The worst experience here. Two front tires are defective, had chunks less than 15,000 miles.need to be replaced. I need to pay for installation and alignment. I brought my SUV here on 8/30/2021, they told me tires will be delivered on 8/31, and I can bring my SUV. I dropped my SUV on 8/31, they told me it will be ready same day, or the next day. But will inform me at noon. No one called me. On 9/1, I called multiple times, they said tires are not delivered yet. I stuck home for two days now, no updates when I can pick up my vehicle.

Mercedes Benz of Rockville has the best service station. Samantha P. has been my service rep. for the last two years and she’s been absolutely amazing each and every time!She has always been kind, courteous, and very savvy in different areas when it comes to various issues, requirements and the needs of my car.I’m very busy and usually a trip to service my car is a chore but she has made my experience so quick and easy. At this point I just email her to get the facts I need and make the appointments that are best suited for my repair needs. It’s also easy for me to follow up with her on any matters and concerns I have on my next visit. I great appreciate her efficiency, prompt responses and her ability to give great estimates on work and time frames. Amazing job and thank you Samantha for always doing a wonderful job!

Unfortunately a beautiful dealership with greedy salesperson and not friendly and professional at all.!!! I bought the GLE400 they pushed me and on the end when I saw the bill of sale the salesman had removed the maintenance contract with out mention to me and also the car wasn’t brand new as they claimed.!!!

Ive been using this service center for years but my last service was the worst ever. Neal Julien was assigned to me as my advisor and let be say he was the worst advisor I ever worked with. He lacked professionalism and common courtesy. I waited well over a month for an appointment without a loaner. I dropped of my car on a Wednesday at 7 am. I was told that Anthony Angelo my favorite advisor was not going to be in until 9 am so they assigned me Mr. Julien. He told me that the mechanics were not going to get to my car until Thursday. I didnt hear from Mr. Julien on Thursday so Friday after I still didnt hear from him I called the service center. I spoke to a woman who promised that she will have Mr. Julien call me. I Also asked her if I can switch advisors. She said she will have to speak to the manager and she will let me know. I did not hear from Mr. Julien until the following Wednesday when he called to say that they have no time to service my S550 and I can go and pick up my car. At this point I asked to speak to the manager Vinny. My car was eventually serviced and I picked it up on Friday. I wanted to speak to Vinny when picked up my car about my experience but he refuse to speak to me. I guess he knows the Rockville service center is the worst and didnt need me to tell him.

I had my car towed to Mercedes-benz of Rockville Centre service center. I told the tow truck company to ask for the service advisor I spoke to on the phone. No oneΒ  from MBRVC called me to tell me that they received the car. When I called the service center to figure out what was going on I was told there was no record that my vehicle had been received. I then asked to speak to the service advisor and was told they left for the day call back tommorow. I told them i need to know where my car is today because if its not there I need to file a police report. I spoke to several people then finally the service manager drove through the lot and found my car. My car was there for 2 and 1/2 weeks and there were no loaner cars available. It wasnt diagnosed until the 2nd week. The service advisor was very difficult to reach and never called me with any updates. When I called for updates people acted annoyed. I spoke to the service manager asked for a new service advisor but didnt get one. I was extremely frustrated for 2 and 1/2 weeks with no car. The 2 star is because they got my car to start. I dont think they understand that people rely on their car to get to work, run errands, use in emergencies and etc or maybe they do and dont care. Rude and inconsiderate.

My husband who is a customer of Mercedes Benz for many years went to have a battery replaced in his C 300 Mercedes sedan at Lakeview service Department on Tuesday he had an appointment to have the battery replaced he was told it didn’t arrive yet meanwhile nobody bothered to email him or call him to tell him this he was asked to return the very next day which is today upon arriving sadly his battery died at the service department they had his new battery but told him they could not install it that he would have to have another appointment so they started it up for him and he was able to start his car and left unfortunately they did not install his new battery and my husband had to go to a gas station where he is acquainted with the owners to have it installed this is an outrage and very disappointing I hope this will be addressed and in the future please do not treat your customers with this disrespect This is totally unprofessional especially when it has to do with Mercedes Benz which is the top of the line in automobiles in my opinion we have owned several through the years I believe my husband is owed an apologyAnd I do know the service department has always been the best at what they do but today and yesterday was a total disappointment

