I work exclusively from home, so my computers are the lifeblood of my business. Having moved to Hemet from the SF Bay Area, I was worried that I might be unable to find a trustworthy guru to help me maintain my computers. I was happy to find Mike over at Human Computer. He knows his stuff, is FAST, and doesnt try to sell you stuff you dont need. I have used him at least 6 times since I have lived here, always with exceptional results.

Have never visited the store but called in for help and whoever answered the phone was extremely.....refused to help me at all....very rude male....will never go into the store or give them any money....I found a better place in Riverside anyway....

Needed a charging cord for old laptop. He could get it in a few days. Also said he can clean up my old programs whenever Im ready. Very nice, reasonable and very knowledgable.

I have been a customer of Human Computer for over 12 years and have had only the best service and products. I have purchased computers, a laptop and obtain all servicing these many years and have had a great experience each time. Mr. Kim and his staff are knowledgeable and professional. I prefer Human Computer to any main computer store.

Great place went there about a month ago and helped me out a ton. I was already dumping enough money into parts and etc so I had a professional help me out. They are both respectful and well knowing of computers thanks again Mike.

The recent repairs and OS upgrade to my PC was excellent and cost was much less than expected for the work performed. Will be only choice for any future computer work or needs.

I called Human Computer, in Hemet in 2007. I was looking for someone local that I could put my trust in that would give me a great product and be there for support, if I needed them. Mike Kim is the owner. I was really impressed with the way he does business. I worked with computers when I had my business in Riverside, knew my program backwards & forwards; but I did not know much about computers. I was looking at his information to decide which one to get. Mike asked me what I planned to use it for, what I expected to do. Because I was looking at a system that did more than what I needed. Mike showed me what he would recommend, assuring me that it would handle my needs. He sent his man, Jeremiah, out to my home for installation & to acquaint me with the system. I could go on & on about the great service Ive had throughout the years with this company. I have referred many of my friends & they have all been very pleased.
