Our experience was pleasant, very easy and fast thanks to our salesman Jonathon! He asked my price range & I told him what I didn’t want to spend. Asked a few other questions & had us try out a few different mattresses. He was extremely knowledgeable, he answered every single question I asked, not one time did he have to say let me check! Before I told him our final decision, he already had figured out what I was going to choose & had my sale ready to go!

Went to Mattress Firm down in my hometown to buy a full size mattress. The employee there named Jonathan was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He greeted my family and I kindly, and helped us find a comfortable mattress that was within our budget. Wonderful customer service 👏 and an all round friendly environment. I ordered an adjustable base. When it came to delivery they realized it was no longer in stock so not only did the original offer have a wonderful price but they upgraded me. There is a lady there named Jeri who helped me with everything I possibly needed. She was wonderful, patient, and informative. I bought my bed a month ago and could not be happier. She gave me a great deal with bedding and an adjustable that made falling asleep so much easier. Will definitely be making future purchases here.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Very friendly staff. Bought a Harry Potter and Batman bed for my kids as well as an outlet mattress. The staff were knowledgeable without being pushy. They made the process of buying a mattress easier. After making the payment, the female associate thoroughly explained every policy and even gave me a copy and stapled it to the receipt without me asking. What a great experience and highly recommend.

This last time I got a woman named Jeri to help me out and she was very knowledgeable about everything in the store and she made sure that I understood all the features and details about everything I was looking at. I came in to buy a new bed for my husband and I. My husband being overweight sometimes makes things like this difficult. The store had a wide selection of options and prices that were reasonable and fit our budget. I believe that the lady who helped us was named Jerry, but there was another person there that was also helpful and made sure we were attended to. Will be returning when it is time to purchase for our children. It is nice to have such a place local.

I was assisted by Jeri, who was nothing short of respectful and polite. The store was clean and the staff knowledgeable. Jeri took the time to understand my needs and come up with something that was in my price and worked for my family. 10/10 would recommend.

I was dreading having to find a new bed, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful at putting my worries to ease. It was such a quick process and I havent slept in, in so long as I do now. If I could I’d give Mattress Firm -0- stars! Beware buyer! First of all, we did not know that these stores used to be called Sleep Train. Next you are told that you have 120 days to try the mattress you purchase and if you’re not happy with it you can return it. What they don’t tell you is how much money it will cost you to return it. With our $2400 mattress (includes taxes) we got the free base. Well, if you return the mattress that free base is non-returnable and they charge you $500 for it! They all charge you a $100 fee for someone to come out and check to to make sure the mattress is in perfect condition. Long-story-short, out of the $2400 we paid for the mattress we were only going to receive a refund of a little over $1500! The female staff member that we dealt with became quite rude when I asked her how she could live with herself ripping customers off like this. We will NEVER shop Mattress Firm again and will spread the word around so you do not get ripped off!

I wish I could give them a zero but I can’t. They honestly had no respect from the moment I arrived the lady was rude and didn’t even ask us for our services. She then kept raising her voice/ yelling at us. And I would not recommend this place to anyone as they have disrespectful workers and are unprofessional and their prices are to expensive. I would choose honestly any other mattress store expect this store.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. There is a fat lady that works there and she was very disrespectful she raised her voice, acted sarcastic and had no patients I would never go back to a mattress firm again!!! I have alerted my friends and family never to shop at a mattress firm and it turned out that my sister in law went to buy a mattress from there before and it was the same fat lady that was rude to her as well. Honestly it’s not a surprise. But, anyways I ended up buying my new mattress from Jerome’s in Temecula and they had good service and there beds are really comfortable.

Today I went to mattress Firm just to do some window shoping but I walked out with everything I need and more. Honestly the .whole experience was phenomenal even the sales associate Jeri. She was very understanding and knew exactly what I needed at a reasonable price . I gave this location a 5 star rate because Ive never encountered a service like this before, jeri thank you for awesomeness you really brightened up my day

Unfortunately, this company didnt give to us the correct information. We send them a letter of complaint and never they contacted us. This is a lack of respect to the customer and when we return the mattress they discount $1,185.53 from the amount of $2,295.98 that we paid to them and this is abuse. We went to Mattress Stop in Hemet also and we bought a mattress for $2717.66 and we were treated with respect. The staff in Mattress Firm was was nice to us but the rules are abusive and the result was unacceptable. This is the first time in the USA that some companies made the customer paid for their negligencies. I am happy and sleeping very comfortable with my new mattress that we bought in Mattress Stop

We needed to replace our bed for our guest room. We weren’t looking to spend a lot of money and weren’t really sure where to start. We happened to see this store when we drove by. We figured we would stop in. We explained our situation and what we needed. Both store associates were very nice and helpful. They were very informative explaining the available financing and mattress delivery options. We opted to do the no interest financing with their credit card and pick up the mattress ourselves since we were local and needed the bed sooner than later. We would definitely shop there again for any mattress needs.

OMG They were wonderful!!! I have a hard time finding a mattress because I am a stomach sleeper with bad knees and hips. Jeri showed me a mattress I had not even considered. WOW It was a hybrid ( I didnt even know what that was) But it was perfect. She let me try it on the side, stomach, rolling back and forth. Then I bought it. It was a great experience. Jonathan Solis also was a pleasure he ended up helping us out with the entire transaction and again was able to answer any and all concerns that we had we did not at all feel pressured into buying anything never thought to spend so much on a bed but glad that we did! loved the zero gravity feature so our bed will be arriving on Saturday very excited.