I had an appt to bring in my s class and a week later they still had not looked at my car, I finally get a call from Kevan Mccabe that they found the problem and my car is ready. 1st thing I come to the service and for 1 hour I’m waiting as they can’t find my key, I got my car back and an hour later I hear the problem is worse than when I gave it to them. I call up kevan again and he says I have to make another appt and there is no loaner car for 2 months. And to top it off they send me an email to rate my experience at the service but kevan does not have the decency to call me back. This is the worst dealership that will just charge the warranty but who will not fix your car this is why they are building a new dealership, the owner should be ashamed of themself, go to any other Benz dealer but do not give this dealer your business

Just informed that my appointment I made over a month ago (June) has been cancelled. The next available appointment is the end of August. Really? My check the engine light has been on since the original appointment was made, obviously its not a big deal to MBRVC. Was told the vehicle would have to sit a month if I bought it in on my original appt date. Will be taking the car somewhere else.Theres no guarantee that the car will be serviced in August without waiting another month. I understand due to the pandemic things are not normal, but I was not given a reason on why my appt was cancelled. I only advised I wasnt the only one.Thank you.

UPDATE: Antoinette, the Customer Care Manager, reached out to me. She sincerely apologized and explained what happened with the appointment scheduling. She was able to fit me in the next day. I chose to wait for my vehicle to be serviced and it was done before the estimated time, and it was also cleaned very well. Everyone at the service center was extremely nice and treated me like how a client is supposed to be treated. I had an amazing experience there and look forward to my next appointment in January.OLD REVIEW: I’ve been a Mercedes Benz owner for years and I have to say, this service center is horrible. I’ve had bad experience after bad experience with them. First, I bring my vehicle in for a one year inspection. It’s supposed to take an hour β€” max! I scheduled the earliest appointment so I could have enough time to get to work. An hour and 30 minutes pass and they’re still not finished. Turns out the inspection printing machine broke (or so they say) and my one hour, turns into two hours, making me late for work. No inspection is supposed to take that long. To make sure I didn’t post a bad review, the customer service manager comes out to talk to me and offers me a complimentary car detail whenever I want. I take the card and leave but never used it.I then bring my brand new car there for a problem with the headlights. I literally purchased the car the day before I made the appointment. They keep my car there for a week because they had to order new parts, but never informed me of what was going on. I was told again by same customer service manager they were going to have a long discussion with service advisor (which I doubt they did). When I finally go to pick up the car, there’s a small tear in my steering wheel. At first, I was beyond upset but decided to just leave it alone.I bring my car in again for service for a different problem. It spent a couple of days there. I get the call that my car is ready and to come pick it up. I get there and they bring out someone else’s shiny clean car. Turns out they mixed up the names on my car and couldn’t even locate it. So then I had to sit and wait while they scrambled around looking for my vehicle. They finally find it and bring it to me dirty. They’re supposed to wash the car every time it’s brought in for service, but I guess since they had me waiting for so long they just tried to bring it to me quickly. I didn’t even say anything, just got in and left.On Dec 6, I scheduled a Service A appointment and an issue with my car for Dec 17. It was the earliest date they had for loaners. On Dec 15, I received an email saying my appointment was canceled. I called them asking why, and they told me that it was a mistake. They didn’t know what happened. So I asked can they reschedule me back in and they had the nerve to say, sorry, it’s already booked and the earliest we can get you in is Dec 28. Are you kidding me? You accidentally cancel my appointment and now you don’t even have the courtesy to fit me back into my appointment slot. I don’t even understand how they filled the spot so fast. This was the last straw and I’m absolutely done with this service center. I only continued to go to here because it was the closest to me, but I rather just drive a little further for better service. I suggest you do the same.

