brown was very patient with me, recognizing this was not an easy decision for me to make. That was in November of 2015 when I made my purchase, but I recently had a car accident in which my vehicle was totaled. Headed right over to Enterprise and was able to find another vehicle within a week with all of the features that I had come to love in my last vehicle.

I bought my car from the Hazelwood office. Am very happy with the car. My last two cars have come from Enterprise and were good cars. This time, I was a little surprised that, in addition, to a recall on the vehicle, the cabin filter was very dirty and brake fluid was thin. Both had to be replaced which cost me $200. Did not plan on spending money on a car I just got a few days ago. Over all I am pleased with the car.

I bought a toyota corolla in March of 2019 from Erica. She gave me a great deal and I absolutely loved my car. I had no issues what so ever the whole time I had it. Well I am currently expecting my third child so I needed a bigger car. I searched all around the st louis area and everytime I would find a car another dealership wanted to low ball me for my car. So I made the decision to go back to Erica at enterprise. She found a Dodge van that was a little high in my price range and ultimately I couldnt afford the payment. So I kept looking. Found the same car at another dealership and he wanted to low ball me for my corolla as well. Well Erica never gave up. She found me a 2018 dodge grand caravan in my price range and they gave me a wonder deal on a trade in. Erica and Aveon (the car sales manager) made sure I was happy and pleased with my decision on my car. I honestly cant thank them enough! They are a wonderful company and wonderful people to work with! I will go back if I ever want another car!

I had a very unfortunate experience and I was really surprised because I have always had excellent service when renting a car. I would not recommend this location for purchasing a car. I was so looking forward to a good experience...spoke to finance manager, Tony, after waiting on my salesmen, Mike, to call me back and he (Tony) could have cared less about my experience...I dont mind getting denied, but dont have me wait for weeks, then ask me repeatedly about a trade, be aware that I am trying to get the title for the trade, then say go online and fill out an application-I say to him; Ive already did one in person with Robert, call you numerous times to follow up and then someone finally says, you should talk to finance. The response is then well he doesnt know anything about the finance part. So when I call, why wouldnt he let me speak to someone in finance or ask them the status instead of prolonging the process and not communicating anything and then the managers response is insincere and unauthentic.

The service we received from the Sales and Finance staff at the Hazelwood location was, as always, outstanding. Erica Lathangue has sold us our last two vehicles and has always been very professional and courteous and listened to our needs and provided the exact vehicle we were looking for. This makes the 14th or 15th vehicle we have purchased from Enterprise and continue to be very satisfied with the treatment we receive!

I purchased a new car at the Hazelwood location and CeCe B. was my car sales consultant! She was very helpful and very attentive to ensure that the vehicle I wanted was everything I wanted. She was extremely patient and very informal about my options. Her customer service & her being a personable person will take her a long way in her career. ABSOLUTELY the most friendly place I have been to in a long long time. The customer service was exceptional. Natalie is just terrific, she listened to what I needed, she was prompt, she was proactive, she was just great. And Jeremy explained all the financing to me and made it very clear for me to understand. I bought my first car from this Enterprise Sales location about a year ago. Ran into a problem with the car recently, which I thought may cost me a lot to get fixed, talked to my salesman Mike Slyman and he sent me in the right direction so that the car was fixed and not a penny out of my pocket. I will definitely be buying my next car from this location. Very friendly and helpful. PS The buying experience was great also.

Justin Vogt really made finding my new car easy. As a Realtor I put between 20-30k miles per year on a car, so I needed something durable with low mileage, roomy and most important comfortable to drive. For a time I thought I would have to make a step down in vehicle comfort & bells/whistles, as we were limited budget wise. Justin proved me wrong. After we met to discussed my likes and dislikes, car styles, makes, etc... and a test drive, within a couple of days he found the perfect car. He asks good questions and listens well, for he knew the right car for me before it was ready for a test drive. I must say I was also impressed with the whole Enterprise Car Sales process. There was no haggling and no surprises. And the best part was we didnt have to sit there for hours waiting to see how much the car would cost and how much they would give us for a trade in, etc...
