My experience with Midwest Clearance Center was beyond fantastic! I was looking at an Ashley Furniture couch and Midwest had it in stock! So not only did I save over $300, I only had to wait 2 weeks for the couch to be delivered instead of the 8-14 weeks that Ashley was proposing. Ill definitely be going back!

Found exactly what I needed and could afford in stock, unlike so many other discount furniture stores these days. The saleswoman who assisted me went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

What a wonderful team and furniture company! My husband Alex, and I bought the North Shore Canopy Bed Set. (Most of it). We bought the canopy bed with rails and all attachments and mattress cover, the dresser, the 2 night stands, the chest, 2 box springs, a King mattress pillowtop in a box, the warranties, set up, delivery, and more! We are BEYOND HAPPY with the whole process and all of our furniture! Mae, AJ, Marc, Nate, the 2 movers (I didnt catch their names), the warranty guys (repaired legs and scratches and paint - I didnt catch their names), were all absolutely wonderful!Everyone was very prompt and polite and the furniture arrived in a fair amount of time. This is my second time using this store to purchase furniture I picked out some living room furniture back in April of course with covid everything was on backorder the owners which are two brothers Joe n John stayed in touch with me kept me updated along the way even when I called in to talk with other staff they was very pleasant and apologetic even though it wasnt their fault I highly recommend them to purchase any kind of furniture and I did finally receive my furniture and I love it. We purchased an Ashley king size mattress from Midwest Clearance Center. It was important for my wife and me to see and feel the mattress in the show room. My wife was able to lay down on the mattress to ensure is was soft but still provided the required support. She was able to try other mattresses in the show room which provided a comparison and help with making or selection. Steve Mitchell (Sales Associate) was very informative and gave us helpful advice on the various mattress materials, specifications, and warranty. We shopped around and found Midwest Clearance Center had the best prices and customer reviews. The Ashley mattress was in stock and was packaged in a compact box which allowed us to take it home the same day. The setup was easy, once the plastic was carefully removed and the mattress expanded to its full size. We have slept on the mattress for about a week now and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

The salesman was VERY helpful and didnt try to force the most expensive mattress on me. I told him I needed a mattress and box springs and he started at the lowest price and we worked our way up. He did a fantastic job and it was available for me to pick up 2 days layer. I will definitely shop here again. In fact, my dad brought me in his truck to pick up my order and ended up purchasing a mattress and box springs for himself too. My mattress is amazing and Ive had the best sleep!! So 100% happy with there service Brian was an amazing sales person for us exactly what we were looking for. On a different note the company they hired for deliver was awful. I understand the store is needing the help with all of the business they have been getting its hard to keep up with. And even with that they did everything to make it right. These guys are the best! My wife and I have been looking for a mattress for 3 weeks. Weve had to deal with sales people that over-hype their products, try to push you into something you dont want, or they simply dont help at all. You dont get any of that here. AJ was great. He listened to our wants and needs, and got us exactly what we wanted. He didnt try to up-sell us on anything or try to talk us into something we didnt want. The prices are great. We bought a $500 bed that was more comfortable than some of the $1200 beds that we have seen at other stores. I highly recommend Midwest Clearance Center.

I ordered a sofa and entertainment center. The deliverers (3rd party contractors)assembled the sectional but not the Entertainment center. They stated they did notbknowbwhy it was delivered without being assembled like the others they had delivered bin the past. I called the store. The lady told me she would contact me the next dqy. I didnt hear from her so I called and was told their workersvwere out, suck, etc. Needless to say, I had to wait another two weeks before my ent. Center was delivered. I will not be going back.

We love our new bed set & it didn’t take long to get here. The only downfall we had was that there were a few screws missing & the screws that are in the frame don’t seem like they’re long enough to keep it sturdy & in place for many many years so a nee bed frame might need to be bought later down the road. But overall the bed is beautiful & gets the job done for now

Ron gave me 5 star service. I only gave 4 stars because i called back to complete the transaction and Ron was off. I initially called the number on his business card which was a different location however the gentleman answered my question about delivery fees (5 star service again,). He quote one price and when i called the local store I was quoted different price. Also the woman that completated the transaction over the phone twice quoted me different prices. Ron was trustworthy and for future purchases I will only work with him.

My experience was horrible I ordered my furniture for my daughter the second week of January when I initially made the purchase I was told that the latest would be March 3rd to receive all the items, from that date every week it changed to a different date. Once I finally complained all they could offer was free shipping and even though I didn’t need anyone to ship my items I said ok. So my items finally made it here last Thursday after almost 3 months I asked when they could deliver it and I would’ve still had to wait another week and a half. So I may this point I just picked it up because it was ridiculous..!

All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Helped us pick out great new living room furniture. Thank you will be back.

We ordered a mattress in January. We were told that we would get it in early February. However, no one contacted us after that time had passed. When had contacted the store there was a lot of back-and-forth. Finally one manager made some phone calls and did some things and we were able to get our mattress March 6th. Everyone was very friendly but I was very disappointed that we werent contacted once our mattress didnt come in. Im wondered if because we had already paid for it in full had it already come and we just werent told about it...and that it was probably sold to someone else. Just a thought.