This location offers horrible customer service. They failed to inform me via telephone that parts for my vehicle is on back order. However they made sure to call the morning of my appointment to inform me that β€œthey ran out of loaner vehicles”when I made my appointment weeks in advance requesting one. Upon arrival, coming from Brooklyn that particular day I was then informed that my parts is on back order and they will let me know once they arrive. Horrible and I won’t be returning. They should have communicated that over the phone instead of telling me once I got there.

I wish I was able to rate different areas, I took a star off because of the treatment we received from the receptionist, she was extremely rude and didnt make us feel welcome. She needs to learn how to approach people.*****Nicole***** is who deserves 5 stars, she was extremely friendly and helpful. Had to take my wifes car in for service this morning. The check engine light came on during the weekend.The vehicle is practically new and was just in for service not long ago πŸ™„.We have plans to put it on the road this coming Holiday weekend and rushed it in for service without an appointment. On our 4th MB Brand vehicle and although I have not purchased from RVC I have found over the years this is hands down the best service experience In any luxury car dealership. From routine maintenance to accidental Issues my service advisor George J has always had my back!! Everyone in the facility is courteous and welcoming the customer waiting area is beautiful and accommodating. Be sure to make appointments in advance if you need a loner this is a very busy dealership, But worth the wait no matter what your issue they always seem to find a resolution

This is my second time there just to fix my cigarette lighter...first time 1/30/21 I was there from 7am I was the first one there to 10am .The second time 2/6/21 because that’s the only time I had to return .I was there from 7am I was the first one there again but I did not finish till about after 11am .The only reason I gave 3 stars because almost everyone was nice except the receptionist I was not liking her attitude at all made me feel like I did not belong there. In the market to purchase a certified used vehicle after owning another vehicle for 14 years I visited Mercedes Benz of Rockville Center. I was grated by dismissive customer service. There were three salesmen and they had a look of who is going to take her. I along with my 14 year old daughter was given less than substandard customer service, Out of the three there was a young African American male who took me downstairs. I dont even remember his name because the service was so bad (0/0),I wanted to forget the day. I myself am African American. I told him I wanted to see and test drive an A and C class or a SUV as I wasnt sure which one I wanted but I wanted to get the feel of at least two and had dedicated my Sunday to go to three dealerships along Sunrise Highway in Long Island BMW, Benz and Audi. I had to look at one vehicle from the outside because he didnt bother to get the keys or have it unlocked remotely.I sat in the another vehicle and no features were explained and I couldnt test drive as he said there was no one to operate the elevator. I left disgusted and would give no stars if I could. The stage I was at was I wanted to test drive a vehicle and that was the most important thing to my daughter and myself. At the other two dealerships I was able to test drive and make a better comparison. After 24 years of driving just looking at a vehicle without testing comfort and performance is not sufficient.I felt my business was not welcomed and as stated in other reviews to paraphrase no mater what you are wearing or your ethnicity respect and dignity should be provided when offering service to others.While on vacation in Georgia I went to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead . Rockville Center could definitely learn some customer service lessons from them. Thank God I didnt let there poor salesman ship deter me from going back to Mercedes.The loss was was on this dealership. Merceds Benz of Buckhead salesman was 10/10. I was treated with the utmost respect and was given a test drive and the vehicle features (A&C class)completely explained to me. Provided with this I was able to make an educated purchase thanks to my salesman Fredrick. I returned two weeks later in February and purchased a Certified Used A class 220. Which I drove back to NY in comfort. I am sorry this review is so long but the service was so horrible and when you are spending money for a luxury car you want luxury service.!

My husband has nothing but issues with our GLE and the service center is not to the standards of Mercedes. This is our 3 Mercedes and the first and last with this outfit. The service manager named Ruggieri is dismissive and hostile. Antoine will reply to this review to fake an interest to help you but it’s not genuine. Please go to another Mercedes dealer.Also as I write this, Antoine did reply to the original complaint but we will never return there. They had too many chances to repair our suv and failed to. The manager should be fired for been so rude.

