Rose, the store manager, helps my company a great deal! We have several spaces there and she always accommodates us very well! Any issues we’ve had she’s always quick to resolve. I recommend dealing with her directly if at all possible for your storage needs!
Let me tell you, I have been in customer service for over 15 years and NEVER has anyone EVER more Perfectly handled my needs like this lovely young woman Rose. She made my heart smile all the while diligently handling the business portion of the storage unit, even recommended a great restaurant. Not a single step taken without care, concern, and commitment to the customer. In this business recognizing a valuable asset is instantaneous and Rose posses that spark that has me telling others about our interaction and the impact she left me with. If I could this would be a 6-Star review. Thank you for this joyous experience.
I did not rent the right size unit and Ms. Rose stayed after close to ensure I received exactly what I needed. She was friendly even though I knew she was ready to go as we all are at closing. I appreciate her friendliness during the whole process and made a very stressful day so much better. Ms. Erin was a dream to talk to as well and I would highly recommend this location for not only the facility but the friendliness of the staff. Thank you!

My daughters storage room was broken into someone cut her lock off in St. Louis. Also I rent a storage room in Nashville. I told the young lady I would be taking all my things out. When I finished no one was in the office. So I went in the following week to turn in the lock. The young lady told me they had closed that day and the office was closed cause an employee had died. Then they tried to charge me for another month. Told them I wouldnt sorry the employee died but, my storage room was empty and clean and that had nothing to do with that and I wasnt paying for another month when my storage was empty and clean. I will never use them again.

Great customer service. Reasonable price. Im very pleased with my unit. Due to the pandemic, I had difficulty getting to this place due to complications with the bus lines. The staff was very reasonable and allowed me to reschedule my reservations for the following day. I will be using their services for all my storage needs in the future.
I wish they had 24 hour access but other than that the place is awesome.

Extremely difficult to get ahold of someone in the office when you need to talk to a person at that location directly.
Fast and Easy Process!!I initiated my rental online causing me to be in and of the office in 10 minutes.. Ken was very friendly and knowledgeable.. I appreciated the appt to ensure social distancing was practiced

My clothing and furniture got mold and fungus on it. During the pandemic the consul he gave me late fees and went up on my rent after me explaining to them that I had lost my job due to the pandemic and that I did not get unemployment. The mobile but it might be a late. Other company I deal with from credit cards to rent and utilities understood because they care about their customers. These people are predatory care nothing about their customers and are using the pandemic to be predatory. Really sad use any other company use your friend or family’s basement or attic. It was and continues to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company I’m thinking about giving away and throwing away the rest of my things just to not have to deal with this company.
I love this location, their service is excellent, their property is well maintained and Leon is a excellent property manager and is always a big help when needed!

Stored my belongings here for over a year. The pricing is very reasonable. The biggest thing that impressed me is the cleanliness of the place. I am not just talking about the locker I rented, but the whole place. I never saw trash around any of the vehicles stored there. I never saw any bugs inside the building. (Both of those were serious issues at the last facility I used.) I highly recommend this place if you need space to store your stuff!

Mr. Leon is a life saver. I was afraid to put my belongings in storage due to theft being high. Talking to Mr. Leon he ensured me that the company took all proper measurements to secure the property. I was still afraid. So when i made it to Public Storage & met Mr. Leon in person. My daults was at ease. He gave me a unit that was close to the office & gave me a cylinder lock. Which really relaxed my mind. He also offered insurance to me. I left feeling good about my decision to use Public Storage. Thank you so much Mr. Leon. I had a unit for about 3 months while I was settling into my move back to Michigan from Missouri. They were very helpful in helping me set up the unit (this was my first one I had ever gotten) and closing it down. It only took a manner of minutes for me to do either.

Stop in and talk to two ladies name Shaneika and Miyoshi to get info because I was thinking about getting me a unit at this location. They was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed.