Nicely priced and great costumer service. My bench did not have the pre manufactured holes so it was not able to be assembled. Within 3 days mwcc had someone sent out who made the holes and assembled the entire bench. Would recommend

Excellent place to shop for furniture. Very laid back sales associates who do work on commission but you wouldnt know it if you didnt ask them. Want proof? My $1000. Mattress was a scratch and dent purchase for$200. I saved so much I purchased a new sectional as well! Will stop here first for all my future furniture needs. My sales guy was the owners brother as well.

After waiting 21 weeks with another store for our furniture (and an anticipated 10 more), on a whim I texted Midwest Clearance Center. They responded within minutes, found out what I was looking for and offered us the exact set we had ordered off their own floor room. We picked it up with 30 minutes. Service was fantastic! No hassle, quick response and salecompletion. We are thrilled with MCC!

Horrible, took 7 months to deliver a couch. Offered nothing, no discount, nothing. Once finally delivered refused to take the old couch as promised. Also broke the light that was delivered as well. Hopefully it doesn’t take a year for replacement. I used to like this place, will probably never shop there again.

I have dealt with Midwest Clearance Center numerous times and have been satisfied both economically and materially through suitable furniture purchases.

The staff was very helpful and did not try to up sell. We were looking for a mattress for my daughter, found one she liked and they had it in stock. We went to several stores that day, they were by far the best value. They have similar mattresses but at a much lower cost. This is the second time we have purchased a mattress here and plan on it again when we need to replace our king size.

They always take care of me and are a pleasure to deal with. They are my one furniture store now.

Everything about my experience was 5 star! I was looking for a mattress and adjustable frame and Gabe in St Peters knew his products. He listened to what I needed and started me from the lowest level so as to not try to oversell, but quickly moved me to where I needed to be based on my feedback so as to waste my time either. He pointed out differences and also gave me space to just think and make my decisions. Once I decided on a purchase, he made the paperwork easy and the pricing, warranty and financing was better than other places I’d been by far. I definitely felt valued as a person and consumer. Customer service didn’t end there though. On delivery day, the workers were on time, courteous and quick. When something didn’t go as planned though due to communication on my part, I reached out to Gabe and he responded immediately and it was taken care of 100%. I can’t say enough about my experience and would recommend anyone looking for a mattress or adjustable frame to check them out and ask for Gabe.

I had to leave to go rent a moving truck, because my items wouldnt fit in my Jeep. After getting my purchases home, we realized we had received two different size box springs. I called the following day...and they sent two people out to swap out the wrong item with the correct one.

Found while scrolling FB, for the price I think my couch w/chaise was a great purchase for me. Other places wanted much much more. They also delivered on a Sunday which was wonderful and everyone I spoke with was super friendly. Received my item within a week :)Highly recommend!

I had visited with my friend that was looking for furniture and I ended up going back and buying a bedroom set. The products are NOT subpar because it’s a discount store(very important)! We purchased Ashley bedroom set that would have been double the price at Ashley. We generally buy from Ashley, not anymore. If you are looking for an item that is not on display just grab any of the employees and they can find it for you!!! Due to the back orders we had to wait a long time for our night stand(co-vid of course), but they were more than accommodating in giving me a even larger discount because of the wait. We had been searching for a couch for months, weve actually paid for two different sets from different companies but delays forced us to get our money back. MCC was quick to help us. Through a little bit of luck and their knowledge they found us a couch that we were able to take home that day! It was a huge relief for me and my 8 month pregnant girlfriend!

The people at Midwest Clearence Center furniture are without a doubt the most helpful and friendly people in customer service and sales. My first time in I told them exactly what I was looking for. I needed a good mattress told them all the things wrong with my old mattress and pain I was having and they hooked me up with an amazing mattress that not only worked for me but also my husband. Since then we go to Midwest for all our furniture needs. Every room in our home is furnished from them. Gabe and Mae are amazing we love them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered furniture and was told it would arrive in six weeks. Called around the six weeks mark to check on my order and found out it was delayed 4 months. Canceled my order was asked for a refund. They claimed my card was declined when they tried to issue refund on the same card I bought the furniture with. Opened dispute with my bank and my bank asked if I could get a refund in form of a check. Went into store and they wrote me a check. I informed my bank in front of the salesman and canceled the dispute then 3.5 hours later they canceled the check and threatened lawyers (not sure why). Pure ignorance and lack of respect for customers.

We went in here just on a whim with the idea wed like a new bedroom set but not really set on purchasing one right away. We were treated very kindly and Sara was very helpful. We found a set we liked, went home to compare on the internet and couldnt convince ourselves we could get a better deal any other way. We went back the following weekend and the manager helped us out. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very concerned about getting us the best deal possible. The guys helping us load were great also. I would definitely recommend this business.

When I came back to buy my mattress a man checked me out could tell he wasn’t in the best mood and let it come across to me the customer. I also was not giving any details on my warranty or if it was as being as it was brand new mattress you would think they would enclose those details at sales desk. But over I’m happy with my mcfly hybrid mattress and box spring :)

Went in just to see what they had. I was looking for a headboard for my teenage daughter wanted for her birthday, but it was a bit pricey anywhere else I looked. Mae asked me what I was looking for, I told her and she said this is what I have. To my surprise it was the exact headboard at the lowest price I had seen it. Then she knocked it down another $10. Definitely go again .I even told my niece to go who was looking for a kitchen set.