I do not recommend servicing your vehicle here.Pros: Requested an appointment and they took me in the same day. They also gave me a loaner which was great. Service advisor was quick and efficient.Cons: Valet who works in the garage was loud, obnoxious, and completely out of line. He began arguing with me as I was discussing the vehicle with the woman who did the intake. He also went on a rant to the other employees about how customers were pissing him off and he wasnt having it today. Even sharing detailed stories that everyone seemed interested in.I live in Manhattan and only came here as an emergency (Manhattan dealership is closed). If you need to have your car serviced, make sure you ask for George!! The service at this location is the best I’ve ever received!! I went through a situation last year where my insurance company didn’t have my back but George and everyone at this service center looked out for me and made sure everything was handled properly from start to finish.Every time I go I have the best experience talking to Diane at the front desk and truly everyone who helps me is wonderful.I can’t thank them enough for all of their help! Usely the service would be great but this time one of the service dealer held my car in service for three weeks claiming there is a lot of work needed to be done to my car the prices kept going up but nothing was done in being fix just quotes of service price so I took my car back from them opening the hood of the car seeing as I thought no work was done on the car I kept getting emails and letters regarding buying a new car or Precertified year 2018 in low rate at 2.99% and if I would buy a new at 1.99% notice I have only 5 more payments left to pay off for the car C300

I recently received my new Mercedes-Benz a beautiful A220.The treatment I got from Mr. George Baptiste, my Product Concierge, was exceptional.He was amazing. His appearance was impeccable, from his crisp white shirt to his shiny shoes. But the best part was how carefully he explained my new cars features to me. He was very clear in his explanation of each button and device. His pleasant demeanor made the whole experience a joy. I never took possession of a car in such a pleasant way. I really liked the Ta-Da moment when my fabulous car was unveiled by George. I look forward to seeing George in the future .

I had my car towed in on Wednesday for a service, took them an entire day to diagnose the car, then the next day the mechanic wasn’t there I guess, then the day after that, the part still hasn’t come in, and now I have the entire weekend with no car and the only possible estimate is I’ll have it by Monday or Tuesday, I have work, I need my vehicle and they don’t seem to really care about the customers, almost 5 days in the service center, I haven’t never witness this ever owning a car, especially from a dealer that’s charging me alot more than a regular mechanic to get a simple part fixed

I made a quick stop with my supervisor who needed her side view window fixed... when she drove up one of the service specialists welcomed us immediately-- beckoning her to drive in to the actual service area...Upon nearing the entrance a garage-like door rolled upward; with us coming to a stop near a luxurious reception desk. Dotted throughout were various gorgeous automobiles-- more importantly--personnel who were waiting to be of service. Within moments a mechanic came over, introduced himself, assessed the issue--including inquiring who her [my supervisors] service representative was-- ultimately fixing the/her side view mirror within minutes!I for one have never been easily impressed... But I was in this instance! And although owning a Mercedes-Benz is not my dream car, I will definitely keep this experience to the forefront of my subconscious❀

Customer service is par excellence! Service department is top notch. Waiting area for service has free breakfast, a multi-function coffee machine, newspapers, haircut and nail salon, all free. Price to the club of owning/leasing a Benz does have some benefits. As with all Benzes, you get a free Benz loaner car when you book your service appointment.

I took my GL550 for service. Everything was good when I arrived. Jennifer was great in setting up everything that I needed done. Waiting lounge was very comfortable. But service on the other hand was not as good. After paying, when I get into my car to leave to realize they didnt reset my service reminder. And then while I was driving, a smell coming from the engine area. Pulled aside to find out the service tech forgot to put back the antifreeze cap.

Came in to get brake system replaced under my warranty because codes came up in the car. I was told that the system only needed to be flushed not replaced. For a week the car worked fine now its worse than before. I lost 388 dollars on something that the warranty would have covered. After bringing my car back twice because the initial problem was still there, the lead mechanic, shop supervisor decided he would actually take the time and look at my car and tell me the compressor was giving an error code and I had a radiator leak. Ill spare the details but after this egregious service failure, they lost my trust.

