Great service with a team that actually understands you as a customer. Ive been to a lot of Ford dealers for service (extended warranty over 10 years), and this place is the best! Easy to follow along with service, texts and videos of the car, easy payments, and super friendly people. Seriously, dont go anywhere else for Ford/Lincoln service, go here! I bought Ford Fusion 2010 from Hempstead Ford in 2010. Recently my car wouldnt pass inspection. So the local mechanic referred me to go back to the dealer. I went to the dealer (Hempsted Ford Lincoln) on Feb 26, 2021, since my NYState Inspection was due before Feb 28, 2021. I was told it will cost me about $160 just to check what is wrong. Five days later after texting them every day I was told that the PCM module went bad and it would cost me 1852+Tax to get it a new one isntalled. I said ok go ahead and change it, and I will pay for it. After texting them every day someday I would get a response and other days my text would be ignored. They told me they installed a new one and there was an error of Four Wheel Drive (2010 Ford Fusion is not a four-wheel drive vehicle). They had reprogrammed PCM, send Ford programming, download new software, and installed another PCM, and the same issue. I asked for a loaner car and I was denier as well. Over a month later (April 7, 2021) my car is still there with the dealers shop and they cant fix it. Not only that when I asked for my car back they cant put it back together the way it was. This place has horrible customer service. And I do not recommend anyone to go to the service. Everytime I have to ask for status and that too I would get a late reply (Sometimes two to three days late) and sometimes no reply. I was told sometimes my text would show up as unknown number and sometimes with my name. I am not sure who they are kidding. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AND THEIR REPAIR SERVICE TO ANYONE. I DONT THINK THEY KNOW WHAT ARE THEY DOING🤥😧

Took my car here for a problem that was covered under warranty. Shortly after picking up my car I heard scratching noises from the rear where they replaced the part and noticed that they completely damaged my rotors. My car also now has some new scratches around the bumper that were previously not there before. I witnessed the valet stalling my vehicle multiple times and actually saw him roll backwards almost hitting a fence and a rock wall.

We have always leased our vehicles here and will never go anywhere else. The service is wonderful. The girls who run the service desk and front desk are the sweetest and the sales people are always welcoming. If you want a great experience and are interested in getting a new vehicle, ask for Tony Balsamo (a retired baseball player with great stories!).
They say they finish fixing ur car but I had to take it back 3X. They mess up my computer system and didnt fix my recalled and I had to pay out of my pocket for the service. Then they warn u, dont give any bad rating our they will band u from this ford service location. The best place would be the Ford service in Jamaica. I thought it would be best because it was nearby my house. What is the point that the people r nice but ur car doesnt get fix? I dont need a nice looking place I need my car fixed.
The work is always good and people are nice. But if your not dropping your car off and your going to wait even for an oil change, your going to be there for a while.

Very unprofessional I had my work truck there for 2 weeks they told me ac was fixed and almost 2000$ later I still have no ac !!!Avoid if possible
