I just left this location to have my nose pads replaced on frames I purchased from them approximately 2 years ago and they charge me $8.78...yes they included tax. The tech disposed my old nose pads and replaced them with new ones before informing me it was charge. This item is typically complimentary item from 99% of most carriers regardless if you done business with them before. This place however is the exception to the rule of the cost of business sometimes in the interest of gaining more business in providing such a service. They want get my business anymore.

Even during this lockdown they provided excellent service . Wasn’t too sure when I called if they could fix it at this time, but they said they could fix them and they did . Very efficient process too . I dropped them off and by the very next day they said they would mail them to me . Highly recommend them !!

The staff was nice and the office was clean and organized.

This was my first visit, the dr. was very friendly and knowledgeable the staff was very nice and very knowledgeable as well. I will be picking up my glasses soon and continue my review. But overall at this point Im very satisfied.

Chuck & his staff are absolutely wonderful- it is no wonder they have been around for 3 generations!