I usually go to Helms Bros for regular oil change yearly. But since this station was on the way from my 12 hour overnight shift at the hospital I stopped by here after making an appointment 2 weeks prior. All I needed was an oil change, which I made an appointment for at 7:45 am on 09/23/19 thinking I can come in early and leave early. I was consulted and given a pager. No other estimates of the time was given. And so I waited and waited it wasnt until 11:00 when I was told the car is almost ready. Now keep in mind this is an express oil change. After I paid, which also seems slightly more than other Mercedes Benz service stations, I had to wait another 30 min for the car to pull into the pick up area after wash. The wash and the interior cleaning wasnt all that great either. Also my cars rotors have about 65000 miles and last year I was told at Helms when I went for my oil change that the rotors have another 5k-10k in them without me asking, which I declined at the time. I asked if anything needs to be changed to which I got the response, nothing. But overall, it wasnt horrible but the experience wasnt great either at MBRVC Service station. Just waiting 3.5 hours for an express oil change seems a bit too much.

It’s too much to type. But in short I am frustrated. Be prepared to be insulted and not treated with the stellar service that Mercedes is supposed to offer. I’m a professional but was treated as if I’m not a hardworking, paying customer. I cannot blame everyone, but two people in particular were not a great representation of the company. Enough to ruin my experience.At first I took it personally but after reading other reviews I see that there is a general lack in customer service skills here!

This place is terrible. Never go there. They charge double money and trick the customers.For a job cost $1000 in another Mercedes Benz service center they wanted to charge $2000.I was a regular customer there and did service and oil change so many times, but once I had to do a repair they wanted to charge me double money for parts and extra labor hours.Another time just to change a water pump connector which cost $5 they charged more than $700 with extra labor hours.Terrible experience.Complete rip off.When they will read this review they will remember who is this customer.

First, for the record, this emergency service was necessary, first attempt failed to have my recalled airbag changed. This vehicle is used to transport my family. Safety is a priority. The service at mercedes was exemplary. The staff and team that took care of me and serviced my car did an excellent job. No complaints thus far. I was escorted to the waiting area. There was self served coffee, tea and other beverages and muffins and bagel. A nice size flat screen tv to keep entertained while you wait. Current day newspaper was supplied to keep you up to date on current events and trends. Restroom available. A service desk for ordering parts for preventative maintenance and other. Overall, this necessary and important visit was a success. Lastly, I received a complimentary car was😎😁

Had an issue with my tailgate and it took me four attempts to have the issue corrected. Especially since the technicians were β€œMercedes Benz trained and certified” I had to suggest the issue (which in fact it was) a warped tailgate which was causing a loud popping sound and also scratching the paint on my brand new 2018 GLC. Asked them to touch it up for me they never did.....it’s like I’m a pain to them for requesting they address the issue. All they seem to care about is the money and how much you spend. Im thinking about buying another Benz because the cars are built extremely well but I don’t know if I’ll patronize this location. Maybe MB of Brooklyn or Helms Brothers.

Being that this was my first time owning a MB and first time taking my car to a dealer to get serviced at first I was a little scared hearing all the stories people had at a dealer. However, this has been a fantastic experience and will definitely keep taking my car to this dealer and recommend them to my friends and family to take their MB there also. Not only is the environment great but the service advisers too especially Jennifer Romano, I recommend deal with her if you can. She explains everything too you and not try to use big fancy words or scare tactics to intimidate you. She is friendly and kept me updated a lot while I was in the service center waiting. I will continue to bring my vehicle to her and recommend all my family member do the same also. I repeat if you want a good experience at a dealer make sure you deal with Jennifer Romano.

Today at around 12noonish, my husband was treated very rudely by an associate at this establishment. He had an appointment but was told that he had to wait an hour for the service. He was made to feel like he was invisible and the fact that he had an appointment didn’t matter. The female associate was very disrespectful and treated him as if his business was not wanted. As owners of luxury cars for years, waiting is never a problem, but respect and dignity should always be honored when providing a service to customers, no matter what you are wearing or your ethnicity. We live a melting pot and everyone deserves the right to be treated fairly and respectful. I am highly disappointed in today’s events and will move forward with contacting corporate regarding this matter. I hope this never happens again to anyone else.
